Use Right Sandal for Walking

•  This post is to highlight that you need to use the right shoe for walking.
• If you are comfortable using walking shoes or running shoe it is okay and you can continue using the same.
• But for case like me, I find use of running shoe or walking shoe constricts the foot.
• The foot gets squeezed and blood circulation reduces and leads to pains due to affect of nervous systems (veins around the foot).
• So what you need is the use of cotton or fabric shoes or sandals.
• You cannot use flip-flops as they will come out easily while walking.
• Walking is the most simple form of exercise.
• Daily walking of at least 40 minutes is required to keep your body and mind healthy.
• If you do more severe exercise you are good.
• But if you do not do any exercise at least you should walk.
• So now if you use sandal for walking you need to pick the right sandal for walking.
• Any shoe you use should not wear out from inside.
• If it has worn out from inside you need to get rid of the shoes. And time to get a new pair.
• Similarly for sandal. It should not get worn out from inside.
• It should provide a firm support to your feet and in turn to your body.
• I have personally used this sandal for walking for perhaps more than 2 year.
• Yes people I have found Decathlon perfect when you want to buy sports related equipment or accessories.
• Recently in the month of May (16th to be precise) I bought another pair of sandal from Decathlon. It was this one.
• Notice the difference between the two models.
• The one I had been using for 2 years has the strap at behind of the foot above the heel bone.
• The second one which I bought in May has the strap above the foot near the navicular bone.
• What I am trying to say is that the strap has to be at the right spot to be a perfect sandal.
• And the right spot is behind the foot above the heel bone.
• Why you may ask?
• It is because the very reason I am not wearing shoes while walking and that is constriction of the foot.
• In the case of sandal where the strap is on top and the rear portion is fixed there is not much scope for the feet to expand and it would lead to pain in the foot especially the heel.
• You don't want to experience the heel pain. It is painful.
• I learned the hard way. 
• So what I want is for all of you not to go through the pain and learn the hard way.
• Better to buy a sandal which has the strap on the rear of the foot above the heel bone and that will give flexibility to your feet and while you walk your feet will get "freedom of movement".
• That will avoid getting it constricted and you will enjoy the benefits of doing walking as exercise.
  
  

Jalebi - The Taste of Everlasting Love

• Watched this movie Jalebi - The Taste of Everlasting Love 2018 movie on Amazon Prime
• Starring Rhea Chakraborty (RC) and Varun Mitra (VM) this movie ia a must watch.
• This is a must watch because it is a different kind of love story.
• RC and VM meet and fall in love only to get separated due to differences after RC sufferes a miscarriage.
• Then they meet again and though they love each other they cannot be together.
• That is the story.
• And the poster has no relation to the movie (link)
•  Because they meet in Delhi streets initially and later they meet in Firs AC compartment during journey from Mumbai to Delhi.
• Movie can be watched once without any problems.
• Watch it more times and you may fall in love with the characters.
  

Use Websites not App

•  This post is based on the topic "Use Websites not App"
• I am appealing to all to please stop using Apps of many Applications.
• I would like to mention here the Apps.
• Those are Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram etc.
• These "Applications" are used for tracking you and your contacts.
• If you are using those in your smartphones by Apps you are falling "prey" to them.
• Not only you, all your contacts are also falling "prey" to them.
• They watch you, track you and know how you feel and work and breathe.
• If you value your freedom and privacy I appeal to you please stop using the apps.
• Uninstall them as soon as possible and use the websites.
• When you use the Applications websites the tracking will not be that vicious.
• Plus based on usage they show the "newsfeed" which is "manipulated".
• It is known as "push technology" and they do it using Artificial Intelligence mostly.
• Based on your usage they will force you to "see things" which matter to you and affect you and you will end up either committing suicide or become very depressed.
• Or you may become more and more radicalised and your views would be forced in a direction not appropriate.
• In any case you end up becoming like their slave.
• Thus I tell you please use websites.
• I am not telling you to delete the account and stop using those "Applications"
• I am telling that use those apps through websites.
• For every Facebook or Twitter App there is always Facebook and Twitter website.
• Thus use those websites.
• When you use website to access those material you have an intermediary and that is the browser.
• It is little more difficult to manipulate through the intermediary of browser.
• But when you use App you are in direct connection with the App like Twitter or Facebook.
• And they will "force feed you" and you become a pawn quite easily.
• Also if you use App you will be inclined to check it every chance you get.
• Same may not happen when you use using browser.
• By using browser you will become less prone to their "manipulation".
• You have a chance to save yourself and "redeem yourself" by using a browser to access them, mainly I would like to mention Twitter and Facebook and Telegram here.
• I will not say which browser to use as there are many browsers in the market which you can use.
  
