Additional points

For my last few posts I am creating this post for additional points rather than editing those.
After that I am planning to start a new blog as the present blog has reached 100 posts which according to me is a post too many. It is like it is almost full. Though Google servers may hold a billion posts or more without any issues, I have to draw a line for myself.
Hence, this could be the last post in this "Hi from Anup4002" blog.

Regarding yesterday's cricket match. With India's win, it should be more of a joy for Australia and England than India. Because, they have successfully 'trained and imparted the knowledge' to 'Indian natives' who were little more than illiterate, like savages, tribal or semi-tribal, ignorant of the world, backward thinking people.
Thus it is a success for the colonisers that not only are they (the natives) able to play cricket but they are able to play it well. So well, that they can defeat them. It is like a father should be proud when his son beats him. The case is somewhat similar.
Also recently, Australia withdrew its forces from Afghanistan. It is like 'job done' for Australia. That 'job done' means that they have 'properly imparted knowledge and training' to Afghans to 'take care of themselves'. Same case with India though it is a few decades separated that's all.

In yesterday i.e. 30th October Bigg Boss episode, there was an ironical situation. And it was that Andy was 'voted out' on Tuesday for discussing Tanisha and Arman nominations by using code words and creating a 'bloc' on Monday. Later on Wednesday he sat near Arman and Tanisha and the very same people defended him.
Thus the people whom you think are your friends may not be your friends and may turn against you anytime and that is a lesson we get in this life. People whom you consider as your enemies may be your friends without you knowing about it. And Andy should also get this lesson.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Also watched two more movies.
"Phata Poster Nikla Hero" and "Ye Jawani hai Devani".
Both movies are okay. Phata becomes phata actually mainly because I feel he has not used the songs in a proper manner. In Hindi movies, it is very difficult to get big hits without good songs. But ocassionally, come a few movies which though have good songs are unable to make it big. Phata is that kind of a movie.
Jawani is like Karan Johar movie. People are crying but you do not know what they are crying for. The characters have got all they want in this world and still they cry. Both movies can be watched once without any issues. But second time, my request is Think Twice about it.

Yay India Won.

Yes people India won. What did India win?
India won yesterday's one-day cricket match against Australia. But according to me there is nothing to be happy about.
If someone is to get happy, it can only be England and Australia and the so called Christian countries or whose history is predominantly Christian based. Why? Because as earlier I have discussed, the game of cricket is mostly a Christian game. The wickets behind the batsmen are 'like cross'.
Thus India was able to 'defend the cross' to the fullest. Thus 'India now deserves the knighthood'.
India has proved once again that is a 'very smart and talented foot-soldier' of the Commonwealth (led by Britain).
People who invented or devised the game must have initially put cross and then the batsmen would have to 'defend the cross'. It could be either 'defending the cross' or 'defending the grave'. As we know, all Christian graves are marked with cross symbol. In that case either, the batsman is standing on the grave or the wicketkeeper.
And it could be that if the batsman is standing on the grave of someone and he is as though defending it be standing on top of it. It could be that the 'soul of the deceased' can enter the batsman and he is taking charge of the batsman's actions.
It is the same thing like in football whose origins some say was when people used to play 'football' with the 'severed heads' of the enemies in the Middle Ages.
In cricket, due to practical reasons the cross then went on to become the 'wickets that it is'. There would be fights because you do not know if the cross was hit by the ball or not which in cricket is out.
It was simpler to devise three sticks and keep bales so that if the 'bales fall off' you know that the player is 'out'.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Meanwhile, Pakistan also played a match with South Africa in UAE. And it lost by 1 run.
Hmm. Does this sound like match fixing? It does to me.
Match fixing works by keeping the betters and bookies guessing till the last minute as to who will win the match.
Now since, India has IPL, India has many avenues to 'fix matches' and make money. But Pakistan has been kept out of international play and Pakistani players are banned from IPL which means that they do not get much 'avenue to make money'.
Money that is made illegally through betting and fixing the matches and twisting the outcomes of whatever little matches they get to play and that too in 'foreign lands'.

Bigg Boss 30th October

A very good day in Bigg Boss episodes. It was a continuation of the previous day episode.
In this episode, I liked the way Arman took a stand for Andy. Andy came and sat beside Arman and it was like he came 'under the influence and protection' of Arman.
He said, 'Dekhte hain tujhe haath kaun lagata hai' and then Bigg Boss sent his own Security personnel. Basically they were there to oversee the 'smooth happening in the house' namely the smooth exit of Kushal and Gauhar.
Once Arman took a stand for Andy, everybody stepped back, means Apurva, Pratysha, Kamya, Gauhar and Kushal. The conflict became like a 'world war' so as to speak. It did not remain a 'local war' anymore. It was like in the Cold War days. Like East Germany was Soviets and West Germany under NATO and US. If you attack either the entire block will respond back.
Also, Gauhar's conflict was with Arman. It is like a 'hidden conflict' one which never got solved. Once Arman got involved, it was not about Andy anymore. The conflict went on to another level altogether. Gauhar was bound to leave. She could not have survived in the house anymore.
Anyways, with Kushal exit, things have become smoother for Ijaj Khan the new entrant. But Ijaz has lost the chance to mingle with Gauhar which he had in mind. But then there is Elli in his radar who is dead scared of Ijaj anyways and Tanisha acted as 'her protector' so as to speak.
Andy's exit from the house was also very nice. The way dancers exited him out. At the end of dance show he was gone. Well done Bigg Boss. Always thinking of new things to make the show livelier.
Also, Andy's entry into the Caravan house was also well thought of. Just when Andy entered another entrant Sofia made the entrance. Both were British. Now for Sofia, survival in Bigg Boss house won't be that difficult because Andy a 'very seasoned veteran' and talkative one with himself being of British background is around. I feel the show is progressing well.

Bigg Boss Day 44

This episode I watched. It was aired on 29th October, 2013. And let me tell you that it is one of the best episodes we have seen in this season considering that this is the only season of Bigg Boss I have watched.
In this episode the housemates were given the task to 'not to react' to certain situations which would happen during the course of the day. Also, they were not to react to Andy.
Now everyone knows Andy. He is a highly talkative kind of person. So he was given the task to 'break the other mates' concentration. If you are watching Bigg Boss you will realize that most of the tasks handed down by Bigg Boss recently involve the same kind of task i.e. to 'break the concentration' of the opponent team.
What Bigg Boss gave as a task to housemates was completely justified as the housemates had themselves 'voted Andy out' of the house just the previous day. So, it was but natural for them to receive a task to ignore Andy as if he is not there in the house anymore.
Andy did what he loved. He loves talking. And I feel he never crossed the limit. He was justified to do what he was doing because Bigg Boss gave him a chance to prove himself also. Obviously, he wants to stay on in the show and win. Any other person might have sat down quietly and waited to be evicted.
But later what Kushal did to Andy was not at all justified. He put water on his bed which is actually the Bigg Boss provided bed and 'assaulted him' and abused him. I do not know how much of it was aired.
We got to see a masked man entering Bigg Boss house and bursting crackers to break the concentration of the residents.
We also got to see the man behind the voice of Bigg Boss.
That's what I feel as the voice of Bigg Boss sounds eerily similar to that man's voice.
Thus Andy was also like a person of Bigg Boss who was given the task of making the other people lose their power of 'non-reaction'. And due to that they even lost 200,000 points out of 500,000 allotted to them. Thus I would say that Andy was successful. Well done Andy.

