Bombay/Hyderabad vs Maharashtra/Telangana

Unfortunately what we are seeing happening in Telangana does not bear well for the Muslim community in general and the country in particular.
Firtstly I will justify this topic. According to me what is happening in Telangana is "history repeating itself". Which history am I talking about. It is the history of the Bombay state.
The 'Bombay state' was huge. Stretching from Karachi till Goa. But it was 'dissolved' and emerged 'Gujarat' and 'Maharashtra'. It is much like present 'Andhra-Rayala' and Telangana. Earlier also in the case of Bombay state, the status of Bombay city was the main question. If it does not become the capital of Gujarat or the capital of Maharashtra, can it become a 'city state' or 'union territory'.
The history shows what happened.
There was 'police firing' in which several people died and Bombay was given to the state inside which it lied and that is Maharashtra.
The plans to make it a union territory was 'shelved forever'. Now fast forward three decades and we find that Bombay is renamed as 'locals' would call it, namely Mumbai.
Similar is the case of Hyderabad but the difference is it was a semi-independent kingdom. After it failed to keep itself 'independent of India' and was annexed, it stood 'dissolved' and its territories were distributed to various states and it became confined to a city.
Now much like earlier, there is fight for Hyderabad. Andhra people want it, some people want it as union territory and 'locals' from region surrounding it want to keep it for themselves.
Also like earlier I feel 'the locals' will prevail and Hyderabad will go to Telangana and it is possible that like earlier 'some blood may be shed'. Also, we may see a 'Hyderabad renaming'. We may not have to wait three decades. It may happen immediately after Telangana comes.
Thus history is repeating and the happenings are eerily similar.
Ultimately, it the 'locals' who are of majority Hindus will prevail. Much like Shiv Sena or MNS same thing would happen in Hyderabad in due course.

Bangladesh and Shia Sunni divide

I will say that my earlier theory about the 'fundamental difference between Shia and Sunni', 'India being Shia' and the fact that conflict between Shia and Shia or Sunni and Sunni being deadlier than that between Shia and Sunni is clearly visible in the country of Bangladesh.
Bangladesh was East Pakistan earlier to its independence. Bangladesh independence movement was a violent struggle which was funded by an insurgency movement fully financed and aided by India.
India exploited the situation in East Pakistan which was reeling from a natural disaster like cyclone and 'denial of election results by miltary Govt. of Pakistan which was mainly West Pakistan based.
Now let us face it. Pakistan now is mainly Punjab and Sindh. As I had analysed earlier people from Punjab are like Shia. Even Hindu Bengalis are like Shia but Islamic Bengalis are Sunnis. Islamic Bengal is what is now Bangladesh.
And that is the reason people from India like Bihar, UP, North East have a deep hatred towards Bangladesh. Another point of 'hate' is the fact that people from Bangladesh consume beef but being backward they are unable to import high quality beef from abroad and rely on cheaper alternative like procuring cattle 'illegally from India'. It is a high risk job because Indians are bloodthirsty when it comes to protection of cattle especially cows.
The India Bangladesh difference has no solution except that Bangladesh abandon its existing path and 'follow the dictates of India'.
Which is no doubt happening.
India, Israel, US all are working to 'destroy Bangladesh as an Islamic Sunni nation and make it 'secular' which will suit them.

New Look

After clearing my cheek of hair last week, I had made a new entry in this blog.
But somehow I felt that, that look was not good. If we see from the side, the hair below our jaw is still visible. Thus yesterday I used the Philips trimmer and then took out some more hair. As you can see now I have a "French cut beard". Yes people the one I was running away from stuck to me.
In earlier posts I had written that one should either keep full beard "in its entirety" or be "entirely clean shaven". But there is a middle path and that middle path I have found I feel.
Now not only do I have a mustache but I also have a 'small beard' which surrounds my chin. If I let the full beard grow, it would become huge. It would become like a forest and many people would not feel it well. But a smaller beard would appear 'manageable to them'.
Also I learn that a few people keep 'soul patch'. Reference I got from HERE.
But I have used the trimmer above that portion of the hair which makes 'soul patch' possible as well.
In the above link which I shared the 'French beard' is also known as 'Goatee'.
Let us see how long this new look of mine lasts.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Meanwhile watched another movie and that is 'Zanzeer' (2013 version). I liked the movie. And I do not care about what others felt for the movie. I felt it is a good time-pass movie. Okay to be watched once. And since I watched it on Videocon D2H on TV, I felt okay. Do not know what I would have felt if I had watched it on the big screen.

New Style

I have made a new style of my face. Now I have both the moustache and some beard but not full beard. I have attached snapshots of the same.
I trimmed the portion between my lower beard and upper part of the face, in short the cheek portion and it is a new style. It is not shaved but it is trimmed. Also my hair on the head is trimmed today. That is, I have given myself haircut today.
With the new look I hope to make it last. Let us see how long it lasts.
I would like to refer the hair on my head as India and the hair on my face as Pakistan. And I am carrying both now. That is, I am carrying both the burdens of India and Pakistan on me, on my face. The blank area between the two regions is the Line of Control or the International Border or "The Wall". Speaking of the Wall, I had read that India is building a 'big wall' in Kashmir to divide the peoples of Kashmir.
I have read that that wall would be 10 metres high and 3 metres thick and stretch for hundreds of km and would be bigger than the Berlin Wall or the one Israel has built.
Good job India. Doing great in dividing a race of people and perpetuating "your hegemony".
Speaking of walls I also watched two movies over the past day. And one movie was "World War Z". After a long time got willpower, time and energy to watch a mega budget Hollywood movie and I will say that the movie is just awesome. I will say that Hollywood movies are in a different plane altogether. Indian movies are good but my feeling is that we cannot compare let us say apples with oranges. We can compare Hollywood movies with Hollywood movies but Indian movies are in a different level altogether.
Hollywood movies are no doubt better then again Indian movies are also 'different'. In any case we cannot compare two 'unlike items'.
In that movie also they show Israel and how 'the wall' is unable to save them in the end. Certain portions in the movie were too good. Like the WHO facility scene in Cardiff. Or the way Israel completes the Wall after hearing about it from India. The first scene from Philadelphia, etc.
Second movie I watched was Imran Khan starrer Hindi movie "Kidnap". I liked the movie though I believe the movie was a box office failure. It is okay for a one-time watch. Also, Sanjay Dutt is also there in the movie and is real star material I feel.

Gutthi / Sunil Grover

This post is for the character in the show 'Comedy Nights with Kapil' and that character is Gutthi.
I feel what the channel claims is correct, that Gutthi belongs to 'Colors channel'. Actors may come and go but the characters remain the Copyright of the respective channels.
We have seen that happening across numerous TV serials. One of the most famous one being 'Balika Vadhu' who was replaced. The character remained but the actor changed.
Similar is the case with Gutthi. But let us now forget about Gutthi and see Sunil Grover as an actor. I would say that Sunil Grover is terrific as an actor. We have seen time and again in the Kapil show where he would portray numerous characters.
Mainly he used to portray old man characters and he was excellent. Now such an excellent actor being typecast as just Gutthi would be unfair.
We are used to seeing Sunil Grover in numerous roles.
Actually we can see a change in Kapil show after he began on the new set which was rebuilt after a mysterious fire destroyed the old one.
The first change was that, 'the naukar' was changed. Personally I felt that the earlier naukar, Naseem Vicky was too good.
Next change was that Kapil 'reduced the comedy act' which he used to do at the beginning of the show along with Sunil Grover and others and now more time was being spent with the celebrity guest. That I feel is unwarranted. Kapil no doubt can do comedy on his own and along with his team it is even better. Celebrity I feel is like the Cream and cherry on top of the cake. The cake is good. Cream makes it better and then with the cherry on top, it is complete. But the main thing is the cake. And that is the 'hardcore comedy' which Kapil  and his team does.
Third I found that Sunil Grover got a 'permanent job' as Gutthi (along with another actor as Palak). As I said earlier, Sunil Grover is a versatile actor and can portray numerous roles. Gutthi is just one of the character he played. And as we have seen even earlier before the fire accident, Gutthi mainly entered when there was the celebrity guest around. At the beginning of the show when there was no celebrity, Kapil and team carried on with their act without Gutthi. Thus Sunil Grover was 'made to lose a chuck' of what he was acting on the show. That was wrong I think and probably that is the reason Sunil Grover felt 'constricted' and left the show.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Watched one more movie yesterday and that is "Ramaiyya Vastavaiyya'. The new movie starring Girish and Shruti Hassan and directed by Prabhudheva. I liked the movie. It is worth watching once at least.

Miss America/ Hunger Games/ Bigg Boss update

I just watched Miss America back to back 2013 and 2014 (current year) shows.
I have to tell that in 2013, there is like a 'magic touch' in the show. In 2014 show they just lost it. I have no problem with the winner Nina Davuluri. Appears okay (actually I still have half hour of show to watch).
My problem is that from America we expect 'something classy'. Like the 2013 show.
Just watch the 2013 show and then compare it with the 2014 show and you will know what I am talking about.
The 2014 show appears 'worse than a show from the Third World'. Or if not worse then 'something similar'. Only most of the people (in audience) were white.
Maybe hosting it in Atlantic City instead of in Las Vegas made the difference.
Anyway, I am confident that America will bounce back. But definitely it cannot become 'what it was'. I feel America is becoming more multi-cultural and the shows reflect the same and the 'new poor' or the ones 'denied access' are the ones who are of white origins.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hunger Games new trailer is out and saw that in MTV Movie Awards show (2013). I feel after the original Hunger Games being 'almost devoid' of black (negroid) characters, this time they have taken care to include a lot of 'black faces'.
Maybe the original movie makers never thought that Hunger Games would become so big. And hence, in the sequel, they took care to ensure that the 'stain of racism' is removed in the sequel.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Bigg Boss November 25 episode I watched and feel it was nice. In that episode due to violation of the rules of the house, Bigg Boss stops access to the kitchen and in that respect food of the contestants.
The point which was too good was that 'food is a basic requirement in life'. In fact it is the most basic requirement. A child who is born wants food. In fact this 'very requirement of food' is what makes Zombie movies popular. Because when the 'dead become zombies' in the movies they lose all power of thinking which makes them human and then they revert to the 'most basic of the needs', i.e. satisfy hunger.
Another scene which was good was when remaining little quantity of Chyawanprash belonging to Sangram was shared among many inmates of the house. They ate each other's 'jhoota'.
And this increased their bonding, I feel.
After googling, I find there is no 'corresponding English word' for 'Jhoota (food)' in English. Thus, it could be 'infected food' (infected by the person who ate it or tasted it first). But the infection might not actually be there. It is there in a 'mental state'. And since the food is 'jhoota', it becomes 'unfit for consumption' by the person who considers it 'jhoota'.
Thus people who can eat each others 'tasted food' trust each other and are closer than those who don't or avoid it altogether.

