I feel Brexit is good for Britain.
Why? Because I feel that Britain was a world class empire in its hey-days and it can regain its self respect by being "independent". Britain does not need any "Europe" to survive.
If any people have any doubts as to Britain's survival, they can look towards Israel. Israel has survived in "hostile territory" for way too long. While countries around it were "burning", it has prospered.
While some may say it would having its "hand" in fanning those troubles, we can take away the fact that Israel has prospered no matter what happened in the neighbourhood whether it was responsible or not.
Now, earlier teh British Empire which existed was probably a "thorn" in its side. How? the human nature of "jealousy" exists and that is also spilling over in the larger context of nations.
So the "vast empire" of Britain was a cause of extreme jealousy in the earlier world and in the "craze to build their own empires" resulted in two World wars which resulted in the death of millions and destruction of entire countries.
The countries who wanted to build their own empires felt left out and thought through military action it would be achievable. Germany and Japan tried and failed miserably.
Now this Brexit which happened will be good for Britain because those millions of Europeans amongst others who have made Britain their home would have to leave. there would be more jobs available for Britons.
Britons can summarily deport thousands whom it does not want and considers them as threats.
It is a chance for Britain to take a pause and decide where it wants to go ahead and decide its further course of action.
The Scots who wanted independence earlier need not bother now. They wanted independence not only from Britain but also from Europe. Now they can stay with the Brits and chart their own course of history. It is easier for the Scots to work with England than with a mixture 25 countries of mainland Europe.