Who do you work for?

In this world we work for either Shias or Sunnis. It is as simple as that. Our entire efforts are directed in that direction.
It is either "who we work for?" or "we are under whose control?". We are either 'under Shias' or 'under Sunnis'. Even if we are not Muslim or do not believe in any religion we are 'under someone' of these two.
Now we can discuss individual disciples. When we discuss this, we will realise that we are not or cannot be 'under Sunnis'. If we ally ourselves with Sunnis, 'we become Sunnis' and 'we are Sunnis'.
But if we ally ourselves with Shias we cannot become Shias but we either 'work under Shias' or 'work for them'. If we work for them it does not mean that we are in their payroll but we are working in their ideals and we are working for a world in which 'Shia viewpoint is adhered to'.
Now if we look at Taliban they are Sunnis. If we look at Pakistan they are 'mostly Sunni'. Now since I have analysed earlier that most of the Indians have Central Asian origins and are Shias by 'action and deeds' we can say that India-Pakistan conflict is actually a Shia-Sunni conflict. India opposes Pakistan and vice versa because of this fundamental difference between Shia and Sunni. It is not difference between Hindu and Muslim. If one ignores this fact then one is missing out on the greatest truth which is there for all to see with respect to the human race.
Now we can say the Communists who were there in Eastern Europe earlier to 1990's were Sunni. Though they did not follow any religion by their 'deeds' they were Sunni. Communism finally met its grave in Afghanistan by mostly Sunnis 'Mujaheeden" aided by US and Pakistan. So we can say that Atheist Sunnis (Communists) were defeated by religious Sunnis (Mujaheddin)
Now Nazis were Sunnis but they did a fatal mistake. They did not open their folds for everyone. Rather they 'emphasised on racial purity of Germans' and did not encourage all to come into them. Thus they wanted to become Sunnis with Shia overtones. Thus they were bound to fail.
Capitalism is Shia by its very structure. People who are rich want to keep the property and business for themselves and their families. Thus in the last century Shias won we can say because Capitalism defeated Communism. Zorastrians called Parsis in India also have Iranian origins and they are for Capitalism since the very beginning. Thus they are against Communism and which means against Sunnis and that is the key conflict between Shias and Sunnis.
Communism want distribution of wealth and tasks and Sunnis also stand for the same.
Hard core followers of Christianity in US called Evangelical Christians can be termed as Sunnis because they want 'all people to come into their fold'. Nothing will bring them more joy than if the entire world becomes 'what they are'.
Now we have the Hindu Nationalists who have not managed to win in elections. A Hindu nationalist like Modi recently has remarked that he is 'against dynastic politics' and wants the 'political situation to be open for all'. Thus my observation is that Modi wants to bring in 'Sunni elements' into Indian politics and that is a key mistake he is making and he is bound for failure. Because India is 'Shia elements following nation' even if the religion is Hinduism.
And let us not forget that fundamentally a person cannot become Hindu by conversion. One is either born Hindu or not. Any person who was born Hindu and converted to another faith can be 'reconverted' but not otherwise.
Religion may be important in many peoples lives but there is a certain background in the religion which cannot be ignored.

Iranians, Arabs, Israel and Indians

We have to understand generally that Iranians are Shia and Arabs are Sunni. And as was discussed in earlier post, most of the Indians have their origins in Central Asian region which also comprises of Iran.
As per history books, Indian subcontinent was invaded by these 'Aryans' who imposed a set of 'caste system' in the Indian society. The caste system was rigid and people could not change from one caste to another as they were bound there from birth. Most of the original Iranians or Aryans then went on to become the 'Brahmins' or the 'Kshatriyas' who were the top class and people who did not share the racial features of these 'invaders' became 'Vysyas' or Shudras'. These Brahmins were the ones who devised and imposed their set of religion on the masses and same structure is also visible even today.
Now if we look at the Middle East what was the situation. Before the First World War, there was the Ottoman Empire and it ruled over vast stretches of land in Middle East and North Africa.
Iran was a country with its own long history and culture and very less Ottoman influence. Then there was discovery of oil in the region and the policy of 'divide and rule' suited the imperialists led by Britain and France and later US. Britain used 'foot soldiers from Indian subcontinent' to a great extent in fighting the wars in the Middle East.
After Second World War, emerged a few countries of 'Arab origin' and then there was Iran with its own 5000 year old history. Also, a new country of Israel came into being with its own 5000 year old history. Now, what I personally feel that Israel and Iran have a connection. Like a secret connection.
Let us not ignore the facts that Iranians/Persians and Arabs are totally against each other. Saddam Hussein of Iraq exploited these Arab sentiments and waged an 8 year old war with its neighbor in which millions perished. Israel and Arabs are also against each other. Arabs have been brutally defeated by a tiny state like Israel and it is the ultimate humiliation for them. Arabs can do little to harm Israel. Now Iran also defeated Iraq which was an Arab state during Saddam Hussein. Though it defeated Iraq at a great price for itself.
Thus Israel and Iran both have a mistrust and antagonism towards Arabs in general. And hence, what is visible in public is 'actually an eyewash'. Israel and Iran are closer than you think. Why? Now we can analyse the situation as to why this is the case.
Shia is someone who is 'born into his life'. Thus one cannot become a Shia; one has to be born a Shia. But Sunnis are those people who can be 'assimilated as Sunnis'. Thus if any person becomes a Sunni by conversion, then he is entitled to all the rewards of Sunnis. Now let us face it, the state of Israel or the Jews are not looking to convert all the people (non-Jews) into Jews. They only want safety and security of the State of Israel and its citizens. They do not want like say 100 million people to convert into Judaism. They want safety for whatever people that are already there as Jews by birth or descent or immigration.
Similarly is the case with Iran. Iran does not want let us say 100 million more Shias in its fold. But Sunni state like Saudi Arabia or predominantly Sunni states like Pakistan, Bangladesh, Indonesia etc would want additional 100 million people to come into its fold. That is a general observation of mine.
Thus difference between Shia and Sunni is one of the fundamental difference and the most important difference in this world. We can analyse it for several days together and still more points would come up. I will write in next post a additional points I will recollect.