Two more movies

Watched two more movies over the weekend.
"Goliyon Ki Raasleela-Ramleela" and "Gori Tere pyar mein". Both movies are worth watching according to me. But once. No need to watch second time. For second time you can watch some other movie.

Shaving at night

Meanwhile, I did not shave my moustache over the past month and the result was that my nose became kind of stiff and later a boil formed over my cheek. Earlier I had also experienced stiff nose while I had shaved my moustache and left my beard.
Basically the problem is like I said is that when I shave only either the moustache or the beard, this problem of nose getting stiff and boils formation happens. This could be due to:

  1. lack of exercise
  2. pollution
  3. too much oily food
  4. not enough intake of water
  5. sedentary lifestyle
  6. improper blood circulation
  7. not proper bowel movement
  8. not adequate sleep
  9. lack of fresh air, etc,
But when I shave the entire face (beard + moustache), this problem of nose stiffness and boils does not arise. So, I started shaving again but this time it was different, I shaved at night or evening. After the day is over, whenever I got free time I shaved. Like before dinner time and before retiring.
What was the result of this? The result was next day in the morning though I had shaved the previous day, I still got the unshaven look. After continuing as such for a few days, I thought of what use is this?
I do not look good with the unshaven look lasting the full day for the next day. Of what use is shaving at night. Okay it may be good for one who shaves twice a day but definitely not cool for the person who shaves once a day.
A person who shaves once a day is better off shaving in the morning when the 'fresh shave look' will last for the whole day.
Thus I discontinued the practise. I also was shaving daily after many months and let me tell you that the experience was not pleasant. As I have told earlier, shaving is like a 'mutilation'. I felt as though I had 'violated myself'. I felt I had 'sinned'. While shaving, I felt I was 'all alone in this world'.
Also, we see a beautiful lady on TV or newspaper or real life and we feel 'jealous'. Obviously, a man can never be as beautiful as a woman when he shaves. There is no competition because a woman will win hands down. But with beard a man can establish 'own identity'. He does not have to 'feel jealous'. The mans look (with beard) would be independent of a woman. And man with beard would be beautiful.
It is no doubt good for the face area because the blood circulation can happen better when it is clean shaven and problem of the 'stiff nose and boils on cheek' would not arise.
Thus at present for the last 5 days I am not shaving anything. In my 5 day observation, I have found if we do not let the blade touch our skin in the face area or in other words do nothing to the face, there is no 'nose stiffness' and 'no new boils on the cheek'. So, I have decided to stop shaving. Let us see how long it lasts.
My shaving kit and cream is lying idle. My beard trimmer is also idle but I can use it when my beard grows long enough. Long enough to be trimmed. But if I don't shave anything, my shaving kit, my Gillette Fusion is lying idle and I may never use it again if I do not shave.
And let me tell you this blade is super. Earlier, I was using blades which never used to go for more than a month. But this particular blade will go for six months. I have been using this since 2011. You can trust me on this. Daily shaving with Gillette Fusion will go for six months (Aram Say - Means "for sure"). And daily shaving means, using foam twice in the same shave.

Shia Dreams vs Sunni Dreams

This topic Shia dreams vs Sunni dreams. What is it about?
Basically, this is the outlook which these groups have towards the future.
Now what will a 'Shia dream' be like. A Shia dream will be that someone from family member of the 'clan' will emerge and 'look after the future interests'.
A 'Sunni dream' will be that they will 'swallow the opposing parties' and they will become 'like them' and then leader can emerge from either the 'original Sunnis' or the 'new Sunnis'.
But both the parties are in for disappointment.
Because the 'leader' Sunnis would be waiting for may not be a Sunni. He may well be a Shia. Also, Sunnis will get a rude shock 'in time'. Because, mankind is a 'conflict oriented species'. And Sunnis will find differences among themselves as well. Also, the 'great dream' of Sunnis to convert the 'mass into Sunni' may never materialise. Shias will remain Shias. The leader Sunnis are expecting may never come from Sunnis.
I will say that the British empire which ruled over the Indian subcontinent was like Sunnis because they wanted to convert people into someone like them. But ultimately they got 'rude shock'.
The 'Shias of India' rose up against British and they had to leave the Subcontinent.
Let us not look at religion. Let us look at the essence of what a race is like and in that sense "India is like Shia". Also we can say that the ongoing tussle in Pakistan is between Shia and Sunni elements. We cannot pronounce entire Pakistan as Sunni. There is a 'definite Shia soul' inside Pakistan.
How will the Shia dream never materialise? Shias expect someone from 'their family clan' will emerge as a leader but the fact is such a leader may never come. It may be an endless wait. And since they are morally and ideologically opposed to Sunnis they will never accept a Sunni as their leader.
What will be the result? It will be like "In a kingdom of blind, one-eyed jack is the king".
Both the dreams are likely to fail and mankind would be waiting for a huge disappointment.
Unfortunately, we can term or classify the entire world into these two blocks of Shia and Sunni. And neither block is perfect or can provide a perfect solution.
Whether we admit it or not, we remain either Shia or Sunni no matter what religion we follow.

Watched one more movie over the last week and the movie is 'Boss'. Movie is okay for a one time watch.

Three more movies

Watched three more movies over the last few days.
"Lootera" and "Krrish 3". The first one was on internet and next one on the big screen. Both movies are okay. While one shows how people can be like good while being evil. Other one also shows the same thing. But Krrish 3 shows like how family is important. It makes the full movie like a family affair.
Like what I had said about Indians being more similar to Shias and Iranians is clearly visible in the movie. Especially people from Mumbai hold much similarity to Iranians.
One more movie for which I am editing the topic headline as well as the post.
"Cycle Kick". Too good movie. I liked it super-very-much.

Western double standards

I think the way the press and people and leaders of West are able to potray the Taliban as villians is simply mind-boggling.
It is they Western nations and NATO who have invaded the Afghan lands and killed and maimed Afghan civilians including women and children. They are the biggest terrorists on the face of the earth.
Casualties in Afghanistan and Pakistan are in tens of thousands.
Not only Afghanistan but Iraq and Libya and Syria also through their paid and funded terrorists and mercenaries. Casualties in Iraq are in millions. And so is the case in Sudan, Algeria and other countries.
And they are able to brand Taliban as terrorists. At they same time they are attacking and killing leaders of Taliban through drone attacks and want to derail the peace efforts made by Pakistani Govt.
The Indian Govt. and Indian people are more than willing to "join the bandwagon".
Indians want to 'reap the maximum benefit' from the West ongoing conflict with the 'so-called terrorists'.
India being the most populous and most powerful country in the neighborhood will stand to benefit most from NATO withdrawal if it ever happens as it is supposed to happen in 2014.
Whatever happens it is fully beneficial to India and Indians are more than willing to 'piggyback on the conflicts made by the West'.
It doesn't matter if BJP or Congress or NDA or UPA wins in Indian elections the Indian policy will not change.
It is like whether Democrats or Republicans be in US, overall the 'hawkish US policy' will not change.
They i.e. the West force a war on hapless citizens of a poor country and once they destroy all opposition they move on. They are like pests. Like locusts. In the movie 'Independece Day' they show aliens as villians and US President as hero.
Just see from a detached perspective. Here US and NATO including Britain are like villains from the movie of "independence Day'. It is but natural to resist them and fight them and it is not terrorism.

Apologies to Africans

I would like to apologise to Africans for my racist comments.
I feel Africans have contributed a lot to the development of the world in general and US, UK and France in particular.
We owe a lot to them.
I request God and Allah and Lord Jagannath to forgive my sins.
My comments were not nice and without Africans our culture of mainly US based culture and Islamic culture would be poorer. The first follower of the Prophet (PBUH) who gave the first call to prayer was an African.
Life originated in Africa and that is where the human race owes its origins to. How could I criticise such a pious continent.
I hope the Almighty forgives my sins.
I do not need to criticise anyone. I am becoming very small by criticising people for what they are.
Only one black guy alone in a room with me for two minutes can teach me a lesson and what I am. In front of the entire Black or negro race, who am I? I am a nobody. I cannot even stand for two minutes.
I will immediately proceed to delete my racist blog post. If you have not read it I am glad for you that you did not get a sample of what a worst kind of human I could become.
Because the racists are really the worst kind of humans.
I am more in favor of Abraham Lincoln kind of guys. One who stands for equality and end of oppression.
I like movies like 'Pulp Fiction' and "The Unforgiven" and "Django Unchained".
Those movies are required for racial equality and it gives a 'kind of pride' watching those movies.
I am fan of Michael Jackson and Usher and Rihanna and Chris Brown to name a few.
You don't have to force black characters down my neck. I am their fan anyway.
And for the people of the West, Black people form a mass against the Indian-Asian nexus. Black people have more commonality with Whites due to their long association together (through unfortunate reasons like slavery and natural reason like geographical proximity) than with Asians and Indians.
If there were no Black people, people from the West mainly US, UK and France would be "swamped by people from sub-continent" i.e. Indians, Pakistanis and Bangladeshis among others and will lose their cultural identities.
Blacks in Western countries help 'provide a bulwark' against this kind of 'Eastern expansion' originating from Middle East and Indian sub-continent.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Watched one more movie. Actually due to upset stomach woke up day-before-yesterday night in the middle of the night and watched the movie on HBO. "Vertigo-High Lane". Actually had seen in movie earlier in 2009 on the internet. It was like a 'refresher'.
While writing this entry does the word 'ache' comes from 'stomach'-->stom+"ach(e)". We can think about it.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
My new blog is http://anup201314.blogspot.in and henceforth I would be posting in that blog. In-fact, I have already started from this month (November). This post is only to bring the number of posts in this blog to 100. (This post has been moved from the newer blog to this blog.)  The number of posts came down to 99 after I removed the objectionable and hateful post described above for which I am extremely sorry.