• For WhatsApp I will recommend you stop giving access to location and contacts.
• When you stop giving access to location WhatsApp (and Facebook which is the owner of WhatsApp cannot track you) and when you block contacts you cannot see the  "WhatsApp Status updates" from your contacts. In the end it is all about maintaining an "independent mind" and "freedom of thought.
  

Sushant Singh Rajput and Rhea Chakraborty

• Since this news of Sushant Singh Rajput and Rhea Chakraborty has been dominating headlines for days I am forced to write another post.
• I have to say if Sushant Singh Rajput (SSR) was murdered directly like drugged and hanged or asphyxiated then Rhea Chakraborty (RC) would have nothing to do with it.
• If anything it is very likely that servants of SSR or roommate of SSR might be involved.
• Who was roommate of SSR, it was Siddharth Gupta the brother of Vikas Gupta at one point of time.

• But now there is no mention of Siddharth Gupta but one Siddharth Pithani has propped up (or has been propped up?)

• Any way if he was "murdered" the roommate should be involved.
• Or some external "hitmen" were brought in (and that explains CCTV being  shut).
• In any case Mumbai police would be having full knowledge.
• Mumbai Police knows everything. Nothing will happen in Mumbai which they won't know.
  
• They know how a person thinks and where he is going or will go.
• Trust me nothing escapes their attention.
  
• No way RC is involved.
• RC is being framed.
• I feel RC is being targeted unnecessarily to divert attention from the "real killers".
• If SSR did commit suicide then no one but SSR is responsible.
• We know suicide is a crime and should be abhorred at all costs.
  
• RC is no way involved.
• We know SSR had affairs with several women including Ankita Lokhande, Kirti Sanon and Sara Ali Khan.
• Final one with RC.
• If SSR was serious, he should and could have got married like Imran Khan or Shahid Kapur.
• Since SSR was so successful and famous he could have had anyone he wanted, maybe the most beautiful bride.
  
• Why have affairs which don't work out.
• Tell me is it not the women's right to leave a relationship which does not work out.
• There is no burden to leave the relationship if they are not married and it is just an affair or live in.
• They are not obliged to pick up the phone if the ex calls. That is the woman's right. It is a breakup right. They can block the calls also.
  
• What do news channels and public now want.
• They are they going for witch-hunting after RC, do they want RC to commit suicide as well.
• Maybe that will give satisfaction to them as well.
• They will think SSR and RC get united in afterlife.
• It is crazy because no one knows what happens after death.
• And telling that Mahesh Bhatt was also involved is crazy.
• As far as I know Mahesh Bhatt is a mentor to many youngsters.
• He is like a teacher and guide and philosolpher. And framing them is just wrong.
  

Dil Bechara, The Fault in Our Stars

• Watched two movies as mentioned in the subject line.
• Dil Bechara, The Fault in Our Stars (TFIOS)
• Actually first watched Dil Bechara on Hotstar without subtitles.
• Then watched "The Fault in Our Stars" on Hotstar.
• Then decided to watch "Dil Bechara" again on Hotstar with subtitles to get a more clear view of the movie in case anything got missed out.
• Now I desperately want to watch "The Fault in Our Stars" once more but I guess that wont be happening.
• But I can say when I watched "Dil Bechara" once more I felt even more sad regarding Sushanth Singh Rajput (SSR)
• If I watch it third time I may burst out crying.
• It is too painful.
• Hard to realise that the actor is no more.
• In the movie he portrays a person from a South Indian Christian family.
• The heroine is from Bengali family.
• Since the movie is set in Jamshedpur where people from all over the country would be available.
• It would be having a cosmopolitan culture.
• The movie is very much believable and watchable.
• But when you watch the Fault in our stars you realise that the original is too good.
• SSR makes the movie watchable.
• I guess no actor could have portrayed the character better I felt.
• Both the heroine and the mother and father of heroine have got good roles and acted really nice.
• In TFIOS movie William Dafoe is too good and since he is author and the heroine has read his books for years makes it believable. Also towards the end William makes an entry once more.
• In Dil Bechara movie Saif Ali Khan is a singer but it is not believable character.
• And what was he doing in Paris, France.
• They should have shown that Saif was operating a restaurant.
• But William Dafoe was living as recluse is believable he being a writer.
• But a singer living as recluse is not believable.
• Also one may not get that obsessed for a song left incomplete.