Shia and Sunni and India

In this post I will try to analyze the origin of the Shia/Sunni divide and the origin and future and growth of India.
Let us first understand what is Shia and what is Sunni?
Basically these are two alternate viewpoints. Let us not think Muslim/Islam and so on for now. Let us think what it means. The very essence and the soul of being a Shia or a Sunni.
A Shia means one who wants religion to be followed by the 'descendants' or the 'family' or the 'family members'. Thus for a Shia person, the 'inheritors' should be the one who are 'related by birth or blood'. The Shias will not discriminate between man and woman in this case. For them the 'blood line' is important. Now let us not think religion. Let us think something different like an idea or a business or the property and so. Thus for a Shia the 'family ties' become important before deciding 'who will be handed the torch' so as to speak. 'Who will carry the legacy' in other words.
A Sunni means someone who does not care for this kind of 'family links' or 'blood links' and so on. For them what matters is those people who 'give loyalty' and 'adhere to the rules'. Those who by their good deeds and 'perfect conduct and character' would 'inherit the legacy'. Ans so it is expected in a perfect system, that only men and people of 'extremely good nature/conduct' will get the 'torch handed down' from above.
That my friends is the key difference. Do not look at religion. There is a bit of 'Shia' and 'Sunni' in every religion be it Christianity of Judaism or Hinduism.
Now where does India come into the picture. We have to look at the states of Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh first to know about this. For a second let us not look at states below these two and above these two. I had even read somewhere probably in Wikipedia several years ago that people from Karnataka have Arab origins or 'Arab outlook' whereas people from Andhra Pradesh have 'Iranian or Persian origins and outlook'.
And in my life after spending more than 9 years in Bengaluru and 36+ years in the Indian subcontinent, I can safely say that most of people in India have the most commonality with Persian and Iranian people including people in Andhra Pradesh. It is like they share the common ancestor. Their language is similar. Names are similar and names of places are also similar.
We have all read in History books in school that India was invaded by 'Aryan people' who came from North West and their place of residence originally was around Caspian Sea which is around or in Iran. We have also read that the 'original inhabitants' of India who made the 'Mohenjodaro and Harappan' civilisations escaped 'deeper into India' and they could be what are called the Dravidans of present times.
Now who are the Dravidans, they are the Tamilians and some extent the Keralites. But since the people from Tamil Nadu and Kerala are so different, we cannot group them together as a race. The Keralites over the hundreds of years have been shaped by Arabs, Syrian Christians, Portugese, Jewish people, Missionaries from various countries all of whom made Kerala their home and adopted its customs. Thus for Kerala we cannot say that 'racial purity' exists whereas the Tamils have been able to 'preserve their race to some extent'.
But in the present time of 21st Century we can find that people from Karnataka are that much similar to Arabs. I will continue this in another post. But let us keep in mind that the difference between Shia and Suni is the most fundamental difference in the world. And it is just not about religion. If one thinks it is only religion one is escaping from the 'most fundamental truth of the human race'.

Facebook is Cheap and Vulgar

The way the Facebook is marketing itself in the world is cheap and vulgar. We don't need Facebook. Even if we are not interested still it is "pushing itself" by getting its news across the world.
Like recently, it made less than 17 yrs old to 13 years old people to 'share pictures and stuff'. Tell me is it a big deal? Arrey, those who are members should be entitled to all the privileges. Else, why allow them to be members in the first place. Facebook is not God. And let me tell Facebook that it does not matter what you do or allow people to do. Why should others be concerned.
Next news is when the beheading video is getting posted on Facebook. Tell me is it a big deal? No one is interested in that. And then you remove it and then again it is big news. It does not matter what is getting posted on Facebook or not.
Also anyone who wants to see a beheading video can search in Google and go to any other site and see about it. Why in that case should Facebook get all the attention? Did beheadings never happen before Facebook?
Beheading is a sad reality of conflict in war zones like Syria and Iraq and so on. These wars are also financed by Zionist Occupied Governments (ZOGs) to mention bestgore.com founder Mark Marek. Govts from UK, France, US and Arab states are financing and funding wars in Syria and the like and beheadings have become common in those war zones.
Facebook is also Jewish owned and it wants to 'rule the world' so as to speak. Hence, the billions they (Jews and Jew controlled puppets) have spent in funding the wars and the sponsoring the rebels opposed to legitimate Govt.s who don't abide by them and their forms of banking and economic systems are creating a 'big news' out of it.
In fact it is not big news and is actually a hidden mask.
They allow a beheading video and then remove it. All the time Facebook remains in the news. Which again is Zionist controlled. Even British PM spoke about it. And guess what? The British PM is also Jewish or part-Jewish. If the British PM does not speak about Facebook when asked then he is as good as finished.
Everybody should know that Facebook is an artificial environment which is being controlled by these Zionists. They define the boundaries and one cannot function ideally in these boundaries.
Facebook is cheap and vulgar. All the time, certain news is getting released in the world press about it. That Facebook did this and did that. Facebook users now have this and that. A certain Facebook user posted this and that. It just does not end and keeps on going on and on and gets on my nerves so that my head is just getting crammed all the way.