Windshield Incident : Additional points

Few learnings from the windshield incident and additional points are discussed here.
On Monday May 25, 2009, I had told an office colleague as to how good the office in Electronics City is and that there is so much parking there.
What happened in earlier Castle Street we used to park cars in front of the Sacred Heart Church and inside the church compound and two wheelers we could park elsewhere near that building of my company which was Samrudhi Bhavan.
Later the Church authorities stopped parking facility to cars as they were to 'tile their land' i.e. cover it with tiles. But they threw open  a basement parking in a building which was work-in-progress behind the church.
But in that basement parking even lesser number of cars could be parked. And that was one of the reason (lack of adequate parking) my company had decided to shift the entire office to its own premises in Electronics City.
Thus I had praised the Electronics City office in the very first day itself and told that I will come by car because if I do not come by car then what will happen to my car. "We have to do puja" I had said it means 'we have to worship the car if we do not use the car'. That probably became a "Nazar" or 'Evil eye'.
We have to guard ourselves against the 'evil eye' always else our lives may get devastated in the process.
In earlier office I used to park in Garuda mall and they used to take 100 rupees for vehicles crossing 6 hours parking. It was better for me as the 'new basement' provided by the Church was dark and small. The Garuda mall basement was spacious by comparison.
In Electronics City, the basement was comparable to the Garuda mall and we did not have to pay anything as being employees we could use it for free. Thus in haste I had spoken thus to my office colleague and look what happened.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Subsequently in the months of 2009, I took BMTC Volvo bus pass which allows a person to travel in any AC Volvo buses of BMTC, the public transport operator in Bengaluru.
I also took our company bus pass. This company bus pass was chargeable and company deducted funds from our salaries. I found that if we go by BMTC bus we could 'leave for office' at anytime (let us say at 8 AM) but if we wanted to go by company bus we needed to leave house by 7:15 AM because the bus came at 7:30 or 7:35 AM max. Also, my life was such that daily I could never go to office by bike. It was also combination. Sometimes car. Sometimes by bus/auto. Especially when the work pressure was too much it was my nature to proceed by 'public transport'.
Because during work pressure my mind used to get 'unsettled' and it was better for me if someone else 'did the driving'.
Also, earlier in Castle Street office there was no company bus but Electronics City office there were company buses and I was inclined to use that. Also public transport was there but when I left my company (July 2011) there were no BMTC bus which used the 'Elevated Expressway'. To use the 'elevated expressway' one had to use the company bus. These days there are special buses which go all the way to Electronics City by Elevated Expressway alone.
Company bus or BMTC bus is safer in the sense that there cannot be a 'windshield incident' in that case. Also, since 'our liabilty' is limited to the bus pass amount we do not need to suffer risk and 'no madman will damage a BMTC bus' because then he will face 'the full force of the law'. But he can attack our private vehicle and get away with it.

Bigg Boss update

What happened yesterday to Sangram was really bad.
He started crying as a result of that. Actually people may not see it, but it is actually the girls who are taking kind of revenge for Sangram behavior when Gauhar left the house voluntarily.
At that time during a discussion, Sangram said that 'where is the person who took the stand?'.
Immediately, Kamya and Pratyusha were waiting to pounce on Sangram.
Ajaj also took immediate pleasure from this. And told "this is what I wanted".
Ajaj was the one who pointed out that Sangram was never nominated for eviction.
This is a fact which cannot be ignored and when the time came for Arman being captain to nominate a person since all the three newcomers were already nominated for eviction, he took Sangram name.
Arman did not want to take a girls name.
When the task came to form a party all girls joined the 'Pink party' and then were instrumental in shifting Arman to the pink party.
Then when Ely becomes captain of yellow team, Arman changes his colours.
It is crazy to think that Ely will be a more capable captain than Sangram. It is nothing but people taking out their grudges on others.
My point is that while in the case of guys like Arman or Ajaj and stuff it is visible but let us not think that girls are not like that.
Behind their innocent faces they harbour a lot of grudges and they take out on fellow mates. They may laugh and sound sweet but the plotting is no doubt there and they like to play one guy against another and that gives them immense pleasure.
I find a lot of change in Andy after he came back from the caravan. Mainly I suspect the change is due to the fact that he lost his friend Gauhar and lost faith in Sangram.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Meanwhile watched one more movie. "Les Miserables". I liked this movie. Essentially the movie shows a good and evil side during tough times. How times are hard. And tough times proves tough for all. Survival itself is not guaranteed. It requires a combination of luck and 'thinking better'. We must always listen to our 'inner voice' that is the message of the movie.

Windshield Incident 2

As he sped away I followed him in my car. I had abadoned my specs which had fallen and possibly broken But I did manage to grab my car key ring. While he was trying to snatch the key he was not successful and only could manage to break the keyring which contained the image of Krishna i.e. Lord Krishna.
On the next signal which was Bommanahalli, I found a person from our office. I gave him lift and narrated what happened. He told that the person could have gone to Madivala police station which was behind Silk Board. If that person who took my ID card and broke my windshield was serious in going to the police station he would have "not sped away" rather would have 'escorted me to one'.
He said we can go office and then visit Electronics City police station if required. I said okay and drove all the way to office. There I narrated the incident to office colleagues and manager and they said no need to go to police station and just chill it out.
People asked me if I had noted the number down but I had not and since that person had immediately knocked my specs off, my vision was also hampered.
Windshield could be repaired by me and no need to file police report in case you do not need insurance. Only thing my manager told that I should not have given my ID card. But, I never knew that he would have driven off with my ID card. I thought he might have seen it and returned it.
Around afternoon (maybe 2:30 PM), I got a call from someone claiming to be from police station and he was speaking in Kannada that I need to visit the Madivala police station for the same.
I was ready to leave for Madivala police station and even told my manager but he asked to take it easy and not go immediately.
Then he made a few calls mainly to person who was the father of a contract employee who was earlier working in our team. That person was a cop. After several calls and two-three hours my manager told me that there was no complaint that had been filed and somebody had made call just like that or maybe that person had used his friends to 'extract money'.
That means if I would have gone to police station, it would be possible that they might have extracted money by threatening to file police complaint. Anyway, we do not know what would have happened.
We only know what happened. Evening, my manager and two colleagues accompanied me in my car from Electronics City to Koramangala area after office hours. Though I did not have my specs, it was not much of an issue to me. My manager had his doubts as to whether I could see properly.
But we reached safely. Subsequently, I took the vehicle to Service Station and there they told me that I could claim that coconut fell on the glass and claim insurance because if I claim that somebody broke it then police complaint would be required. So I got insurance to the extent of around 5000 but spent around 7000 so almost 75% got covered.
After that I went to my native place to attend to grand mother first year death anniversary and at that time my mother got diagnosed with cancer and 2 and half years later she was gone. Since that incident, two years later, I was transferred to M4 office which comes in Garvebhavipalya which is very close to Bommanahalli and I chose not to continue there which meant that I lost my job.
What I want to say that much more bigger things have happened but somehow that windshield incident is still something which defines me and shows that "People living in glass houses should not throw stones".
But I did not 'throw any stone'. I only was trying to reach office a bit faster by overtaking the Honda Activa scooter by honking which needs to be driven on the left anyway. Why did it block my path?
It was road rage which I saw.
At that time the Elevated Expressway was not yet 'thrown open' and work was still in progress. It was opened in February 2010 while this windshield incident happened on May 2009. In a sense the Elevated Expressway "takes the rage away" as people climb on it and get down after 10 kms. But people below the expressway suffer.

