Watched two movies as mentioned in the subject line.
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Extraction
- This movie was watched on Netflix.
- I found this movie very well made technically.
- Action sequences are well coordinated, pictured, sequenced and photographed.
- But my problem is with $ss licking done for Indians.
- And there are serious gaps in the plot.
- Movie is shot in Thailand mostly and they have made it as Bangladesh.
- Why? because the geography of Thailand will resemble Bangladesh more.
- Guess the director must have wanted to make the location Pakistan and then opted against it.
- If he really wanted to lick the Indian $ss he should have made the setting Pakistan.
- But the director probably wanted to try something different.
- There are pretty many movies based in Middle East and that includes Pakistan.
- Guess the director would have been forced to shoot the movie in India or Morocco and pass it off as Pakistan.
- But he opted for Thailand which was made "Bangladesh".
- So Bangladesh is made "scapegoat".
- Director probably though he will appeal both to Pakistani and Indian audiences by setting it in Bangladesh.
- The movies body count is too high.
- Hundreds die in firing and blasts and so on.
- Why? Because an Indian don's son need to be saved. By whom?
- By Chris Hemsworth who is a mercenary.
- Tell me isn't a mercenary "on hire". If Bangladeshi don is huge he can buy off the mercenary rather than fight him.
- Also Randeep Hooda proabably siphoned off the money which was being paid to Chris and his team as he tells his wife in a phone call to take the money and run off if he doesn't call in 12 hours.
- Chris then holds on to the boy as he is the one who gets his payment back.
- But then in the last hour the plot is lost.
- Randeep joins up with Chris to recover the boy.
- If the Indian don is not paying the money to Chris why is their team working for the boy anyway.
- Chris and his team are not interested in the money anymore.
- So loose gaps are there in the plot.
- Suddenly it is not about money anymore.

Sui Dhaaga : Made In India
- This movie was watched on Amazon Prime Video.
- This movie was downloaded in my phone for months but had never watched it.
- Watched it and liked the movie.
- Varun Dhavan did good role in the movie.
- This movie is worth watching.
- You may fall in love with the characters.
- You cannot blame nepotism in film industry for any faults.
- People should realise that suicide is bad and should be avoided at all costs like it happened in the case of Sushant Singh Rajput (SSR).
- Varun Dhavan is talented actor with good on screen prescence.
- We cannot blame nepotism for the faults in the film industry.
- But if SSR did not commit suicide but was murdered than case is different and the killers must be caught, exposed and punished.
- Like Shekhar Suman had told that a brilliant mind and person like SSR will not commit suicide just like that.
- He would not have just "given up"
- If he would have committed then there would have been a suicide note somewhere.
- Probably the evidence was made to "disappear" like we see in movies.