Kapil Sharma show's Cross dressers

I will like to say that in the show of Kapil Sharma there are a lot of 'cross dressers'. Now many people will feel why it is so? They may think that it is so because of 'choice'. I do not feel that it is because of 'choice'. Rather I feel that these cross-dressers are employed because of 'necessity'.
I feel that no woman can act the way these men are able to act by taking on the role of women. Also, because it is known that 'what lies beneath' is a man, so Kapil Sharma (and others in the show) can take liberties and do 'his kind of comedy' on the show without worrying for 'repercussions'.
Now what is this 'repercussion'?
In India, not only men but even women face a lot of 'resistance'. There is a lot of 'conservatism' in the society. 'Male chauvinism' is no doubt there. But so is the 'female chauvinism'. Since idols and photos of Goddesses/Devis/Maa is worshipped, the women in India feel that they are Goddesses.
Also, the conservative females cannot be ignored. These are the Auntys and Grannys of India. You can often find them heading the 'Mahila Sansthas' or the 'Women organisations'.
Also, the Hindu nationalists who are kind of 'crazy like mad' when it comes to 'protection of women'. Here in India, even the other minorities like Sikhs and Muslims also are tremendous 'idolators' of women.
I remember my father and mother told me when I went to Delhi that there the Punjabis will kill the person who will 'harass their girls'. Earlier when I went to Mumbai, my father used to warn me that if I go after their girl then the Gujaratis will warn that they will "cut and throw you in the Arabian Sea".
It is okay. They probably told me so, so that, fearing my life I would not indulge in any wrong activity. But even if a very small thing is true like 10% of what they said, then where does that leave the women. I would say in a very uncomfortable position. The women then have to constantly 'watch their step' so as no to 'stray away from the path'.
Thus cross-dressers can then do such kind of roles which 'no woman in India can do'. They have a certain sense of freedom because they are not bound to the 'rigid set of rules' which the 'normal women' are forced to follow. These 'cross-dressers' are a 'necessity'. 'Necessity is the mother of invention'-so we have heard. Hence, due to necessity, these cross-dressers have become the 'invention' in show like Comedy Nights with Kapil.
Also, with cross-dressers around, Kapil has an additional fillip to 'become the man'. As we know in movies, 'the man' usually is the hero. Thus Kapil becomes 'the man' and the hero. People turn to him and he becomes a very great personality in front of them. The choice is simple, due to the cross-dressers, people have the option to either watch the show or not-watch the show. If they do not watch the show, they remain stressed as they are unable to get a 'dose of comedy'. If they watch the show, Kapil becomes the hero for them.
Also, after watching the cross-dressers in action, people will find even news-readers hot. Trust me any other 'normal woman' would look better than these 'cross dressers'. One can watch any other show on TV and find the women hotter than these men dressed as women.
Thus one may not need any other 'extreme stuff' (which are banned from TV anyways) to find the 'hotness'. Just plain regular TV will do. It is like you begin to "like what you are having" rather than getting to have what you like. And that my friends is the sad reality.

Cancer Scare and Shaving

During the past few months starting from May 2013 onwards, I have tried a lot of options with regards to beard and mustache and facial hair.
First I tried keeping French beard/Goatee but it did not work out.
Next I tried keeping a beard without a mustache and it lasted for a very long period of more than a month when I shaved it. Immediately after that, the Egyptian coup happened. Did the Egyptian coup happened because I shaved? It always troubles my mind.
Then I tried growing full beard with mustache. But then I shaved once more.
Fourth I tried keeping my mustache without beard and then I shaved it off. It was in the month of August.
Just last week I retried all the above options with little bit of each.
My observations. It is best if we keep both the mustache and beard. We may either grow it or keep it trimmed. Else we should shave it all off. The middle path i.e. keeping only the beard and shaving the mustache or vice-versa is not recommended. That is my personal opinion.
But additional thing I observed and hence this blog post.
Close to the beard and the mustache lies the nose. The nose is a unique organ of our body. I contains two pathways and a soft bone inside. Some more tissue surrounds the bone and then we have muscle and then skin. The pathways are directly linked to the lungs and our 'insides'.
What I found that in my case when I shave my full mustache+beard, then there is no hindrance and blood flows quite clearly from the nose to the other regions of my face and downwards to the jaw and neck and upwards towards the head and sideways to the ears.
Else what I feel that blood kind of becomes stationery around the nose area. Also, I have a small kind of tissue growth in my right nostril. At times it becomes stiff after combining with the surrounding tissue. Means the hard portion combines with the soft portion and the area becomes slightly hard in the process. When I touch it it is slightly painful.
I found that this above gets more on account when I don't shave either the beard or the mustache. Means when I shave certain areas of my face and leave certain areas out this thing happens. But when I clean-shave myself, I don't find that kind of pain on my nose.
My suspicion is that this kind of tissue 'coagulation' will lead to something more serious. Like cancer. I fear for it. Because no cancer stricken person is born that way. They are born healthy and due to 'some kind of conditions ripe in their bodies' and environment, they suffer from cancer. Very great doctors and scientists are researching this deadly disease. But I feel that this cancer happens due to virus and infection and what our body does in response. Our body fights these and when the fighting inside our bodies becomes an 'uncontrollable level', cancer forms and then our body is unable to tackle these and we come to rely on 'external forces' like 'chemotherapy' (which means use of chemicals) and 'radiotherapy' which involves use of radiation.
Any kind of 'uncontrolled growth' is what is cancer. That's what I feel.
So we should not allow such kind of 'uncontrolled growth' to happen. So what I did today I shaved and clean shaved. Like I have written earlier, I have always 'striven to shave' in my life.

Malala Yousufzahi

I will say the way a young girl like Malala Yousufzahi is getting backing of the Western Governments smacks of something which is unparalleled in the world.
It is the same people who are backing the Syrian rebels and who backed the Libyan opposition and removed Gaddafi from power and killed him brutally are backing Malala.
Malala is a 'soft pawn' in their hands and the 'Western powers' including CIA have understood that they can win the war against Islam and Islamists by making Malala as a hero.
I have no objection that Malala is a hero in her own way but so is every other person. Even a 'common man' is a hero in the Indian sub continent. A person who is resisting the NATO occupying forces in Afghanistan is also a hero. But the same person is branded as a terrorist and insurgent.
It is simply wrong on the part of the West to kill Afghan civilians and 'Taliban' while projecting at the same time Malala as a hero.
What is the meaning of 'Taliban'. If we try to understand the meaning we can come to know that 'Talib' means education and Taliban means a student. Thus NATO and American and UK forces take pride in killing hundreds and thousands of Taliban while at the same time projecting Malala as a 'Messiah' who will bring 'unparalleled prosperity' to regions of Pakistan and Afghanistan.
The Queen of England, UK PM and American president have all met Malala and she was even allowed to address UN General Assembly. It totally shows that the West try to 'impose their will' on the hapless people who are manipulated and controlled through propaganda.
They know that they cannot win the war through military means. If they want to win means they would have 'kill all the people' and that is just not possible because even Nazi Germany was not able to 'kill all its opponents'. Hence, the US and UK led Govts. have used Malala as their 'public face' to bring change in Afghanistan and Pakistan.
They want to 'wean people away' from traditional form of education which is 'Islamic religion based' and they want something which ignores Islamic traditions and makes someone as Malala as a hero. Thus they want to strike the 'heart and soul' of a country like Afghanistan and Pakistan which is Islam and then make their public more 'subservient' to the West.
Trust me people it is a very 'dark project'. Much like what is happening in Syria and Egypt, they want to 'shape a generation' of people. What has happened in Iraq and is happening in Iran also is worth noting. In Iraq they starved millions of people to death through sanctions on food and medical supplies. Same thing they are doing in Syria and want to do in Iran. The same people are the ones backing Malala. She is no hero. She is merely a puppet in the arms of the West.
All expenses of Malala are borne by the West and CIA. It is a very small price to pay for what they are actually expending in terms of 'military and occupation'. It is actually 'peanuts' compared to what they are prepared to shell out.