Windshield incident 1

In May 25, 2009 we shifted to new office in Electronics City.
Our earlier office was at Castle Street.
May 25th, 2009 was a Monday. The previous week we were given briefing as to how to go about in new office and stuff. Only thing we had not visited our office. We only had packed our stuff and sent it.
Since it was our first day on Monday in new office I did not get proper stuff to eat on that day i.e. my regular eating habit was disrupted.
Also since the new office was located at a certain distance, my sleep pattern was disturbed.
Earlier I could get up at 7:25 AM and reach office by 8:35 AM.
Now with new office being at a distance, I was forced to get up at 7 AM or earlier to reach by 8:40 AM.
And with private vehicle it takes lesser time than by public transport and here in Bengaluru public transport only means BMTC buses for now.
But on Tuesday i.e. the very next day, while I was bending down at my house to pick up something after bath and getting ready to leave for office, I had a sharp pain and my body got bent. It was severe pain in my lower back.
Even in Castle Street office I never used to go daily by car or bike to office. My pattern was in a five day working week, either two days or three days I used to go by car. And my car was Ford Ikon model.
Though bike is faster than car, there is no doubt that car is safer. Also, public transport is also safer. I will tell how public transport is safer from the incident which happened on the very same week i.e. May 2009 last week.
Monday I went by bike. Tuesday I had back pain and went by car. Wednesday I went by bike. On Thursday May 28th, 2009 while I was going by car at Silk Board junction when the signal became from red to green I gave horn and tried to overtake a Honda Activa or a person riding Honda Activa. But he did not let me pass. Rather he got enraged and I was forced to stop my car just where the Silk Board flyover comes down.
Then I lowered my glass to tell him that why would he not let me pass and stuff. I was alone driving my car. But he was in no mood to let me even talk. He was a local person i.e. a local Kannada person. He then slapped me and my specs fell off and got broken. Another person also supported him and slapped me. Then he tried to take away the keys (of the car). Then before I could react, he opened his Honda Activa seat and brought a wrench and then began hitting the windshield till it got cracked.
Then a small crowd had gathered. Due to my back pain which happened on Tuesday my flexibility was reduced. But someone in the crowd told me to get down from the car because glass had fallen on me and I got down and then the person who broke my windshield asked my name and company where I worked so that we could go to police station.
I had agreed to go to police station because I had no fault of mine. I only tried to overtake the bike and it is natural that a vehicle which wants to go forward should be allowed to pass. It was only he who got enraged and not only hit me a broke my specs but also broke my windshield.
I gave him my ID thinking that he would return it. But he took it and drove off. Someone in the crowd, some North Indian guy came to my rescue. Since that crowd had gathered which included people waiting for buses, probably that person drove off. As soon as he drove off I began following him but he sped away and disappeared. I will continue in the next post.

Kashmir Conflict

The Kashmir conflict ongoing in the state of Jammu & Kashmir is also worth noting in the context of the Shia Sunni divide.
Like I have analysed earlier, most of India is 'Shia mentality' and Jammu & Kashmir is also of 'Shia mentality'. But there are vast sections of India which are 'dilly-dallying' portions and they provide the bulk of 'mercenaries' or more popularly 'armed forces' to defend Kashmir from 'foreign influence'.
It is in strategic interests of India to keep the attention of West focused on Pakistan and Afghanistan and Af-Pak border. It makes strategic sense for India to focus its efforts to make the west focus its efforts on the Western border of Pakistan.
Apart from Shia Sunni conflict which India Pakistan conflict actually is. Let us not think religion for now. India is 'mostly Shia' and Pakistan is 'mostly Sunni'.
Now Jammu & Kashmir is Shia no doubt about that. People from Kashmir are in three minds actually, to be with India, to be with Pakistan or stay independent. Of the three issues, staying independednt is not an option according to me, it would not be acceptable to either India or Pakistan.
So it has to be either with 'Shia' India or 'Sunni' Pakistan.
Everybody knows about the conflict between Shias and Sunnis but we have to acknowledge that the conflict between 'Shia and Shia' and 'Sunni and Sunni'.
Between 'like minded parties' there is conflict as well and it is no less bloodier as we can see the conflict in Kashmir going on for more than two decades.
Ultimately only one will prevail and that is what the conflict is all about.
The conflict is about who will 'inherit the earth' or that portion of the earth.
Pakistan is Sunni and may face a lot of resistance from Shia Kashmiris. Let us not think religion for now. What they are 'deep inside', that is what will describe them whether they are Shia or Sunni.
Also, since India has several potions of the land where there is a Shia-Sunni mix, India will have no problem in findling 'promising foot soldiers' even if Sunni to defend Kashmir from Pakistan.
It would then become a case of 'foot soldier from Sunni Pakistan' against 'foot soldier from Sunni India'. Thus it would be Sunni vs Sunni in the land belonging to Shia Kashmiris.
Trust me people, what I have written here will not be like solve the problem. But one step in solving a problem is understanding the problem. We cannot just say things are like this and that. There are a lot of factors we need to look into.
Ultimately, the world does not want the 'Sunnis to triumph'. We can see that in Egypt and Palestine and elsewhere. Similarly is the case in Kashmir. India's interests are best served if the world is following what it is following elsewhere and not 'change the rules' in Indian subcontinent for Kashmir.

Modi and Bihar

The way Modi is targeting Bihar is worth noting.
We know that general elections are coming in India in 2014 and whoever wins in the election will get to 'rule over India' for the next five years.
Now everybody knows that Modi supporters are quite active in the social networking world. We also know that their are many press reporters who are tacit supporters of Modi and BJP and write articles 'favoring them'.
Modi and BJP they know that one state which holds the key and that is the state of Bihar. They are out there in full force to defeat Nitish Kumar and ensure that Congress does not benefit from Nitish's loss and the benefit goes to BJP and Modi.
If you look at my analysis earlier, Bihar is one of the 'dilly-dallying' state and everyone knows since India's independence that whichever way the two states of Bihar and Uttar Pradesh go, the Indian Govt. goes that way. In other words, these states 'dictate' who will form the Govt at center though not directly but indirectly through the 'ballot'.
In recent times, South Indian states are able to form an 'anti-axis' to Bihar and UP. And it has been observed that whichever way the South Indian states go that dictate the Govt. getting formed at the Center.
And Modi is a notch different for South Indian folks. Firstly Modi belongs to Gujarat which is a Gujarati speaking state and not Hindi speaking. In India there is an ongoing conflict.
Though Hindi is the most widely spoken and widely recognized/understood language in India, no one wants to declare it or accept it as a national language. And it is mainly those non-Hindi states including states of South India.
For them Modi is a 'non-Hindi belt' leader and that immediately becomes acceptable to non-Hindi states.
So Modi will face little resistance to become PM from South Indian states and East Indian states both which are non-Hindi states. In the case of East India, Naveen Pattnaik and Mamta Banerjee may ultimately support Modi on the same count of his being a non-Hindi belt leader.
Here in 2014, Maharshtra may hold the key. Everybody knows that there is a hidden conflict between Maharashtrians and Gujaratis. Which way Maharashtra goes may be decider to decide whether Modi becomes PM.
That is why Modi is targeting Bihar and if Modi wins the heart and minds of Biharis in the heartland of Biharis, there would be little anyone can do to stop him from grabbing the PM seat in Delhi.
Many Biharis are there in Mumbai and Delhi and they may ultimately support Modi if Modi wins Bihar. UP is no doubt there. UP is no doubt an active place for politics due to the Ram Janambhoomi case.
Also, Telangana would be formed which was the BJP dream since beginning as BJP may stand to gain tremendously from Telangana as it had only a minuscule presence in united Andhra Pradesh.
Thus BJP and Modi knows that Bihar being a 'very populous state' and where 'it has to go alone' holds the key to Modi becoming PM.

Analysis of Indian States: Shia or Sunni.

Here I will try to analyst Indian states according to my perspective whether they are Shia or Sunni.
And remember I am not talking about Muslim and religion.
As I have said earlier India is mostly Shia.
In broad definition, Shia is someone who places emphasis on family and tradition and culture and does not want much change.
Sunnis want change and place less emphasis on family ties and more on work and tasks.
Generally in India we can find a mixture of Shia and Sunni culture in the States. We can classify the states as below:
Category I: Fully Shia : Greater than 90% Shia mentality.
Category II: Mostly Shia : Greater than 50% Shia mentality. Shia still in majority. Sunnis in minority.
Category III: Mostly Sunni : Greater than 50% Sunni mentality. Shia in minority.
Category IV: Dilly-dallying states : These states do not identify themselves as Shia and Sunni and though they can be Sunni in their outlook but by simply 'existing in India' they become under the Shias.
States in Category I
Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Odisha, West Bengal, Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Tripura.
States in category II
Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Delhi, Assam.
States in category III
Karnataka
States in Category IV
Chattisgarh, Jharkhand, Bihar, rest of North East (excluding Assam and Tripura), Goa, Pondicherry, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, rest of the remaining county.
Thus according to me only Karnataka is like Sunni to me and my analysis.
And BJP is trying to bring in Sunni system under Modi. Meanwhile, in 2013 elections, BJP lost Karnataka but at that time BJP was under Advani and not Modi.
Thus my analysis is if BJP had come under Modi earlier, than BJP would not have lost Karnataka which according to me is the 'only predominantly Sunni state' in India.
And my observation is that conflict between Shia and Shia or between Sunni and Sunni is more deadlier than between Shia and Sunni.
We can see in history also. Iranian revolution was a conflict between Islamic Shias in Iran and Capitalist Shias led and backed by US.
Soviet invasion in Afghanistan was a conflict between Islamic Sunnis (Mujaheedins) and Athiest Sunnis (Communists).
Maoists are Sunnis and they are against Indian state which is Shia. Nepal is Shia but the Maoists in Nepal are Sunnis. We can analyse the entire world and its conflicts as Shia or Sunni.
We can say that the entire African countries/continent including North Africa are like Sunnis except maybe the country South Africa.

Facebook banner ads

I will say as I have said earlier that the way Facebook "lurks around" in the form of banner ads is really bad and if Facebook is reading this I will request you to stop targeting me with banner ads.
I do not want banner ads. Those banner ads are better being flushed down the toilet.
Facebook kindly leave me alone.
You are pure evil and I do not want to do anything with an evil medium.
Do not target me with banner ads. I will never join you again. My life may get snuffed out of me but I will not join you.
Go. Get out of my face. You may "rule the earth" and billion people may bend down on their knees for you but I won't and do not want to do anything with you.
You may think you are the 'greatest gift to human race' but you are not. You may think you are 'the greatest invention' for this earth but you are not.
And even if I do not want still you come in my face while I am reading my mail on yahoo.
Why? Just mark my words I have nothing to do with you.
Earlier I was with Facebook and it was my mistake. Kindly remember I do not want to repeat my mistakes.
For me Facebook is like 'feces' book if you know what feces mean. Hence, do not trouble me.
I am oscillating between begging you, requesting you and warning you. But I can't do all at the same time. I can be either a beggar or a 'tough nut to crack' but not both at the same time.
Whatever you say, I do not want you near me or me near you.
Like they say, "Chal chal apna raasta naapo." That means "go mind your own business" and do not trouble me.