• Read on Net that this movie was shot in 2018 but then why was there delay in release?
• Maybe there was a "coterie" in Bollywood who did not want to SSR to succeed.
• But SSR should have realised that big screen is not the only avenue.
• There is always OTT and TV. 
• He should have thought that "Drive" was one of the first to get OTT only release.
• Money is not everything. 
• Talent and getting recognised is also important.
• Or since he began from TV he could have returned there.
• Suicide is not solution.
• If SSR did not have work due to lockdown lakhs or crores did not have work or lost their work.
• That does not mean suicide is solution or all will commit suicide.
• But if he was killed than the matter is different.
• But we have to leave to law enforcement authorities and police detectives and trust them in their investigation.
• The truth however hard must come out.
• If SSR was taking medications for depression or getting treatment that must come out.
• General public must not be left in dark.

Ad Astra

• Watched this movie Ad Astra on Hotstar.
• I found this movie too good.
• One has to understand its essence.
• The movie is based on finding intelligent life in the far corners of our Universe.
• But there is no life.
• That is what Tommy Lee Jones says to his son Brad Pitt when he makes his way to Neptune after two decades.
• All that time link with earth is cut off.
• Suddenly there is burst of energy towards earth which proves damaging with lives lost.
• Source of those bursts were found to be near Neptune.
• Thus the mission happens.
• Since Brad Pitt is closely related he is taken off the mission. But somehow he makes his way back to the spaceship.
• And he is the only traveler on the ship.
• Source of bursts are indeed the Tommy Lee Jones ship but it is due to people of the ship who wanted to escape back to earth.
• There is a struggle and Tommy Lee Jones prevails and keeps trying to rectify it.
• Once you realise he is working for decades and has documented different worlds but there is no sign of life anywhere you realise Earth is the only place to support life.
• The hostility of Moon and Mars environment is shown.
• Mars is last outpost of humans in space.
• Also there are inter-nation conflict on the surface of the Moon and there are pirates also.
• Once you realise that humans are the only intelligent life form in space what is the fighting (between humans) for.
• It is meaningless to have conflicts.
• That is the bottomline.

Beard is back

• This blog post is to notify that my beard is back.

• First you may want to read the above posts. All those posts pertain to shaving and hair and so on.
• Since Jan 26, 2020 I had started daily shaving.
• Now on June 29, 2020 it was my last day of shaving.
• I have reverted to pre-Jan 26 position of not shaving which I have been following with partial interjections of shaving since May 2013.
• I had bought blades for the same.
• First I bought Gillette Presto Razor
• I found the above razor lasts for 1 week of daily shaves. Or maximum eight days. After that there is skin irritation and so on.
• Next I bought Gillette Vector Plus
• I found the above razor lasts for 10 days of shave.
• Third I bought Laser Reflex 3
• The above razor lasts for 11 days.
• All the above razors were used for daily shaving and last day was reserved for underarm (armpits) shaving.
• The above (Laser Reflex 3) was bought from Star Market as buy 1 get 1 offer.
• Fourth and final I bought Supermax 3 SMX razor
• This Supermax 3 razor I never got chance to use because I got it exchanged.
• The shop from which I had bough refused to take it back as their policy was exchange within 3 days.
• So I took to another shop and he asked if seven days had passed, I told more than seven days were already gone. But he was kind enough to take it as exchange.
• So I bought other items and he adjusted the razor price in the final bill.
• Now I am back to daily head bath and no shaving and today is fourth day of no shaving.
• What is the reason for the same you may ask?
• I will say I had a pain on right side of nose. It was like mosquito bite or bee sting.
• There was no boil but reddish swelling on the nose right side.
• I was continuing daily shaving.
• Why it happened?
• Maybe the blade exceeded 10 days.
• But my theory is that the Demodex or tiny organisms that live on our faces did not find a place to stay as I was doing daily shaving.
• They needed a place to stay and when we don't shave our entire face is available for them to spread around.
• Our facial hair or beard is like a thick forest for these tiny organisms to spread around and enjoy themselves.
• When we did not give them space they decided to "take revenge" and made a hardened structure in the nose and that was the cause for swelling and pain.
• When I stopped shaving immediately in 1 or two days the pain stopped.
• A small swelling is there now but there is no pain.
• Another reason I had mentioned for daily shaving is that "beard is just one of the earthly possessions which we leave behind when we will die" and hence no need to treasure the beard.
• But what happens that beard grows on by itself.
• If we do not shave or in other words take active action the beard grows on its own.
• So it is a God given gift or feature. And hence we should not shun it.
• We do not know what happens after death, it is a mystery and hence no need to force something like shaving.
• Maybe the soul also grows a beard or keeps growing the beard if there is no rebirth.
• Maybe those who have never kept a beard all their lives will grow one after death when they are unable to use "earth's equipment".
• And hence it is needed to keep an open mind and not force anyone to shave or not shave.