Monkeygate = Maa ki

All those who follow cricket would be aware of the verbal spat which happened during India's tour of Australia in 2008-09.
I would like to say to all Australians and Westerners that what happened in 2008-09 which was verbal spat between Harbhajan Singh(Bhajji) and Andrew Symonds did not involve the use of the word 'monkey' but 'maa ki' which is like an abuse in India.
Andrew Symonds heard the abuse which is called 'gaali' and it is common among North Indians especially to remark 'maa ki' and 'behan ki' as a form of 'expletive'.
Now recently Ricky Pointing has put his memoirs but the main fact he has missed and that is that Harbhajan did not call Andrew as 'monkey' but was hurling abuse in the 'choicest of words'. In other words he was abusing his mother. Maa means mother and behan means sister.
Thus Indians abuse the oppositions mother and sister while hurling abuses towards the opposing parties.
Now a lot of Indians will support Harbhajan and let me tell you that this is a fact. You don't have to look far. Just look into twitter or youtube or Facebook comments and photos.
Westerners mainly from UK and Australia may think that they have got 'Indians under their skin' because 'Indians are playing their game' which is cricket but actually Indians have something else in mind. They have the thing in mind that they 'can defeat the West and White people' by winning cricket which has long been the 'White mans game'.
Now who are these people who take great pleasure in abusing someone else's mother. It cannot be the 'religious nationalists' or 'religious extremists' or 'hard core religious followers'. No religion will permit the abuse either verbal or otherwise of someone else's something as sacred as mother.
It is only the 'plain nationalists' who will do such kind of thing. For them it does not matter what happens to the opposition. What matters is whether they win or not.
But I personally feel someone as sacred as mother should not be abused. And certainly not by a country's national team players be it in whatever sport. What Salman Khan told in last weekend Big Boss show is worth noting. "When he and Govinda were going somewhere, some youngsters hurled them these kind of 'choicest abuses'. he wanted to leave them but Govinda followed them and told them that 'your mom is my mom' and now start abusing. Immediately those people started apologising." A lesson to be learnt here. That we should not abuse someone's mother or sister because where do we draw the line. 100% of humans (humans as a race) will have a mom. And many I would suspect more than 50% would have a sister (could be more). We need to treat them with respect.
All women need to be treated with respect. It is just not right to not only justify these kind of incidents but to keep repeating it in 'newer and newer Avatars'.

Moms cancer and Facebook

Here I will explain how Facebook is having a relation to what is happening in life. There is no scientific explanation but there is a link. And this link is due to something called as "Nazar". What you post becomes a 'Nazar' which essentially means 'Evil Eye'. You can Google it but I will sure write about it in detail in another post.
First incident to show a link was when I was using Facebook and my moms health did not improve. At that time I was using Samsung Galaxy Tab and I took a photo on my Tab and uploaded it to Facebook for all to see. And then I had asked all people to 'pray so that my moms health improves'. A lot of people posted their well-wishes.Then after a few days I removed the photo because I felt that I should not have a 'weak image'. After all 'image' is something which cannot be ignored in this world. It should not appear that I was being a kind of 'crybaby'. Also I had driven my bike from Bengaluru till Bhubaneswar and wanted to post those photos in Facebook and somehow I felt that it would not 'be compatible'. Later I tried to restore that photo with the comments but then I found out it cannot be done. "Facebook does not restore your deleted photos/comments". Then I re-posted my mothers photo several times but nothing could match the first photo response.
Second was that Channel W users found a place in Facebook and it was a Group. I had joined that group and began to post my 'experiences and memories' of Channel W. In Channel W, there used to be 'smileys'. And there was a small yellow smiley which was vomiting 'green stuff'. I had posted a 'memory' related to one incident and believe it or not on the same day my mom started vomiting the green stuff as a side effect of cancer. That 'green stuff' which my mom was vomiting was 'bile' and it comes from liver. This was in Oct 2011. At that time I was shocked as to how something I post in Facebook could have a direct link to what happened to my mother. I think only after that I posted my moms picture on Facebook. Earlier to that I was staying clear of posting anything on Facebook happening in my personal life. But since I found this coincidental and shocking at the same time, I thought may be if I post about my mother's ill-health she would recover. Ultimately it was not to be.
My mom was being given Ayurvedic medicines at that time and after this vomiting of green stuff even those medicines were stopped. After that homeopathic medicines were given but those too did not work.
Third was the incident on my moms last day in Jan 2012. At that time I was deep into Facebook and I used to check Facebook and then check on my mom and so on I used to do. At that time I shared on Facebook, "Darius and Finlay- Do it All Night" song. I thought it was a catchy song and I had come to know about the same from DVJ Bazuka version. And since due to the explicit content of DVJ Bazuka video, that video was not available on YouTube and some other video with the same track was available same thing I shared. And immediately after two to five minutes my father came and told me that let us not sleep tonight as moms health deteriorated too much. After that I even left with empty oxygen cylinder for refill which we had borrowed from neighbour Doctor's house. Then about an hour or two later my moms heartbeat and pulse stopped and she went into coma and then Doctor came and declared her dead. But our night did not end there. In ambulance we carried her body to my native place and then cremation was done.
Fourth incident was after my moms death and conclusion of the ceremonies in Feb 2012. I opened a page in Facebook as a tribute to my mother and uploaded all the last snaps I had of her. Unfortunately due to the disease, my mom had deteriorated in appearance and she did not want her 'patient like' condition to be shown to the world. Even earlier in Oct 2011 when I had first posted her photo on Facebook she probably did not like it. Even my father did not like it. At that time my father told that one photo was enough and there was no need to post more. And now after her death, it went to another level. There was complete animosity between my father and sisters and myself. My father told that this is no way to remember and respect your mother. In case I wanted I could print those and keep it in album and not 'show to the world'. Similarly, my sisters said the same thing. Then I had told that I wanted to be with my mother and 'join my mother'. Later that night I saw my mother in my dreams and so I decided to remove the photos and delete the page from Facebook itself. Slowly, in a few months time (by August 2012) my Facebook account would stand deleted and I would withdraw from Facebook for ever.