Ego maniac

I will say the way Modi is building a huge Sardar Vallabhai Patel statue smacks of egoism and his selfish pride for himself and 'his state of Gujarat'.
This is nothing but a sheer waste of public money. Even Sardar V.Patel would not have liked it thats what I feel.
Just like people have made idols of Saibaba and worshiping them with elaborate 'Hindu rituals', so is the case of Sardar Patel. Sai Baba origins are not known whether he was Muslim or Hindu but the way he is being worshiped is like Hindu. During his life Sai baba led a very simple ascetic life. But now, he is 'bathed with gold' so as to speak with gold throne and gold crown and so on. Would Sai Baba have liked it. I don't think so.
Similarly Modi is building a huge statue so by using Sardar Patel name he wants to override the contributions of the Nehru-Gandhi. There is no doubt that at a national level which family has contributed the most the growth of 'India as a nation'. It is no doubt the Nehru-Gandhi family. Modi wants to build a huge Sardar Patel statue and thus negate the contribution of the 'actual living entities'.
Eveyone made a lot of sacrifices in Nehru-Gandhi family. Smt Indira Gandhi was assassinated and so was Rajiv Gandhi. They paid the ultimate price. They did so for the 'unity and integrity' of India.
Now Modi what he is doing smacks of regionalism and showing that "Gujaratis are the most superior".
Okay, Sardar Patel was a national leader and not just Gujarati leader, else, Gujarat would have been independent country.
Modi is copying the big statue of a Tamil poet in Kanyakumari built by Tamil Nadu in the past. Tell me is 'copying Tamils' the best option for Modi? Can he not think for the entire country?
Let us not forget because of Tamil politicians only, Rajiv Gandhi thought of intervening in Sri Lanka by sending 'Indian Peace Keeping Force'. If their leaders would have gone to Delhi and 'cried' in front of the 'Supreme leader', tell me what were the options available for the 'supreme leader'. Now the same Tamils want Modi as CM. I have a honest belief that many Tamils deep inside their hearts are supporting Modi.
Now recently, there was a big Cyclone in Odisha. Can Modi not give the funds being spent for the big statue for cyclone relief or re-building of people's lives?
If he really wants to build a big statue why not build one for Lord Vishnu or Lord Shiva because that is what Modi represents (i.e. the VHP and RSS) and if one believes them as God, no person is bigger than them.
Modi does not want to build a statue for himself else he will fall in the direct target of social activists and others. Thus he is making a statue for a 'son of Gujarat' who is 'long gone' and no one target Modi personally for this. Modi wants to be remembered 100 or 500 years from now as a great person. Nothing wrong with that. But tell me is this 'greatness'?
I will say that the way the Sikhs are hell bent on building a memorial for Indira Gandhi's assassins are justified if we see Modis actions.

Additional points

For my last few posts I am creating this post for additional points rather than editing those.
After that I am planning to start a new blog as the present blog has reached 100 posts which according to me is a post too many. It is like it is almost full. Though Google servers may hold a billion posts or more without any issues, I have to draw a line for myself.
Hence, this could be the last post in this "Hi from Anup4002" blog.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Regarding yesterday's cricket match. With India's win, it should be more of a joy for Australia and England than India. Because, they have successfully 'trained and imparted the knowledge' to 'Indian natives' who were little more than illiterate, like savages, tribal or semi-tribal, ignorant of the world, backward thinking people.
Thus it is a success for the colonisers that not only are they (the natives) able to play cricket but they are able to play it well. So well, that they can defeat them. It is like a father should be proud when his son beats him. The case is somewhat similar.
Also recently, Australia withdrew its forces from Afghanistan. It is like 'job done' for Australia. That 'job done' means that they have 'properly imparted knowledge and training' to Afghans to 'take care of themselves'. Same case with India though it is a few decades separated that's all.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
In yesterday i.e. 30th October Bigg Boss episode, there was an ironical situation. And it was that Andy was 'voted out' on Tuesday for discussing Tanisha and Arman nominations by using code words and creating a 'bloc' on Monday. Later on Wednesday he sat near Arman and Tanisha and the very same people defended him.
Thus the people whom you think are your friends may not be your friends and may turn against you anytime and that is a lesson we get in this life. People whom you consider as your enemies may be your friends without you knowing about it. And Andy should also get this lesson.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Also watched two more movies.
"Phata Poster Nikla Hero" and "Ye Jawani hai Devani".
Both movies are okay. Phata becomes phata actually mainly because I feel he has not used the songs in a proper manner. In Hindi movies, it is very difficult to get big hits without good songs. But ocassionally, come a few movies which though have good songs are unable to make it big. Phata is that kind of a movie.
Jawani is like Karan Johar movie. People are crying but you do not know what they are crying for. The characters have got all they want in this world and still they cry. Both movies can be watched once without any issues. But second time, my request is Think Twice about it.

Yay India Won.

Yes people India won. What did India win?
India won yesterday's one-day cricket match against Australia. But according to me there is nothing to be happy about.
If someone is to get happy, it can only be England and Australia and the so called Christian countries or whose history is predominantly Christian based. Why? Because as earlier I have discussed, the game of cricket is mostly a Christian game. The wickets behind the batsmen are 'like cross'.
Thus India was able to 'defend the cross' to the fullest. Thus 'India now deserves the knighthood'.
India has proved once again that is a 'very smart and talented foot-soldier' of the Commonwealth (led by Britain).
People who invented or devised the game must have initially put cross and then the batsmen would have to 'defend the cross'. It could be either 'defending the cross' or 'defending the grave'. As we know, all Christian graves are marked with cross symbol. In that case either, the batsman is standing on the grave or the wicketkeeper.
And it could be that if the batsman is standing on the grave of someone and he is as though defending it be standing on top of it. It could be that the 'soul of the deceased' can enter the batsman and he is taking charge of the batsman's actions.
It is the same thing like in football whose origins some say was when people used to play 'football' with the 'severed heads' of the enemies in the Middle Ages.
In cricket, due to practical reasons the cross then went on to become the 'wickets that it is'. There would be fights because you do not know if the cross was hit by the ball or not which in cricket is out.
It was simpler to devise three sticks and keep bales so that if the 'bales fall off' you know that the player is 'out'.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Meanwhile, Pakistan also played a match with South Africa in UAE. And it lost by 1 run.
Hmm. Does this sound like match fixing? It does to me.
Match fixing works by keeping the betters and bookies guessing till the last minute as to who will win the match.
Now since, India has IPL, India has many avenues to 'fix matches' and make money. But Pakistan has been kept out of international play and Pakistani players are banned from IPL which means that they do not get much 'avenue to make money'.
Money that is made illegally through betting and fixing the matches and twisting the outcomes of whatever little matches they get to play and that too in 'foreign lands'.

Bigg Boss 30th October

A very good day in Bigg Boss episodes. It was a continuation of the previous day episode.
In this episode, I liked the way Arman took a stand for Andy. Andy came and sat beside Arman and it was like he came 'under the influence and protection' of Arman.
He said, 'Dekhte hain tujhe haath kaun lagata hai' and then Bigg Boss sent his own Security personnel. Basically they were there to oversee the 'smooth happening in the house' namely the smooth exit of Kushal and Gauhar.
Once Arman took a stand for Andy, everybody stepped back, means Apurva, Pratysha, Kamya, Gauhar and Kushal. The conflict became like a 'world war' so as to speak. It did not remain a 'local war' anymore. It was like in the Cold War days. Like East Germany was Soviets and West Germany under NATO and US. If you attack either the entire block will respond back.
Also, Gauhar's conflict was with Arman. It is like a 'hidden conflict' one which never got solved. Once Arman got involved, it was not about Andy anymore. The conflict went on to another level altogether. Gauhar was bound to leave. She could not have survived in the house anymore.
Anyways, with Kushal exit, things have become smoother for Ijaj Khan the new entrant. But Ijaz has lost the chance to mingle with Gauhar which he had in mind. But then there is Elli in his radar who is dead scared of Ijaj anyways and Tanisha acted as 'her protector' so as to speak.
Andy's exit from the house was also very nice. The way dancers exited him out. At the end of dance show he was gone. Well done Bigg Boss. Always thinking of new things to make the show livelier.
Also, Andy's entry into the Caravan house was also well thought of. Just when Andy entered another entrant Sofia made the entrance. Both were British. Now for Sofia, survival in Bigg Boss house won't be that difficult because Andy a 'very seasoned veteran' and talkative one with himself being of British background is around. I feel the show is progressing well.

