Lessons from WWE

I would like to share two important lessons I have got from WWE.
--> First one is that life is tough and only the tough will survive and the toughest will win. We saw what happened to Bad News Barett. He got injured and could not compete in Money in the Bank match. Now we know it is bad from him but all competitors face the same injury risk and then they compete.
Thus luck is also a factor and being at the 'right place at the right time' is what makes one successful. And being at the wrong place at the right time or being at the right place at the wrong time or being at the wrong place at the wrong time all will lead to a kind of 'crash'. Thus we can clearly say anyone has 25% chance to succeed as even one element of 'wrong' can ruin the show.
We even saw in the case of Daniel Bryan. He was attacked by Kane and got 'tomb stoned' and that is actually the cause of his injury. Now Kane attacked John Cena several times and tried to 'tomb stone' him but John Cena could defend himself and turn the tables back on Kane. Thus we can say John Cena was tough, in fact he could be in the category of 'toughest'. He did not 'lie back' and take the punishment Kane was sent to deliver to Cena. He fought back. Thus he became the World Heavyweight Champion.
-->Next is the importance of the "Authority". We know that "Authority" is always there. Whether it is Communist or Capitalist, democracy or kingdom system or dictator system, one entity will always be there which is the authority. And people work in environment which are nurtured by the "Authority".
I wish I could have realised it earlier then, I might not have left my previous job. It is now after watching about 3-4 months of WWE constantly taht I am realsiing the importance of Authority. And I realise now that it has always been like this both in WWF (which is now WWE) and in life. It is not for pure entertainment that they show these talks and Authority related disputes in WWE or other shows. There is an element of conflict between The Authority and the people who function in the environment under the Authority's control.
They incorporate it into the shows. Just plain matches would not be that interesting if it was not for the shows storyline running behind or parallel to the matches being held.

WWE, Oblivion, Videocon D2H Cinema

I have been watching several WWE shows lately.
Initially it began by watching shows on Ten HD or Ten Sports. But now I am downloading from net and watching. Saves me the pain of watching ads on TV.
Recently, I saw that Bad News Barett got injured. At that time, I got into crossroads. Whether to continue watching WWE or not.
Then I watched both Money in the Bank as well as Monday Night Raw and in Monday Night Raw I saw that Kofi Kingston remarked, "One man's misfortune is another man's opportunity." Same thing was said by one of the commentator, "One mans loss is another mans gain".
I guess we have all to revisit the saying "The show must go on".
So what if Bad News Barett is injured, others will now get the chance to become the New Intercontinental Champion in WWE Battleground coming later this month.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Meanwhile I watched another movie on Laptop and that is 'Oblivion'. I will say the movie is just superb. They have shown how the aliens rule earth using two clones who they captured in the very initial stage. The clones believe that humans are in control which was obviously not a fact.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
D2H Cinema Channel on Videocon D2H was simply superb. They used to take Rs 60 per month and keep the channel "on" for 24 hours a day. Every week there used to be at least one new movie.
Now Tata Sky Showcase channel does not even come close. They take Rs75 for one day and movie just exhausts itself at the end of the day. It is too expensive and I will say not worth it.
But I have found a way and that is to look into the Videocon D2H channel website and then download it using Google and then watch the movie. That way I will not lose out on any 'new movies' being shown on Videocon D2H inspite of my possession of Tata sky.

No One Killed Jessica

Watched this one movie.
What a movie. I guess what they showed in the movie may not have happened during Jessica case but it certainly happened during the Nirbhaya case of Delhi in December 2012.
But movie is only good enough for a one time watch according to me.