Moms Cancer and other Networks

My mom suffered from cancer and it was detected in 4th Stage in June 2009 any she died on January 2012. She fought the disease for 2 and half years before finally succumbing to it.
Meanwhile, I was using yahoo and yahoo groups upto 2006-07. Only in 2006-07, I came to know about Myspace and joined it. Then due to my ex MBA friends that was post mid-2006 I came to know about other networks like Orkut, hi5 and few others which I cannot recollect.
Even during my MBA days (2004-06), I or we students did not use social networks to connect with each other. Instead we relied on good old email or email groups and chatting.
By around beginning of 2009, I was using very less social networks and I had deleted my Orkut account as well. Exact date or month when I deleted the Orkut account I cannot recollect now after so many years.
In Orkut I remember I had adopted the picture of Grim reaper as my Avatar. I also adopted the Slipknot and 'Nayantara actress' avatars as well. But then my grandmother died in 2008 and now I am always haunted whether it was due to my adopting the 'Grim Reaper' as my Avatar. Because Grim Reaper once invoked never leaves you. I did not want to mention this anywhere and certainly not in a blog because by mentioning it I may be invoking the Grim Reaper once more. But facts have to be cleared and once it is out of my mind I would feel 'lighter'.
If my grandmothers death was not enough, my mom suffered from the 'deadliest forms of cancer' and how much she would survive was not known.
The fact is I deleted my Orkut account and this was due to the fact that the company where I worked , namely Wipro had a forum which was a 'PhpBB" based form and it was Channel W. I began using Channel W forum in March 2007 and used it till Dec 2010 when the phpBB forum was retired for a 'new kind of forum' which did not have the same charm. now Channel W was only accessible by employees of Wipro and that was a fault. Many content I had posted inside Channel W because I never thought that my company would 'throw me out' so easily. I though Channel W would 'remain with me forever'. Anyway that was not to be and fate had something else in store for me.
In Channel W, people used to do 'editing', it means they would 'quote someone' and edit the post so that it would appear that the other person had said something which in fact he would not have said (or written). In that also I had done editing for a person that "Main Janaza main niklunga". It was wrong on my part. When you edit like that it wrong. (Janaza means funeral procession)
And that (Janaza like situation) I was forced to do. I could not or did not attend my grandmothers' funeral until the very last day. That was another fault. I should have left my office and job and attended to my grandmothers funeral immediately and not wait towards the end of the formalities. My grandmother probably felt bad. She too deserved respect.
Then I had to witness my mom suffering cancer and passing away and I was bound to take part in funeral. Hence, what I am saying if you say something ill for another even in fun manner and the same thing may happen to you. Life lessons to be learnt is to always speak and write something which is 'right'. Let us not 'stray from the right path'.
Let us pray to Lord that he brings us to the 'right path'.
Then in 2009 middle I came to hear about Facebook. Again it was a Channel W friend who had send me friend request both in Facebook and Linkedin and that is how I came to know about it. Then again I did not use Facebook much until I left my job in my ex-company in July 2011. Here I would like to tell three or four incidents which have left a deep impact on me and how I am unable to disassociate Facebook with what happened to my mom.
To avoid making the blog post too long and making 'interest disappear' I will continue in another post.

Bigg Boss and Life

I feel that a show like Bigg Boss shows what life is all about.
Life is complex let us face it. It is not that simple. People try to outwit you and prove you are a 'dumb***' all the time. They want you 'to leave' so that they can take your place and keep all the 'things for themselves'.
In other words there is 'cut-throat competition' in this world of ours.
People have 'two-faces' and often in real life as well there are people like Salman Khan who are 'above and beyond all' and they remain 'unaffected' by what happens 'in the house'.
In my life also the same thing happened. I was way too innocent and hence people could manipulate me and 'get ahead of me' in life. I was left hanging and on the sideways.
During earlier seasons, I never watched the Bigg Boss episodes and never followed it. For me earlier it did not matter what happened on the show. It did not matter how Contestant A or B won. Or whoever won it was the same for me. If I would have watched Bigg Boss earlier seasons I may have been 'more careful' about my life and I might not have been manipulated to the extent I was.
Even now in this season it does not matter who wins but what matters is "how they win it". They win in a very conniving manner and through a combination of a lot of factors.
It is not that simple to just win it. It cannot be decided based on just one show like in a quiz show or game show. Also, in Bigg Boss there is the system of 'elimination' very week. A contestant who gets eliminated cannot come back. He/She is as good as 'dead'. In real life also there is the system of 'death'. We have to know that every person who is born on this earth 'death is certainty'. In fact life is uncertain but it is 100% certain that a person would die. One only does not know when and how one will die.
Even if there is no death, one simply 'leaves' from an incident or situation and it is as good as getting 'eliminated' in the Bigg Boss house.
In real life also, we have seen often what happens in our life is 'what we speak' and 'what we do', again same as what is happening in the Bigg Boss house. In real life it is more intense. We may not realise it but often what happens in our life in the present would be dictated by what happened in the past.
Like I was working in my previous company in Materials modules in SAP, so when I got transferred I was sent to stores which is same Materials module. I should have realised it earlier and then taken corrective steps to indicate that I want to work in Finance area else the "Vidhata" or destiny would force me into where I 'already was'. My actions and speaking or not-speaking (if you are not-speaking against something you're as good as accepting it) decided where I was going to be.
Even when I got transferred, when I did not want it to be formalised, the 'wisecrack' who took my interview before joining told me "to continue for 3 months" and what is the duration in Bigg Boss house??? It is three months (but this year it is 105 days). Thus my transfer was like sending me to Bigg Boss house.
But in my life there was another person who was in that building where I got transferred. He told me that I had to spend 1 year for "band change" (which is like promotion). Thus though the wisecrack who took my interview was 'tricking me' to believe that I would be there for 3 months, I had to spend at least 1 year for 'any kind of reprieve'. Plus I did not know what lied beyond 'that 1 year'.
In that respect, my life (in previous company) was tougher than the Bigg Boss contestants. But Bigg Boss gives a lot to learn. We know how even in a 'short three month period' how contestants 'work hard' to 'win it all'. Same attitude should be there in our lives.
Also from what I know that 'Bigg Boss' is the name in India of the show called originally 'Big Brother' or 'Celebrity Big brother' where celebrities have to ditch their 'comfortable lives' and 'struggle in a small house' for the sake of audience.
But in India the participants no doubt are celebrities but they have to 'live and adapt themselves in the house' not for the audience but for the 'Bigg Boss'. This term 'Bigg Boss' is aptly suited for India. Because, Indians have 'slave like mentality'. After centuries of 'foreign domination', Indian visions have been clouded. They are unable to 'think for themselves'; they need a 'boss' to do what boss does i.e. boss over themselves (boss them around). 'Boss' means someone who dominates over you and that is what Indians need. And that is why the show is popular in India.