Bigg Boss Day 44

This episode I watched. It was aired on 29th October, 2013. And let me tell you that it is one of the best episodes we have seen in this season considering that this is the only season of Bigg Boss I have watched.
In this episode the housemates were given the task to 'not to react' to certain situations which would happen during the course of the day. Also, they were not to react to Andy.
Now everyone knows Andy. He is a highly talkative kind of person. So he was given the task to 'break the other mates' concentration. If you are watching Bigg Boss you will realize that most of the tasks handed down by Bigg Boss recently involve the same kind of task i.e. to 'break the concentration' of the opponent team.
What Bigg Boss gave as a task to housemates was completely justified as the housemates had themselves 'voted Andy out' of the house just the previous day. So, it was but natural for them to receive a task to ignore Andy as if he is not there in the house anymore.
Andy did what he loved. He loves talking. And I feel he never crossed the limit. He was justified to do what he was doing because Bigg Boss gave him a chance to prove himself also. Obviously, he wants to stay on in the show and win. Any other person might have sat down quietly and waited to be evicted.
But later what Kushal did to Andy was not at all justified. He put water on his bed which is actually the Bigg Boss provided bed and 'assaulted him' and abused him. I do not know how much of it was aired.
We got to see a masked man entering Bigg Boss house and bursting crackers to break the concentration of the residents.
We also got to see the man behind the voice of Bigg Boss.
That's what I feel as the voice of Bigg Boss sounds eerily similar to that man's voice.
Thus Andy was also like a person of Bigg Boss who was given the task of making the other people lose their power of 'non-reaction'. And due to that they even lost 200,000 points out of 500,000 allotted to them. Thus I would say that Andy was successful. Well done Andy.

Who do you work for?

In this world we work for either Shias or Sunnis. It is as simple as that. Our entire efforts are directed in that direction.
It is either "who we work for?" or "we are under whose control?". We are either 'under Shias' or 'under Sunnis'. Even if we are not Muslim or do not believe in any religion we are 'under someone' of these two.
Now we can discuss individual disciples. When we discuss this, we will realise that we are not or cannot be 'under Sunnis'. If we ally ourselves with Sunnis, 'we become Sunnis' and 'we are Sunnis'.
But if we ally ourselves with Shias we cannot become Shias but we either 'work under Shias' or 'work for them'. If we work for them it does not mean that we are in their payroll but we are working in their ideals and we are working for a world in which 'Shia viewpoint is adhered to'.
Now if we look at Taliban they are Sunnis. If we look at Pakistan they are 'mostly Sunni'. Now since I have analysed earlier that most of the Indians have Central Asian origins and are Shias by 'action and deeds' we can say that India-Pakistan conflict is actually a Shia-Sunni conflict. India opposes Pakistan and vice versa because of this fundamental difference between Shia and Sunni. It is not difference between Hindu and Muslim. If one ignores this fact then one is missing out on the greatest truth which is there for all to see with respect to the human race.
Now we can say the Communists who were there in Eastern Europe earlier to 1990's were Sunni. Though they did not follow any religion by their 'deeds' they were Sunni. Communism finally met its grave in Afghanistan by mostly Sunnis 'Mujaheeden" aided by US and Pakistan. So we can say that Atheist Sunnis (Communists) were defeated by religious Sunnis (Mujaheddin)
Now Nazis were Sunnis but they did a fatal mistake. They did not open their folds for everyone. Rather they 'emphasised on racial purity of Germans' and did not encourage all to come into them. Thus they wanted to become Sunnis with Shia overtones. Thus they were bound to fail.
Capitalism is Shia by its very structure. People who are rich want to keep the property and business for themselves and their families. Thus in the last century Shias won we can say because Capitalism defeated Communism. Zorastrians called Parsis in India also have Iranian origins and they are for Capitalism since the very beginning. Thus they are against Communism and which means against Sunnis and that is the key conflict between Shias and Sunnis.
Communism want distribution of wealth and tasks and Sunnis also stand for the same.
Hard core followers of Christianity in US called Evangelical Christians can be termed as Sunnis because they want 'all people to come into their fold'. Nothing will bring them more joy than if the entire world becomes 'what they are'.
Now we have the Hindu Nationalists who have not managed to win in elections. A Hindu nationalist like Modi recently has remarked that he is 'against dynastic politics' and wants the 'political situation to be open for all'. Thus my observation is that Modi wants to bring in 'Sunni elements' into Indian politics and that is a key mistake he is making and he is bound for failure. Because India is 'Shia elements following nation' even if the religion is Hinduism.
And let us not forget that fundamentally a person cannot become Hindu by conversion. One is either born Hindu or not. Any person who was born Hindu and converted to another faith can be 'reconverted' but not otherwise.
Religion may be important in many peoples lives but there is a certain background in the religion which cannot be ignored.

Iranians, Arabs, Israel and Indians

We have to understand generally that Iranians are Shia and Arabs are Sunni. And as was discussed in earlier post, most of the Indians have their origins in Central Asian region which also comprises of Iran.
As per history books, Indian subcontinent was invaded by these 'Aryans' who imposed a set of 'caste system' in the Indian society. The caste system was rigid and people could not change from one caste to another as they were bound there from birth. Most of the original Iranians or Aryans then went on to become the 'Brahmins' or the 'Kshatriyas' who were the top class and people who did not share the racial features of these 'invaders' became 'Vysyas' or Shudras'. These Brahmins were the ones who devised and imposed their set of religion on the masses and same structure is also visible even today.
Now if we look at the Middle East what was the situation. Before the First World War, there was the Ottoman Empire and it ruled over vast stretches of land in Middle East and North Africa.
Iran was a country with its own long history and culture and very less Ottoman influence. Then there was discovery of oil in the region and the policy of 'divide and rule' suited the imperialists led by Britain and France and later US. Britain used 'foot soldiers from Indian subcontinent' to a great extent in fighting the wars in the Middle East.
After Second World War, emerged a few countries of 'Arab origin' and then there was Iran with its own 5000 year old history. Also, a new country of Israel came into being with its own 5000 year old history. Now, what I personally feel that Israel and Iran have a connection. Like a secret connection.
Let us not ignore the facts that Iranians/Persians and Arabs are totally against each other. Saddam Hussein of Iraq exploited these Arab sentiments and waged an 8 year old war with its neighbor in which millions perished. Israel and Arabs are also against each other. Arabs have been brutally defeated by a tiny state like Israel and it is the ultimate humiliation for them. Arabs can do little to harm Israel. Now Iran also defeated Iraq which was an Arab state during Saddam Hussein. Though it defeated Iraq at a great price for itself.
Thus Israel and Iran both have a mistrust and antagonism towards Arabs in general. And hence, what is visible in public is 'actually an eyewash'. Israel and Iran are closer than you think. Why? Now we can analyse the situation as to why this is the case.
Shia is someone who is 'born into his life'. Thus one cannot become a Shia; one has to be born a Shia. But Sunnis are those people who can be 'assimilated as Sunnis'. Thus if any person becomes a Sunni by conversion, then he is entitled to all the rewards of Sunnis. Now let us face it, the state of Israel or the Jews are not looking to convert all the people (non-Jews) into Jews. They only want safety and security of the State of Israel and its citizens. They do not want like say 100 million people to convert into Judaism. They want safety for whatever people that are already there as Jews by birth or descent or immigration.
Similarly is the case with Iran. Iran does not want let us say 100 million more Shias in its fold. But Sunni state like Saudi Arabia or predominantly Sunni states like Pakistan, Bangladesh, Indonesia etc would want additional 100 million people to come into its fold. That is a general observation of mine.
Thus difference between Shia and Sunni is one of the fundamental difference and the most important difference in this world. We can analyse it for several days together and still more points would come up. I will write in next post a additional points I will recollect.

Shia and Sunni and India

In this post I will try to analyze the origin of the Shia/Sunni divide and the origin and future and growth of India.
Let us first understand what is Shia and what is Sunni?
Basically these are two alternate viewpoints. Let us not think Muslim/Islam and so on for now. Let us think what it means. The very essence and the soul of being a Shia or a Sunni.
A Shia means one who wants religion to be followed by the 'descendants' or the 'family' or the 'family members'. Thus for a Shia person, the 'inheritors' should be the one who are 'related by birth or blood'. The Shias will not discriminate between man and woman in this case. For them the 'blood line' is important. Now let us not think religion. Let us think something different like an idea or a business or the property and so. Thus for a Shia the 'family ties' become important before deciding 'who will be handed the torch' so as to speak. 'Who will carry the legacy' in other words.
A Sunni means someone who does not care for this kind of 'family links' or 'blood links' and so on. For them what matters is those people who 'give loyalty' and 'adhere to the rules'. Those who by their good deeds and 'perfect conduct and character' would 'inherit the legacy'. Ans so it is expected in a perfect system, that only men and people of 'extremely good nature/conduct' will get the 'torch handed down' from above.
That my friends is the key difference. Do not look at religion. There is a bit of 'Shia' and 'Sunni' in every religion be it Christianity of Judaism or Hinduism.
Now where does India come into the picture. We have to look at the states of Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh first to know about this. For a second let us not look at states below these two and above these two. I had even read somewhere probably in Wikipedia several years ago that people from Karnataka have Arab origins or 'Arab outlook' whereas people from Andhra Pradesh have 'Iranian or Persian origins and outlook'.
And in my life after spending more than 9 years in Bengaluru and 36+ years in the Indian subcontinent, I can safely say that most of people in India have the most commonality with Persian and Iranian people including people in Andhra Pradesh. It is like they share the common ancestor. Their language is similar. Names are similar and names of places are also similar.
We have all read in History books in school that India was invaded by 'Aryan people' who came from North West and their place of residence originally was around Caspian Sea which is around or in Iran. We have also read that the 'original inhabitants' of India who made the 'Mohenjodaro and Harappan' civilisations escaped 'deeper into India' and they could be what are called the Dravidans of present times.
Now who are the Dravidans, they are the Tamilians and some extent the Keralites. But since the people from Tamil Nadu and Kerala are so different, we cannot group them together as a race. The Keralites over the hundreds of years have been shaped by Arabs, Syrian Christians, Portugese, Jewish people, Missionaries from various countries all of whom made Kerala their home and adopted its customs. Thus for Kerala we cannot say that 'racial purity' exists whereas the Tamils have been able to 'preserve their race to some extent'.
But in the present time of 21st Century we can find that people from Karnataka are that much similar to Arabs. I will continue this in another post. But let us keep in mind that the difference between Shia and Suni is the most fundamental difference in the world. And it is just not about religion. If one thinks it is only religion one is escaping from the 'most fundamental truth of the human race'.

