Killer Indian State in Action
India the 'so called world largest democracy' is denying 'fundamental rights' to Kashmiris and keeping them under "Colonial Rule". Though India is free of British rule, a region like Kashmir is still under "Indian Rule".
Again after BJP Govt. has come, the situation has gone from bad to worse.
Nowadays, if there is border violation by Pakistan, India responds with such ferociousness and uses heavy weaponry and doesn not discriminate between civilian and military targets.
Pakistan cannot do the same. As Pakistani forces know that the people living on both sides of the border are predominantly Muslim and it cannot "indiscriminately attack".
But after Modi Govt. was voted to power last year, the Indian armed forces have been given specific instructions to attack with 10 times more power.
Ferocious Attacks
Thus Islamabad is now shocked and does not what to do as it cannot respond with such ferociousness as it knows that general Muslim population in Indian side of the border will be getting affected.
But under Modi Sarkar, the armed forces have been given a free hand which means target indiscriminately even if there are civilian casualties.
India knows it cannot ever win back the Pakistan side of Kashmir and hence it feels it has got nothing to lose. It could have won back the area but for the nuclear deterrence that Pakistan possesses.
But fools, they should realise that all human lives are precious whether they are Indians or Pakistanis or Kashmiris or Chinese or Syrians or Russians. Also if in other states there is no such forces present why should Kashmiris be subject to such brutality.

Path to Glory
By doing peace with the Naga rebels, Modiji our PM thinks that a "path of Glory" will open up for India. A path which will emerge from nagaland and go to China, Japan and beyond.
But the fact is that in their own den where the Govt. is based i.e. Delhi they are unable to set the house in order. Rather what is in order they are trying to destroy and create disorder.
This BJP Sarkar is like a small child who is given a toy and then they play with it and spoil it.
But the toy in this case is not a toy but happens to be India, the very essence of India, India's soul, India's composition, India's secularism, India's parliament India's very own identity is threatened.
They are attacking India in multiple fronts along with their allies, the Sangh Parivar. They want to take over existing institutions. They want to take over things like Internet and Pornban is a case in question.
They want to demonstrate their power. They want to demonstrate that they are more powerful that any Govt. which has ever ruled India. India as we know is a geographical entity. In 1947, it consisted of British India and thousands of smaller kingdoms or 'princely states'.
BJP-NDA Govt. now wants to show that have more power over India than any other Govt. in history and by history I am not only talking about 50-60 years. I am talking about 10000 years or why 10000 years I am taking about millions of years since the time of the dinousaurs or we can go even further back.
The BJP Govt. wants to show that they have the most power over this subcontinent since the formation of the Solar System i.e. 5 billion years.
 

Buffalo vs Cows

The Maharashtra BJP Govt has in March banned slaughter of calves, bullock and oxen. Cow slaughter was already banned.
I will say it is the worst form of human rights abuse possible in a civilised society.
The Govt. will encourage exports but not allow the own people to consume.
Also the Govt has permitted the slaughter of buffaloes. Tell me if the general public think that they can continue to have buffalo meat, they are living in a fools paradise.
The Govt. wants to ultimately ban all forms of meat from both cows and buffaloes. This the public should realise. It is not that the Govt will forever allow buffalo meat. It is a myth and and smoke screen.
What lies beyond is that the Govt. will go on and ban all meat from bulls, cows and buffaloes.
Thus the public, whosoever has ever enjoyed a plate of sheekh kabab or veal kabab or beef fry or biryani of cattle, should oppose it tooth and nail.
Because the Govt. wants to make people eat only pulses and vegetables and not meat.
Tell me it is wrong to impose something on someone. You carry out with other tasks. Like implementing faster mode of communication and encouraging cold storage.
Development and banning cannot go hand in hand.
Hindus will say that cow is sacred to Lord Krishna, bulls are sacred to Lord Shiva and Buffalo is the animal of Lord Yama. This is but a smokescreen. Ultimately, it will be the job of Hindus to make animals sacred and encourage a vegan diet which is wrong according to me.
One should be able to eat what one wants.And when one wants. Who is the Govt to dictate terms.
And especially for Muslims they are meat loving people. Govt wants to deny them source of happiness. Because happiness comes from the food we eat or food they eat. Food is a major parts of peoples lives.
In mad craze, BJP Sarkar is forgetting the basic need a human wants and that is to satisfy the hunger. Only after that other things would follow.

Today the above news has come. I will say that it does not affect me much because what has affected me more is the wanton censorship in TV and Films.
On internet we do not get to enjoy porn.
But if we had HD Channels and movies with adult content on big screen we might have enjoyed it.
It is possible in almost all developed countries and many developing countries to watch uncensored movies and music videos.
But in India, to take one example, even music videos on VH1 are censored. There is no pleasure in watching the same. It is like you can open your eyes but look only straight.What is the pleasure in that. To enjoy the view one needs to look not only straight but also sideways and even backwards if required.
The director makes movies and music videos in a certain manner. Why not let us watch it in the same manner the director made it?
By censoring it we are simply removing the source of enjoyment.
It is better in that case to directly carry a feed from US or UK than making 'tailor made' telecast for India.
We can have different TV Channels carrying the foreign feed in DTH platforms. Those would be Pay channels anyway and people will have to 'pay for it'. So anyone or any 'child' accessing the same could be ruled out as the DTH Channel will be made available on 'pay' basis. Only adults will access it if appropriate checks and balances are in place.