Cyclone politics

As we know in the last few days a massive cyclone has struck the state of Odisha which happens to be my home-state. It is ironic because just last week I had visited the exact place where the 'eye of the cyclone made landfall'.
Still people indulge in politics. I mean there are some people who are "pro-development" i.e. they want steel plant like Posco should be developed and there are some who want "Odisha to remain backward" and they indulge in politics and "misguiding the public" and become "anti-development".
What do I mean? I will explain. Now steel plant is being developed by Posco. Who are the opposers? Certainly it can't be the people who want to "grow in life". These are people who look for 'short-term benefit' and not long term. These people are paid by "Indian steel plant" owners like Tatas and Jindals among others.
"Indian steel manufacturers" do not want plants of foreign companies to be established in India. And hence they "fund and funnel" opposition to the plants of foreigners like Posco.
At the same time they do not want their own plans to be disrupted and "scuttle all plans" of opposition of their own activities. That is the reason that Tatas could capture more than 5000 acres near Gopalpur in mid-1990's by promising to build a steel plant which never happened. Now two decades is getting over and still Tatas have not established the steel plant in Gopalpur. What have they done to the land? Since Odisha Govt. might have acquired that land, so Tatas built a boundary around it about 3-4 years back and named it as "Gopalpur SEZ" but there is a minimum activity in that and certainly 'no steel plant'. It would never happen even in our wildest dreams.
In the same time, they have built a steel plant in Jajpur Road area which is known as 'Kalinga Nagar'. There was police firing in which tens of tribals perished but still that steel plant saw the light of the day and is about to begin commencement. So the Tatas want their own plant to be established in the 'area they please' but they fund opposition to the plant being established by Posco. All Indian plant owners share the same mentality of Tatas trust me. But the Tatas are huge and that is why I mentioned them.
These Indian plant owners also do not use their own money. Often they take loans and rely on grants given by the Indian or Odisha Govts. They then keep 'their own money' in banks where it lies 'safe'. Thus they use 'public money to fund their private adventures' so-as to speak.
Tell me people what is the harm in establishing an iron and steel plant. It would be of full benefit. Tell me if we export only a raw material like 'iron ore' we get very less 'foreign exchange' and no local people get chance to work in the industrial process. But if our own steel plant is established in India or Odisha then local people will not only get employment in the plant but we will gain more foreign exchange by 'exporting finished steel and iron products' and our brand "Made in India" will become famous though the factory is foreign owned. Now raw iron ore is getting exported to plants in Malaysia or Indonesia or China and it coming out as finished product "Made in Malaysia" or China or Indonesia or something similar.
And God forbid we are buying the same finished iron and steel product made from our own iron ore exported at very low prices and paying huge amount for the finished material.
Due to Cyclone 'Phailin', some reports came out that 'due to tree cutting for Posco plant' the area got affected. Tell me people how lame is this. We know that due to cyclone trees get uprooted and become a health hazard. In-fact there are hundreds of reports of trees getting damaged in 200km/hr speeds. In fact, 'pucca structures' made in scientific manner to withstand 'gale force winds' are more likely to survive.
It may be a fact for mangroves. Mangroves may reduce the intensity of cyclones. Mangroves are only found near the coast or 5-7 kms inland. But in interior areas hundreds of kms inside, trees will have little effect.
These 'so called pro-trees' people are actually 'anti development people who want a backward state like Odisha to remain 'backward forever'. They twist the fact of mangroves to include trees in general.
There is no doubt that this cyclone has pushed Odisha 'backwards in time'. In certain areas I feel that Odisha has been pushed back 'by a decade'.
We have seen cyclone and its effects and this the reason that certain areas remain backward. In fact we have seen a 'microcosm of history' in the making. What has happened over hundreds of years was visible in a week. Now why is some areas 'more developed than others'? We saw a reason. Everytime an area tries to develop itself there is a 'setback' and we saw that on our TV screens and Internet. And thus it is unable to 'come out of the abyss'. People then become more 'God fearing' and turn towards their 'religion' and 'deities' which is Hinduism in Odisha. They feel that they have not followed their religion properly enough and so on.
Development then takes a backseat. Whoever has left Odisha and settled abroad then becomes someone who is 'out of the orbit' so as to speak and is not affected as 'intensely' as locals.

Apologies to Salman and other hosts

In my earlier post I had told that Salman Khan was not a good host of a show like Bigg Boss.
Now in this post I would like to apologise to him personally. I would like to say that he is not only a good host but he is an almost perfect host.
It is okay, we cannot get a truly "100% perfect" host.
The fact is that hosting a show like Bigg Boss would require a lot of 'interest' to be shown by the host. And this interest has to be both personal and professional. I feel Salman Khan takes 'personal interest' in the contestants and that is what matters.
In a country like India we need a 'host with a mass audience' and 'mass popularity' to pull in the viewers and make the show popular. I feel Salman Khan is able to achieve that.
His popularity in Indian subcontinent and beyond is very high and that is the reason he could 'bounce back' in his career.
Also, a show like Kaun Banega Karodpati also requires a 'mass popularity' host like Amitabh Bachan. Someone like Siddharth Basu the quiz master can host the show but it would not become popular with the masses and remain an 'elite show'.
Abroad, in Europe and US or other developed countries a show like Bigg Boss can operate 'without any hosts' or without any 'popular hosts' but in India it would just not work. It would just not be popular.
I feel this kind of 'big celebrities and stars' hosting shows on TV is a recent phenomena. I did not use to watch Indian TV programs enough and thus I was not able to comment properly.
Like I had told I did not watch any season of Indian Bigg Boss upto this years i.e. the Seventh Season.
And since it just completed 3rd week, I have seen Salman weekend shows for 6 episodes only and the overall picture of Salman Khan was blurred for me earlier and now it is getting more and more clearer.
I had watched a few big Indian award shows being hosted by top actors of the film industry.

