Watched four movies as mentioned above.
Sam Bahadur
- This movie was watched on the big screen.
- I liked the movie.
- Facts which can be deduced from the movie
- Bahadur was like a honorific surname as he was part of Gurkha (Nepal) regiment (Bahadur is common surname amongst Nepalis).
- Sam decided the date when India Pakistan war would happen and that is December 3.
- He gave two chits to Mrs Gandhi which had the details.
- Sam also decided what would be broadcasted on the radio by Mrs Indira Gandhi.
- Sam just needed the time to make Indian Army "get ready"
- It also means that Pakistan might never have targeted 12 airfields across North India as was accused of in the first place.
- It could have been a "false/fake news" and based on that India wages war.
- Based on the news in 13 days the war was over and Bangladesh emerged.
- Though he retired in 1973 he led a quiet life till his passing away in 2008.
- Worth watching this movie
All Aboard
- This French movie was watched on Bookmyshow stream.
- A fun adventure movie where elders lose sight of the young and the young "have a blast" across several hundred miles in train journey.
- Worth watching this movie.
Pippa
- This 1971 war movie was seen in Amazon Prime Video.
- Too good war scenes and worth watching.
- Sam Manekshaw is also in the movie.
- He requests Mrs Gandhi to do military operation 10 kms inside East Pakistan unofficially and that makes Yahya Khan go crazy and he attacks India officially.
- So that makes Pakistan guilty in the eyes of the world and India attacks with full force.
- It stops like suggesting that there was fake news involved.
- Worth watching.
Trip to Greece
- This movie seems like final instalment or Part 4 of "The Trip" series starring Steven Coogan and Rab Brydon.
- Well made and shows the beauty of Greece, blue skies, green forests, emerald and blue seas.
- Worth watching.