D day for Maggi

D Day for Maggi
Today is D-Day for Maggi.
Two outcomes are possible. Maggi will be cleared in Court and BJP Govt. will show how "kind they are" to allow Maggi to function. Fools, it will only show that this was a mess created by them only for their own purposes.
Now as if they are doing a favour to us they are allowing Maggi back. Like I have said earlier, BJP Sarkar cannot solve any problems. They only follow UPA Sarkar is matters like GST and the like and for others like beef and maggi they are charting their own course because they know that they cannot solve the 'real problems' the country faces. They only create diversions to take the attention away from the real issues.
If it is possible is that the court may rule in favour of Maggi. There also it could be that could smack of 'corruption'. We know big corporations can buy stuff like politicians and judges. It could be that thing happen.
Next what can happen is that court rules in favour of the BJP Govt and FSSAI and against Maggi. In this case this will show the 'hardline situation' of the BJP Sarkar in which they are 'not willing to negotiate' with anyone. Just like in Yakub Memon case, the verdict will be pre determined. And the trial show will just be a farce by the BJP Sarkar.
In that case what BJP has decided would be the 'right way' and according them all have to fall in line. This will be like we are the "Mai-baaps" of this country and if we say Maggi is bad it is bad.
Just like the present Gurdaspur Attack appears to be a False Flag attack which might have been done to divert issues from the real problems the country faces.
BJP wants to create instability not only for the minorities and those to do not 'toe their line' but also for fun, peace loving people as well as the armed forces. They want the armed forces to create trouble and do atrocities just for 'showing how tough the Indian Govt.' is even if it is backed by a false flag operation.
 

Denying Food

BJP Sarkar is continuing atrocities of minorities by seizing food like beef so that they become malnourished and their ultimate aim is to create a situation where they give up their faith.

So when the official line of the BJP Sarkar is to deny a huge country of 150 million people food to eat what to say about the own citizens who live within the boundaries of their Govt.
These people who live under them fall directly under their control and the BJP Sarkar wants to starve them of their food which is beef as pork is forbidden for them.
Christians can eat pork but certainly not Muslims.
BJP Sarkar is committing 'crimes against humanity'.
Everybody will agree that cows of milk bearing and calf bearing age need to be protected. But what is the need to protect cows who become old and infirm or bulls and oxen of which the farmer has no use.
Ultimately it is the job of the farmer to decide what he wants to do with the cattle in his possession.
He is the 'breadwinner' in his family and by selling unwanted cattle which is actually a 'commodity' just like rice or banana. It is a food to be consumed.
BJP Sarkar is trying to hurt the livelihood of millions by imposing their false strategies. Please remember that man or human beings are the prime species on this earth and we need not fear anything. We can do what is right. Cattle are not Gods. Cattle are cattle. It is like a commodity which man rears and feeds and keeps.
Also, in earlier Govt. people did things in a certain way. Now BJP is trying to change that. tell me is it even possible. What does this BJP want to achieve? It wants to take Muslim community to the breaking point.
Line of BJP
Tell me just for needing the food to eat, one need not think of changing ones country. This is not that simple. Else BJP should arrange for the visa. BJP wants to make refugees out of normal people who just want to lead their lives normally.
BTW I have restored my Twitter account due to these kind of actions of BJP Sarkar. Writing a blog post would take more time than a twitter post. Also, many news websites have a twitter button (in addition to others) and it makes it simple to post links. But in blogs we do get more space to post our views.

Yakub hanging = Bhagat Singh hanging

This post is for the idea that Yakub Memon hanging is the same thing as Bhagat Singh hanging.
Only difference is Bhagat Singh was hanged by "British India" whereas Yakub Memon was hanged by Independent India.
Bhagat Singh went against the British rulers and wanted to give 'collective punishment' to the British.
But we can't say same about Yakub Memon because he may not have done anything during the bomb blasts. Only he was the brother of Tiger Memon.
The way he was hanged hastily also speaks ill of India.
I will say when initially on Monday 27th July, the two judge bench gave a 'split verdict' and there was hope that Yakub hanging will get at least postponed, the Govt. hastily went for a 'three judge bench'. The Govt. knew that if even if one judge differs, the other two judges will agree for the death sentence to be carried out and so majority will win and then Yakub will be hanged on the predetermined date of 30th July.
In fact, I was going through the papers and it was found out from a chart giving the timeline that on April this year, this death date of 30th July, 2015 for Yakub Memon was decided and by the happenings of the last week it is clear that even when there was a stay or rather a 'difference of opinion' by the two judge bench, the Govt. went forward with a larger bench to carry out the hanging on the pre-determined date.
The three judge bench was not appointed for reasons of justice but rather for 'miscarriage of justice'
I will say if he was to be hanged then why wait 22 years. After a long stay of 20 years in prison, a man would have suffered enough. He would undergone all forms of torture. Maybe, they killed him to silence him forever.
Again, the circumstances of his capture or surrender remain questionable.
He must have surrendered with the hope that Indian Govt will pardon or at least reduce his sentence but India killed him in col-blood and a lot of people must have gloated about it. It is not a win for India. It is a failure. Many papers would have carried the articles as to how the events happened on March, 1993 was a chain of events happening as a consequence of Babri Masjid demolition and then riots and subsequent killings and hurting of businesses of Muslims.
It is not an isolated case. Also, people will have faith when justice id delivered to all without discrimination.