Google +

Compared to other social networks, I have the least complaints against Google +. Even if I want I cannot say anything against it.
'Google +' has introduced the concept of circles which is according to me quite encouraging. Somebody can add us into their circles but we do not have to add them back. If we want to add someone to our circles we can do so. But, the fact is I do not have to say anything negative about Google +.
For me Google plus is something which is sacrosanct.
Why? Because it is owned by Google.
When I initially started using the internet which was in 2000, I had heard of Google and Yahoo.
And among the two I was using yahoo more. I was using it for email and I was using it as a 'search engine'.
But I knew and had heard that 'Google is big'.
Slowly slowly, I too came to use the search engine of Google.
For me Google search was a simple tool with a "simple front-page or home page" to reach 'anywhere on the internet' and through it the world.
Yahoo I was still using but for email.
Also, I used to use "Sify Iway" which was a chain of Cyber cafes and through that I was using Sify mail.
But in due course of time, Sify mail has now come to be managed by Google mail.
Now I had not heard of Gmail and initially it was mail account 'based on invites only'.
But then the mail system of Google expanded and 'invitation' was not required for membership.
I also heard of Blogspot and Orkut and then Youtube. Also I heard a new tool called Google earth.
I also came to know of Picasa where we could store digital pictures.
All this were either developed and owned or bought and owned by Google.I also heard of 'Google doodles' but that has more to do with Google and its 'inventiveness' than with users having a 'Google Account'.
Then "Google +" came and it was a kind of social networking site.
Finally, I also used the Google news site and we cannot forget the Android.
Yes Android system owned and managed by Google was the default operating system in my Samsung Galaxy Tab. It was at that point that my relationship with Google was cemented.
When in 2012 I first deleted few accounts like Linkedin and Facebook, I realised that no way I would be able to delete my Google account or my Yahoo account for that matter.
I could not delete my Google account because my very usage of the Android system was based on my having the Google account. If I wanted to use the Android smartphone or Galaxy Tab like equipment, I was bound to possess a Google account.
Also to access many videos in Youtube we have to sign in else those videos become inaccessible. And for that we need the Google account.
The Google account is also a 'single account' for multiple platforms like Youtube, Blogspot, Picasa, Gmail etc.
Yahoo account I could not delete because my email is associated with it. I do not know where and all I have shared this email ID or my email ID over the (almost) past decade. If I delete this email, then I the people with whom I have shared my email would 'lose me' and I will lose them.
I have realized that email ID is more important than telephone or mobile number. I mean, we can change telephone or mobile number without much problem but we need to keep our email ID intact else we may run into problems in this modern age.

Satellite picture in darkness

Today passing through Andhra while going to Bengalure. What I find is power issue. We have diesel engine pulling us instead of electric.
The big town of Vizag is in darkness.
A night satellite picture of Andhra/India will show this normally "bright region" in darkness.
A 'normal day picture' and todays picture can then be compared.
Our train is 8 hours behind schedule.

Twitter is time waste

Among the three networks of LinkedIn, Facebook and twitter. I feel Facebook and twitter have the maximum potential to 'waste your time' and in the process make you own life "a waste".
Now who or what is twitter for. I feel twitter should be only for celebrities and famous people who are 'busy people' and need to communicate with their fans or followers.
For the rest who are not that busy or 'relatively unknown' they should write 'blog'. I feel a 140 character limit does not project the idea properly. Also, due to the word limit one would become a person of few words. One will lose ones vocabulory, power of expression and "ones mind would become hollow".
A person reading someones tweet may not get the 'full idea' and the tweet may become open for 'misinterpretation'. Also, when one starts using twitter one mind may become like 'tunnel vision'.
Also, a person like me used to post 'what movies I have watched'. If I don't watch a movie there would be no tweet.
Due to life's commitments I may not be able to watch a single movie for 'weeks on end'. Then what do I do. I do not tweet and then my twitter account remains 'useless'. It is important that I watch a movie or watch the movie and not important that 'I tweet about it'. I should not watch a movie just so that I can tweet about it. I should watch a movie to 'entertain myself', relax, pass time and so on. Twitter should be that last reason for my act of watching a movie. It is like a case of 'misplaced priorities'. When one does not have money to eat one should not think of buying a BMW so to speak.
Also, twitter gives a word limit. And that is problem. People 'work around' this. They give 'links'. Clicking on the link will lead to the 'actual stuff' the parties are tweeting about.
Then what use us twitter. We can always 'google it'. We can visit the websites of the parties we are looking at(in twitter).
Also, celebrities may post what they want and like and that is their right. They will not post what their fans or some of their fans want. No one can read some others mind even if it is of the fans. Again twitter becomes useless and nothing but time waste.
Certainly not an excuse to invade countries (like Libya) based on tweets by 'dubious elements' where it may not be known that what they are tweeting about is the 'truth or not.

Linkedin means Jealousy

We are human beings. I agree and we all agree. As human beings we all need to connect with each other and feel connected as well. Linkedin gives an avenue to us to connect ourselves to our professional networks.
But as human beings we also have desires and those desires of us needs to be fulfilled. And if our desires are not fulfilled we become dissappointed and disillusioned with life and it would lead to suicide attempt (possibly). It could also make us more religious as we can feel "less burdened" when we pray to God or Allah or Ganapati or Durga ma or Sun God.
But my observation is that if it does not lead to suicide attempt or Almighty, it would lead to a very basic human emotion and that is "jealousy".
In LinkedIn people update where all they have worked and what all they have achieved. People who add them or get 'linked' to them then have to 'face the music' so to speak. And this music does not originate from elsewhere but in their own 'hearts and minds'. By this music I mean the thought may arise- wow this person has worked like this he may be earning a lot. Wow this person has so many recommendations well why don't I have any? This person has so many skills why I have only three or four. Is it because my life is wasted?
Trust me people the mind is a powerful tool we have and we cannot let an 'outside entity' like LinkedIn destroy it. We need to 'destroy linkedin' instead by not using it. If we stop relying on LinkedIn as a tool it is as good as destroyed with respect to us.
For non Indians there is another reason not to use linkedIN and that is in the word itself. All people from around the world should know that short form of India is IN and linkedIN has IN in no less clear terms.
So by being a part and parcel of LinkedIn and encouraging it you are becoming "like Indian". If a westerner wants to become 'Indian', I have no objection. But it is a shame for the westerner. That's what I feel.

Facebook is noise

In this post I will try to summarize what the various networks mean.
First thing that comes to mind is Facebook. According to me, Facebook is nothing but a "noise". Now what do I mean by noise? Noise means something which 'drowns' your voice. Due to the noise your own 'voice' becomes inaudible. You cannot even listen to yourself. Now, here in blogspot I am able to 'broadcast my views' and I am able to 'listen to myself' while doing the same. I may not care whether someone reads it or not. I am able to put across my views. And that is what matters.
In Facebook we are 'bombarded' with news and images from our friends and their 'likes'. Anything they post and share or like will show up in their friends newsfeed.
If we push the 'like button' of something then "that something" will become "our own" and it would become our own point of view. Already we have Facebook as a 'closed system' and we have to function 'in its boundaries' or the boundaries defined by Facebook.
'Our own views' would then matter precious little.
In short, Facebook is like a "high street" where you are pushed to the 'sidelines' and become a 'cog' in the 'system'. Further, looking at your friends etc. you may start posting stuff and that is the beginning of an 'addiction like situation'. In sort you become 'part of the noise' and you become 'the noise'.
It is a good enough reason to shun Facebook.
