Don't Breathe, Deadpool 2, Parmanu

Watched three movies as mentioned in the subject line.
------------------------------------------------------------------
Don't Breathe
This movie was watched on Amazon Prime Video.
  • I liked the movie.
  • Too good.
  • The story and concept is too good.
  • An ex serviceman and blind and one who lost his daughter wants another child.
  • And he survives in the end.
 ------------------------------------------------------------------
Deadpool 2
This movie was watched at Sandhya threatre, Madivala.
  • Too good movie.
  • From beginning till end there is nothing but action and killings.
  • Loved the way they have integrated X-Men and made it X-People (gender neutral)
  • I will say movie like this is culmination of pop culture.
  • Like Guns and Roses in "Sweet Child of Mine" song say 'Where do we go now'.
  • I will say we go to place where there is a movie made like Deadpool and Deadpool 2.
  • I must confess I have not seen Deadpool (part 1)
  • But now I am more interested to watch it.
  • I will say the creators found something inadequate with Spiderman and hence they made Deadpool character.
  • He looks like Spiderman but carries weapons and machetes unlike Spiderman who just shoots web material from wrist.
  • Spiderman has a sense of humour but there is a little bit of tragedy as well. It is a mix
  • I must say Deadpool has only humour. No tragedy is involved even in worst of situations.
  • Also Spiderman series by its nature could never become as violent as Deadpool.
  • It is like Kill Bill and Kick Ass movies.
  • If they can get violent then a Superhero movie should get.
------------------------------------------------------------------
Parmanu
This movie was watched at Laxmi theatre, Tavarakere.
  • I liked the movie.
  • The important thing about the movie that no killing has been shown in the movie.
  • Also, I feel some study has been done while making the movie.
  • And towards the end they show actual photos from the test site with Vajpayee and Farooq Abdulla and George Fernandes and APJ Abdul Kalam and it looked good.
  • Also 20 years later I feel US is less of a power than it it used to be in 1998.
  • So India has no need to be scared of US these days I feel.
  • In any case use of Nuclear weapons is strict no in modern times.
  • It can only be a deterrent against powerful adversaries who may fear for their lives.

Raazi, The Past, Azhar, Birdman

Watched four movies as mentioned in the subject line.
-----------------------------------------------------------------
Raazi
This movie was watched at Laxmi Theater, Tavarakere.
  • I liked the movie.
  • Surprisingly this movie supposedly is based on a true story.
  • It is highly unlikely that one will kill members of own family for nation.
  • But we have seen worse incidents in real life during war and conflict.
  • In conditions like this we have to faith on something called as "Karma".
  • As you sow so you reap.
  • Be prepared to face consequence of your actions and so on.
-----------------------------------------------------------------
The Past
This movie was watched at Carnival Cinemas, Rockline mall.
  • I liked the movie.
  • Maybe not as good as Raazi but good time pass anyway.
  • Not that scary I am afraid to say.
  • But like above here also you face the consequences of your action.
  • And so is shown in the ending.
-----------------------------------------------------------------
Azhar
This movie was watched on Airtel Digital TV, Miniplex HD channel after recording on pen drive.
  • This deals with match fixing episode of Azharuddin cricketer life.
  • THis movie puts me to sleep.
  • Not worthwhile watching.
  • But okay unless you watch it you never are aware of what the movie is anyway.
-----------------------------------------------------------------
Birdman
This movie was watched on Amazon Prime video.
  • I liked the movie.
  • Surprisingly I was thinking this movie is a superhero movie.
  • But this deals with human relations and condition.
  • Not a traditional superhero movie.
  • Okay to watch once.
  • Ending is left to interpretation.

Bachna Ae Haseeno, Qaidi Band, 102 Not Out, Tumhari Sulu, Resident Evil The Final Chapter

Watched several movies as mentioned in the subject line.
---------------------------------------------------------------
Bachna Ae Haseeno
This movie was watched on Airtel Digital TV Miniplex HD Channel after recording on pen drive.
  • Movie is enjoyable and definitely deserved to be hit.
  • I watched after several years of its release.
  • In case you have time and haven't watched it you can watch it.
---------------------------------------------------------------
Qaidi Band
This movie was watched on Airtel Digital TV Miniplex HD Channel after recording on pen drive.
  • Movie is enjoyable and deserves to be watched.
  • It shows the consequence of being a police state where the strong arm of the law puts you in jail.
  • The rich and powerful get bail but poor get trapped in the system.
---------------------------------------------------------------
102 Not Out
This movie was watched at PVR Forum Mall.
  • Definitely can be watched once without any problem.
  • Without the Assamese helper the movie loses its meaning.
  • I mean with just a 102 and 75 year old man the film would have appeared depressing.
  • A younger charatcter was necessity according to me.
---------------------------------------------------------------
Tumhari Sulu
This movie was watched on Amazon Prime Video.
  • Definite must watch this movie.
  • But this movie shows the streets of Mumbai and New Mumbai but the heroine lives in Virar.
  • And that is a disconnect.
  • If you are showing New Mumbai or Worli, I think you better show it so rather than dragging Virar into the picture.
---------------------------------------------------------------
Resident Evil The Final Chapter
This movie was watched on Amazon Prime Video.
  • Non stop action and thrill ride this movie is.
  • Definite must watch.
  • Last dialogue is very cool.
  • "The virus spread got carried to the ends of the earth through the speed of jet liners. But the anti virus will take years to spread around the earth due to lack of delivery means"
  • It is definite must watch.
  • The fact that the cryogenic capsules where the Umbrella Corporation clients were there was destroyed is sad.
  • It was like a Noah's Arc. Now what will happen if the Noah's Arc is destroyed. Human history would cease to exist.
  • Pretty much same thing happens in the movie.
  • By destroying that any hope of human race revival would be exhausted.