Facebook is Cheap and Vulgar

The way the Facebook is marketing itself in the world is cheap and vulgar. We don't need Facebook. Even if we are not interested still it is "pushing itself" by getting its news across the world.
Like recently, it made less than 17 yrs old to 13 years old people to 'share pictures and stuff'. Tell me is it a big deal? Arrey, those who are members should be entitled to all the privileges. Else, why allow them to be members in the first place. Facebook is not God. And let me tell Facebook that it does not matter what you do or allow people to do. Why should others be concerned.
Next news is when the beheading video is getting posted on Facebook. Tell me is it a big deal? No one is interested in that. And then you remove it and then again it is big news. It does not matter what is getting posted on Facebook or not.
Also anyone who wants to see a beheading video can search in Google and go to any other site and see about it. Why in that case should Facebook get all the attention? Did beheadings never happen before Facebook?
Beheading is a sad reality of conflict in war zones like Syria and Iraq and so on. These wars are also financed by Zionist Occupied Governments (ZOGs) to mention bestgore.com founder Mark Marek. Govts from UK, France, US and Arab states are financing and funding wars in Syria and the like and beheadings have become common in those war zones.
Facebook is also Jewish owned and it wants to 'rule the world' so as to speak. Hence, the billions they (Jews and Jew controlled puppets) have spent in funding the wars and the sponsoring the rebels opposed to legitimate Govt.s who don't abide by them and their forms of banking and economic systems are creating a 'big news' out of it.
In fact it is not big news and is actually a hidden mask.
They allow a beheading video and then remove it. All the time Facebook remains in the news. Which again is Zionist controlled. Even British PM spoke about it. And guess what? The British PM is also Jewish or part-Jewish. If the British PM does not speak about Facebook when asked then he is as good as finished.
Everybody should know that Facebook is an artificial environment which is being controlled by these Zionists. They define the boundaries and one cannot function ideally in these boundaries.
Facebook is cheap and vulgar. All the time, certain news is getting released in the world press about it. That Facebook did this and did that. Facebook users now have this and that. A certain Facebook user posted this and that. It just does not end and keeps on going on and on and gets on my nerves so that my head is just getting crammed all the way.

Kapil Sharma show's Cross dressers

I will like to say that in the show of Kapil Sharma there are a lot of 'cross dressers'. Now many people will feel why it is so? They may think that it is so because of 'choice'. I do not feel that it is because of 'choice'. Rather I feel that these cross-dressers are employed because of 'necessity'.
I feel that no woman can act the way these men are able to act by taking on the role of women. Also, because it is known that 'what lies beneath' is a man, so Kapil Sharma (and others in the show) can take liberties and do 'his kind of comedy' on the show without worrying for 'repercussions'.
Now what is this 'repercussion'?
In India, not only men but even women face a lot of 'resistance'. There is a lot of 'conservatism' in the society. 'Male chauvinism' is no doubt there. But so is the 'female chauvinism'. Since idols and photos of Goddesses/Devis/Maa is worshipped, the women in India feel that they are Goddesses.
Also, the conservative females cannot be ignored. These are the Auntys and Grannys of India. You can often find them heading the 'Mahila Sansthas' or the 'Women organisations'.
Also, the Hindu nationalists who are kind of 'crazy like mad' when it comes to 'protection of women'. Here in India, even the other minorities like Sikhs and Muslims also are tremendous 'idolators' of women.
I remember my father and mother told me when I went to Delhi that there the Punjabis will kill the person who will 'harass their girls'. Earlier when I went to Mumbai, my father used to warn me that if I go after their girl then the Gujaratis will warn that they will "cut and throw you in the Arabian Sea".
It is okay. They probably told me so, so that, fearing my life I would not indulge in any wrong activity. But even if a very small thing is true like 10% of what they said, then where does that leave the women. I would say in a very uncomfortable position. The women then have to constantly 'watch their step' so as no to 'stray away from the path'.
Thus cross-dressers can then do such kind of roles which 'no woman in India can do'. They have a certain sense of freedom because they are not bound to the 'rigid set of rules' which the 'normal women' are forced to follow. These 'cross-dressers' are a 'necessity'. 'Necessity is the mother of invention'-so we have heard. Hence, due to necessity, these cross-dressers have become the 'invention' in show like Comedy Nights with Kapil.
Also, with cross-dressers around, Kapil has an additional fillip to 'become the man'. As we know in movies, 'the man' usually is the hero. Thus Kapil becomes 'the man' and the hero. People turn to him and he becomes a very great personality in front of them. The choice is simple, due to the cross-dressers, people have the option to either watch the show or not-watch the show. If they do not watch the show, they remain stressed as they are unable to get a 'dose of comedy'. If they watch the show, Kapil becomes the hero for them.
Also, after watching the cross-dressers in action, people will find even news-readers hot. Trust me any other 'normal woman' would look better than these 'cross dressers'. One can watch any other show on TV and find the women hotter than these men dressed as women.
Thus one may not need any other 'extreme stuff' (which are banned from TV anyways) to find the 'hotness'. Just plain regular TV will do. It is like you begin to "like what you are having" rather than getting to have what you like. And that my friends is the sad reality.

Cancer Scare and Shaving

During the past few months starting from May 2013 onwards, I have tried a lot of options with regards to beard and mustache and facial hair.
First I tried keeping French beard/Goatee but it did not work out.
Next I tried keeping a beard without a mustache and it lasted for a very long period of more than a month when I shaved it. Immediately after that, the Egyptian coup happened. Did the Egyptian coup happened because I shaved? It always troubles my mind.
Then I tried growing full beard with mustache. But then I shaved once more.
Fourth I tried keeping my mustache without beard and then I shaved it off. It was in the month of August.
Just last week I retried all the above options with little bit of each.
My observations. It is best if we keep both the mustache and beard. We may either grow it or keep it trimmed. Else we should shave it all off. The middle path i.e. keeping only the beard and shaving the mustache or vice-versa is not recommended. That is my personal opinion.
But additional thing I observed and hence this blog post.
Close to the beard and the mustache lies the nose. The nose is a unique organ of our body. I contains two pathways and a soft bone inside. Some more tissue surrounds the bone and then we have muscle and then skin. The pathways are directly linked to the lungs and our 'insides'.
What I found that in my case when I shave my full mustache+beard, then there is no hindrance and blood flows quite clearly from the nose to the other regions of my face and downwards to the jaw and neck and upwards towards the head and sideways to the ears.
Else what I feel that blood kind of becomes stationery around the nose area. Also, I have a small kind of tissue growth in my right nostril. At times it becomes stiff after combining with the surrounding tissue. Means the hard portion combines with the soft portion and the area becomes slightly hard in the process. When I touch it it is slightly painful.
I found that this above gets more on account when I don't shave either the beard or the mustache. Means when I shave certain areas of my face and leave certain areas out this thing happens. But when I clean-shave myself, I don't find that kind of pain on my nose.
My suspicion is that this kind of tissue 'coagulation' will lead to something more serious. Like cancer. I fear for it. Because no cancer stricken person is born that way. They are born healthy and due to 'some kind of conditions ripe in their bodies' and environment, they suffer from cancer. Very great doctors and scientists are researching this deadly disease. But I feel that this cancer happens due to virus and infection and what our body does in response. Our body fights these and when the fighting inside our bodies becomes an 'uncontrollable level', cancer forms and then our body is unable to tackle these and we come to rely on 'external forces' like 'chemotherapy' (which means use of chemicals) and 'radiotherapy' which involves use of radiation.
Any kind of 'uncontrolled growth' is what is cancer. That's what I feel.
So we should not allow such kind of 'uncontrolled growth' to happen. So what I did today I shaved and clean shaved. Like I have written earlier, I have always 'striven to shave' in my life.

Malala Yousufzahi

I will say the way a young girl like Malala Yousufzahi is getting backing of the Western Governments smacks of something which is unparalleled in the world.
It is the same people who are backing the Syrian rebels and who backed the Libyan opposition and removed Gaddafi from power and killed him brutally are backing Malala.
Malala is a 'soft pawn' in their hands and the 'Western powers' including CIA have understood that they can win the war against Islam and Islamists by making Malala as a hero.
I have no objection that Malala is a hero in her own way but so is every other person. Even a 'common man' is a hero in the Indian sub continent. A person who is resisting the NATO occupying forces in Afghanistan is also a hero. But the same person is branded as a terrorist and insurgent.
It is simply wrong on the part of the West to kill Afghan civilians and 'Taliban' while projecting at the same time Malala as a hero.
What is the meaning of 'Taliban'. If we try to understand the meaning we can come to know that 'Talib' means education and Taliban means a student. Thus NATO and American and UK forces take pride in killing hundreds and thousands of Taliban while at the same time projecting Malala as a 'Messiah' who will bring 'unparalleled prosperity' to regions of Pakistan and Afghanistan.
The Queen of England, UK PM and American president have all met Malala and she was even allowed to address UN General Assembly. It totally shows that the West try to 'impose their will' on the hapless people who are manipulated and controlled through propaganda.
They know that they cannot win the war through military means. If they want to win means they would have 'kill all the people' and that is just not possible because even Nazi Germany was not able to 'kill all its opponents'. Hence, the US and UK led Govts. have used Malala as their 'public face' to bring change in Afghanistan and Pakistan.
They want to 'wean people away' from traditional form of education which is 'Islamic religion based' and they want something which ignores Islamic traditions and makes someone as Malala as a hero. Thus they want to strike the 'heart and soul' of a country like Afghanistan and Pakistan which is Islam and then make their public more 'subservient' to the West.
Trust me people it is a very 'dark project'. Much like what is happening in Syria and Egypt, they want to 'shape a generation' of people. What has happened in Iraq and is happening in Iran also is worth noting. In Iraq they starved millions of people to death through sanctions on food and medical supplies. Same thing they are doing in Syria and want to do in Iran. The same people are the ones backing Malala. She is no hero. She is merely a puppet in the arms of the West.
All expenses of Malala are borne by the West and CIA. It is a very small price to pay for what they are actually expending in terms of 'military and occupation'. It is actually 'peanuts' compared to what they are prepared to shell out.

