Quotes from in front of our Building

During morning walk I listen to TuneIn Radio and hence carry my smartphone. Today morning I came through a lane and saw an advertisement which made me smile and hence I took a photo which is as below:

As you can see it is a picture of Santa Claus sitting on top of cute pig.
 Then I walked a bit further and there are written few quotes and I took a video and then made notes and decided to write a blog about it.