Pacific Rim, Avengers Infinity War, Daas Dev

Watched three movies as mentioned in the subject line.
-----------------------------------------------------------------
Pacific Rim
This movie was watched on Amazon Prime video.
  • I liked the movie.
  • It is too good.
  • Perhaps better than Pacific Rim 2.
  • I feel the director is the same one who directed "Shape of Water"
  • The creature effects are too good.
  • Overall enjoyable.
-----------------------------------------------------------------
Avengers Infinity War
This movie was watched at Laxmi theatre, Tavarakere
  • Too good movie.
  • Thanos became God in the movie.
  • With the crystals he was able to eliminate half of the universe.
  • Too good ending.
  • It was surprising actually.
  • Still it is must watch.
  • All the characters of Marvel Cinematic Universe coming together.
-----------------------------------------------------------------
Daas Dev
This movie was watched at PVR Cinemas, Arena Mall.
  • I thoroughly enjoyed the movie.
  • Too good performances by all actors especially Rahul Bhat and Saurav Shukla.
  • Thoroughly enjoyed this must watch spectacle.
  • Better than many big star studded movies.

Karnataka Elections Match fixing

  • This post is for Karnataka elections which is happening on May 12 and results to be out by May 15.
  • I do not belong to any party.
  • Firstly I would like to make clear that I am not a direct or indirect beneficiary of any political party.
  • I may not also be classified as a "political pundit".
  • I am just an observer and I am writing my observations.
  • I have a strong feeling that this election has been fixed by the BJP.
  • Let me make it clear that new battleground is election land in India.
  • World War 2 and Korean war and Vietnam war even Iraq war is all history.
  • Now the battles are raging through political circle and this is battleground India.
  • Forget the India-Pakistan conflict.
  • BJP has understood that.
  • After remaining in power from 1999-2004 they know that they cannot fight a conventional war or nuclear war with Pakistan and/or China or US or for that matter with any nation.
  • Hell India can't even fight a war with Bhutan or Nepal.
  • BJP knows that and hence they have decided to establish supremacy over the land which is India.
  • And they way to win the war in India is through elections.
  • For that they are using "Divide and Rule" policy to the max.
  • Earlier during UPA rule 2004-2014, they opposed Congress and allies tooth and nail and did not allow Govt to run.
  • Congress stands for freedom and that allowed the BJP (opposition) to flourish and then they could grab power in 2014.
  • After 2014, BJP gave the slogan of Congress-Mukt Bharat.
  • Congress never gave the slogan of BJP mukt Bharat else BJP would have branded the Congress as anti-Hindu.
  • BJP does not allow opposition to flourish and hence they can afford to ignore the opposition to them.
  • Now they know Karnataka election is very important for them to consolidate the "pan-India" prescence.
  • Remember they want to rule from Kashmir till Kanyakumari and from Bhuj till Digboi.
  • Many states have already fallen to BJP rule through "hook or crook"
  • If BJP can afford to ignore Congress and call for "Congress free India" just imagine what the regional parties are to them.
  • Parties like JD(S), DMK or TRS and TMC are like ants in front of BJP.
  • They do not pose any threat whatsoever.
  • BJP leaders have time and again made their intentions clear either directly or indirectly.
  • Examples are as below:
    • They told the election date before hand.
    • They told that they are going to change the constitution and make India a Hindu state.
    • They are telling that they will get majority in Karnataka.
    • They are telling that UP election result outcome will be repeated in Karnataka.
    • They are telling that Karnataka is BJP gateway to the South.
    • Election Commission is already owned by the BJP.
    • I had read that NEW THIRD GENERATION EVMS's are being used in Karnataka election which will make the fixing easier.
  • Many such examples can be cited which shows that the outcome of Karnataka election is already fixed and THAT IS A MASSIVE MAJORITY WIN FOR BJP.
  • It is much like what happened in UP elections in 2017.
  • All opinion and exit polls were predicting a hung assembly but when the result came it was a massive win for BJP.
  •  It is really dark days for the country in such a scenario.
  • Where democracy has lost is meaning and everybody is being crushed under the sheer weight of BJP who want to impose their own sets of values upon the people of India through "hook or crook".
  • Then why hold any election at all. It is just a farce.
  • Abolish all election and make BJP ruler for infinity like Communist Party in China.
  • Let it be clear that the people behing BJP are no heroes.
  • They are villians and when villians will rule the country then God has to decent on the land to restore order or so has been said in Bhagwat Gita.
  • BJP knows that it need not fight any war.
  • Just keep people agitated against Muslims and Pakistan and Hindus will automatically gravitate towards it.
  • Last card up their sleeve is EVM tampering.
  • They do a campaign blitz. Much like "Blitzkrieg" of Nazi Germany.
  • But in BJP case it is not war which is fought. But it still is "invasion"
  • Invasion of the land where election is being held.
  • Then use EVM tampering to win the match or election.
  • When BJP wins finally no one would be able to raise any question.
  • People will say it is due to the rallies and "blitz" BJP carried out which is known as campaigning.
  • No one will question anything.
  • And BJP knows whatever happens at least 30-40 percent of people will remain their supporters.
  • From balance 60-70 percent, many (about 40-50 percent) would be poor and weak and their voice will hardly matter.
  • About 10 or 20 per cent will be civilized and not be "goondas".
  • Balance 5-10 percent will hardly make a dent into BJP.
  • No matter what happens people will not descent on the streets to protest.
  • Even if they descent the "Police wala Goondas" will be there who act at the beck and call of the BJP. They don't care of human rights.
  • They don' care for anything just for acting for imposing the BJP rule.
  • But that is what is dangerous in present times.
  • Once people realise how dangerous BJP is it will already be too late.