Monkeygate = Maa ki

All those who follow cricket would be aware of the verbal spat which happened during India's tour of Australia in 2008-09.
I would like to say to all Australians and Westerners that what happened in 2008-09 which was verbal spat between Harbhajan Singh(Bhajji) and Andrew Symonds did not involve the use of the word 'monkey' but 'maa ki' which is like an abuse in India.
Andrew Symonds heard the abuse which is called 'gaali' and it is common among North Indians especially to remark 'maa ki' and 'behan ki' as a form of 'expletive'.
Now recently Ricky Pointing has put his memoirs but the main fact he has missed and that is that Harbhajan did not call Andrew as 'monkey' but was hurling abuse in the 'choicest of words'. In other words he was abusing his mother. Maa means mother and behan means sister.
Thus Indians abuse the oppositions mother and sister while hurling abuses towards the opposing parties.
Now a lot of Indians will support Harbhajan and let me tell you that this is a fact. You don't have to look far. Just look into twitter or youtube or Facebook comments and photos.
Westerners mainly from UK and Australia may think that they have got 'Indians under their skin' because 'Indians are playing their game' which is cricket but actually Indians have something else in mind. They have the thing in mind that they 'can defeat the West and White people' by winning cricket which has long been the 'White mans game'.
Now who are these people who take great pleasure in abusing someone else's mother. It cannot be the 'religious nationalists' or 'religious extremists' or 'hard core religious followers'. No religion will permit the abuse either verbal or otherwise of someone else's something as sacred as mother.
It is only the 'plain nationalists' who will do such kind of thing. For them it does not matter what happens to the opposition. What matters is whether they win or not.
But I personally feel someone as sacred as mother should not be abused. And certainly not by a country's national team players be it in whatever sport. What Salman Khan told in last weekend Big Boss show is worth noting. "When he and Govinda were going somewhere, some youngsters hurled them these kind of 'choicest abuses'. he wanted to leave them but Govinda followed them and told them that 'your mom is my mom' and now start abusing. Immediately those people started apologising." A lesson to be learnt here. That we should not abuse someone's mother or sister because where do we draw the line. 100% of humans (humans as a race) will have a mom. And many I would suspect more than 50% would have a sister (could be more). We need to treat them with respect.
All women need to be treated with respect. It is just not right to not only justify these kind of incidents but to keep repeating it in 'newer and newer Avatars'.

Moms cancer and Facebook

Here I will explain how Facebook is having a relation to what is happening in life. There is no scientific explanation but there is a link. And this link is due to something called as "Nazar". What you post becomes a 'Nazar' which essentially means 'Evil Eye'. You can Google it but I will sure write about it in detail in another post.
First incident to show a link was when I was using Facebook and my moms health did not improve. At that time I was using Samsung Galaxy Tab and I took a photo on my Tab and uploaded it to Facebook for all to see. And then I had asked all people to 'pray so that my moms health improves'. A lot of people posted their well-wishes.Then after a few days I removed the photo because I felt that I should not have a 'weak image'. After all 'image' is something which cannot be ignored in this world. It should not appear that I was being a kind of 'crybaby'. Also I had driven my bike from Bengaluru till Bhubaneswar and wanted to post those photos in Facebook and somehow I felt that it would not 'be compatible'. Later I tried to restore that photo with the comments but then I found out it cannot be done. "Facebook does not restore your deleted photos/comments". Then I re-posted my mothers photo several times but nothing could match the first photo response.
Second was that Channel W users found a place in Facebook and it was a Group. I had joined that group and began to post my 'experiences and memories' of Channel W. In Channel W, there used to be 'smileys'. And there was a small yellow smiley which was vomiting 'green stuff'. I had posted a 'memory' related to one incident and believe it or not on the same day my mom started vomiting the green stuff as a side effect of cancer. That 'green stuff' which my mom was vomiting was 'bile' and it comes from liver. This was in Oct 2011. At that time I was shocked as to how something I post in Facebook could have a direct link to what happened to my mother. I think only after that I posted my moms picture on Facebook. Earlier to that I was staying clear of posting anything on Facebook happening in my personal life. But since I found this coincidental and shocking at the same time, I thought may be if I post about my mother's ill-health she would recover. Ultimately it was not to be.
My mom was being given Ayurvedic medicines at that time and after this vomiting of green stuff even those medicines were stopped. After that homeopathic medicines were given but those too did not work.
Third was the incident on my moms last day in Jan 2012. At that time I was deep into Facebook and I used to check Facebook and then check on my mom and so on I used to do. At that time I shared on Facebook, "Darius and Finlay- Do it All Night" song. I thought it was a catchy song and I had come to know about the same from DVJ Bazuka version. And since due to the explicit content of DVJ Bazuka video, that video was not available on YouTube and some other video with the same track was available same thing I shared. And immediately after two to five minutes my father came and told me that let us not sleep tonight as moms health deteriorated too much. After that I even left with empty oxygen cylinder for refill which we had borrowed from neighbour Doctor's house. Then about an hour or two later my moms heartbeat and pulse stopped and she went into coma and then Doctor came and declared her dead. But our night did not end there. In ambulance we carried her body to my native place and then cremation was done.
Fourth incident was after my moms death and conclusion of the ceremonies in Feb 2012. I opened a page in Facebook as a tribute to my mother and uploaded all the last snaps I had of her. Unfortunately due to the disease, my mom had deteriorated in appearance and she did not want her 'patient like' condition to be shown to the world. Even earlier in Oct 2011 when I had first posted her photo on Facebook she probably did not like it. Even my father did not like it. At that time my father told that one photo was enough and there was no need to post more. And now after her death, it went to another level. There was complete animosity between my father and sisters and myself. My father told that this is no way to remember and respect your mother. In case I wanted I could print those and keep it in album and not 'show to the world'. Similarly, my sisters said the same thing. Then I had told that I wanted to be with my mother and 'join my mother'. Later that night I saw my mother in my dreams and so I decided to remove the photos and delete the page from Facebook itself. Slowly, in a few months time (by August 2012) my Facebook account would stand deleted and I would withdraw from Facebook for ever.

Moms Cancer and other Networks

My mom suffered from cancer and it was detected in 4th Stage in June 2009 any she died on January 2012. She fought the disease for 2 and half years before finally succumbing to it.
Meanwhile, I was using yahoo and yahoo groups upto 2006-07. Only in 2006-07, I came to know about Myspace and joined it. Then due to my ex MBA friends that was post mid-2006 I came to know about other networks like Orkut, hi5 and few others which I cannot recollect.
Even during my MBA days (2004-06), I or we students did not use social networks to connect with each other. Instead we relied on good old email or email groups and chatting.
By around beginning of 2009, I was using very less social networks and I had deleted my Orkut account as well. Exact date or month when I deleted the Orkut account I cannot recollect now after so many years.
In Orkut I remember I had adopted the picture of Grim reaper as my Avatar. I also adopted the Slipknot and 'Nayantara actress' avatars as well. But then my grandmother died in 2008 and now I am always haunted whether it was due to my adopting the 'Grim Reaper' as my Avatar. Because Grim Reaper once invoked never leaves you. I did not want to mention this anywhere and certainly not in a blog because by mentioning it I may be invoking the Grim Reaper once more. But facts have to be cleared and once it is out of my mind I would feel 'lighter'.
If my grandmothers death was not enough, my mom suffered from the 'deadliest forms of cancer' and how much she would survive was not known.
The fact is I deleted my Orkut account and this was due to the fact that the company where I worked , namely Wipro had a forum which was a 'PhpBB" based form and it was Channel W. I began using Channel W forum in March 2007 and used it till Dec 2010 when the phpBB forum was retired for a 'new kind of forum' which did not have the same charm. now Channel W was only accessible by employees of Wipro and that was a fault. Many content I had posted inside Channel W because I never thought that my company would 'throw me out' so easily. I though Channel W would 'remain with me forever'. Anyway that was not to be and fate had something else in store for me.
In Channel W, people used to do 'editing', it means they would 'quote someone' and edit the post so that it would appear that the other person had said something which in fact he would not have said (or written). In that also I had done editing for a person that "Main Janaza main niklunga". It was wrong on my part. When you edit like that it wrong. (Janaza means funeral procession)
And that (Janaza like situation) I was forced to do. I could not or did not attend my grandmothers' funeral until the very last day. That was another fault. I should have left my office and job and attended to my grandmothers funeral immediately and not wait towards the end of the formalities. My grandmother probably felt bad. She too deserved respect.
Then I had to witness my mom suffering cancer and passing away and I was bound to take part in funeral. Hence, what I am saying if you say something ill for another even in fun manner and the same thing may happen to you. Life lessons to be learnt is to always speak and write something which is 'right'. Let us not 'stray from the right path'.
Let us pray to Lord that he brings us to the 'right path'.
Then in 2009 middle I came to hear about Facebook. Again it was a Channel W friend who had send me friend request both in Facebook and Linkedin and that is how I came to know about it. Then again I did not use Facebook much until I left my job in my ex-company in July 2011. Here I would like to tell three or four incidents which have left a deep impact on me and how I am unable to disassociate Facebook with what happened to my mom.
To avoid making the blog post too long and making 'interest disappear' I will continue in another post.
