Vanguard, Coolie No.1

Watched two movies as mentioned above.

Vanguard

  • This movie was watched on big screen after ten months. Yes people after 10 months I watched a movie on the big screen.
  • Last movie watched on big screen was on Feb 06, 2020 was Parasite
  • This movie Vanguard was watched at Lakshmi theatre, Tavarakere.
  • I liked the movie.
  • Starring Jackie Chan, this movie is a Chinese dubbed movie.
  • It basically shows the Chinese Psyche.
  • Chinese people want to work with people all around the world but they do not want to get involved with someone who is involved in terrorism and wants to harm innocent
  • Almost all countries will be like that.
  • Except probably Anglo-Saxons like Americans or Australians or British or Canadians, more specifically America the Great US of A, they will not bat an eyelid while bombing countries for "regime change" or support terrorists as a front against others, much like British used to support "Pirates" on high seas and carry out "false flag" operations (False flag originates from seas where ships hosting "false flags" will attack other ships).
  • This movie is shot in London, Africa, India, Dubai
  • The segment shot in India (Rajasthan) is made to look like Arab country of North or Central Africa.
  • While the owners speak Arabic in India segment, the assistants to owners are speaking in Hindi.
  • Movie is a non-stop thrill ride and definitely worth watching

Coolie No.1

  • This movie was watched on Amazon Prime Video.
  • Before watching this movie I was wondering why David Dhawan did not release it on the big screen.
  • I thought that if it would have got released on big screen I would have been one of the first persons to watch it.
  • But now after watching it on small screen I realise David Dhawan did great.
  • No need to release the movie on big screen and face possible "disaster" due to lack or crowds or "bad publicity".
  • Movie is not bad but the problem is people will compare it old "Coolie No.1" and Govinda and Kader Khan.
  • That is the problem with actors also they would have watched the original several times and try to mimic the original.
  • I will say in situation like that all actors have done great job.
  • Actors like Javed Jafri, Varun Dhavan, Sara Ali Khan and Paresh Rawal among others have proved that they cannot be counted out in these 'modern times'.
  • Since it is a cheating case or case of fraud in movie the sadness especially of Sara Ali Khan when her husband does not return is captured in brief moments perfectly.
  • Movie is worth watching once if not more.
  • It may also encourage curiosity for you to watch the original and compare.

Water not Weapons, Erturul Season 2

Watched two more documentary and series as mentioned above.

Water not Weapons

  •  This documentary was made on Dr Tetsu Nakamura, a Doctor by profession and a great man who was involved in Afghanistan and was directly responsible for greening hundreds of thousands of hectares of barren wasteland.
  • He worked hard for the welfare of the people.
  • Wouldn't it be nice if Anglo Saxons and other people part of NATO war do such kind of things instead of drone bombing and helicopter attacks on people.
  • The whole idea if people have water and are involved in agriculture and trade they would have no time for war.
  • Please I appeal to all people please watch this documentary.
  • Share them with your leaders and policymakers.
  • No sane man or woman will ever want war.
  • They want to prosper and war is no way to prosper.

Erturul Season 2

  • After completing Season 1 of Ertugrul, I watched Mirzapur two seasons and Paatallok and now I have started watching Ertugrul Season 2.
  • Just like I had though earlier, this season deals with the conflict between Mongols and the Turk tribes.
  • I have only watched till Episode 16 till now, there are 103 episodes as per Search.
  • Still long way to go.
  • But this series is definitely worth watching.
  • We have to think where do the Turk tribes origin Analysed here
  • So what we can understand that Mongols and Turks have same origins perhaps separated by a few thousand years.
  • Turks embraced Islam but Mongols did not but ultimately Mongols did assimilate in the lands they conquered.
  • Wherever they settled ultimately Mongols became part and parcel of that country and that is the story.
  • But the invading Mongols were very brutal.
  • It is amazing that Turk tribes were able to survive the onslaught.
  • Maybe the 103 episodes of Season 2 will show how they were able to survive maybe it will throw a glimpse.

Paatallok Conclusion, De Gaulle Documentary

Watched several things over the past few days. Just recollecting a few as below. Obviously did not watch any movies. It is only series and documentaries.

Paatallok Conclusion

  • This series was concluded on Amazon Prime.
  • I felt this series runs around and needed to be concluded somehow.
  • But the producer/director brought the "love of dogs" equation into the picture.
  • But if their aim was to get rid of Vishal Tyagi they could have got rid anyway.
  • But they had bigger plans.
  • After the death of the elusive rebel, they did not have a choice.
  • And they thought of going big.
  • But I do not understand how a plot hatched to eliminate someone and blame on Pakistan falsely can propel a new party to national limelight.
  • Maybe the plot was more complex. I did not get it.
  • But anyway I am not watching it again.

De Gaulle Documentary

  • This documentary was watched on TV5 Monde French Channel with English subtitles.
  • What I have to say De Gaulle lived a life which was never without a "dull moment".
  • Every second, every month and year of his life was eventful.
  • He was the person who made modern France as it is today.
  • He transitioned the country from First World War to Second World War to the end of France overseas colonies.
  • He was a true person who was not afraid of any country or person.
  • In Second World War during taking refuge in Britain he used to argue and fight with Chuchill all the time.
  • He was friends with all leaders he came across in his life.
  • He strove to keep France free from American influence and keep unique French identity.
  • France is more than just language. It is different to Anglo Saxons.
  • He was supporter of rights of Quebec and Mexico and other weaker countries.
  • He brought about a smooth transition and transfer of power in Algeria and repatriated more than 1 million  disgruntled French occupiers who were claiming Algeria as their own.
  • Overall worth watching.
  • He has dealt with all persons starting from Churchill to Stalin to Castro to Kennedy to Kruschev.
  • I will say they do not make people like them De Gaulle no more.
  • Truly a great man. A man from different times.

Why is Trump not Conceding

  •  The subject of this blog post is Why is Trump not Conceding?
  • It is a reason which is bothering a lot of people.
  • I will say Trump is not conceding because there is no one above him.
  • In 2008 George Bush conceded because that was the end of road for him.
  • No person in United States can stay as President beyond eight years or two terms.
  • For the case of Hillary Clinton in 2016, there was Barack Obama above her who asked her to concede.
  • Not only that he asked to call Trump as well which she did probably to congratulate him.
  • Now Trump is the President of the United States and is only a one term President.
  • He has still one term to go.
  • There is no one in Republican Party or elsewhere who can direct him what to do.
  • If allegations about him being a Putin puppet is true, then he probably listens to Putin.
  • And Putin probably wants him to stay put till the very end.
  • And that is what is happening.
  • Trump is unwilling to leave office for "Sleepy Joe".
  • I will say "Sleepy Joe" is apt word to describe Joe Biden because when you listen to him he likes "puts you to sleep".
  • I will say it is not Joe who is sleepy but the fact that his speeches can put you the listener and audience to sleep.
  • Trump is also unwilling to leave office to Kamala Harris as he is anti-woman.
  • He defeated Hillary Clinton after a nasty fight in 2016.
  • Hillary loved to play the woman card, in fact some say she played it too much.
  • Kamala Harris can do well not to play the woman card too much.
  • But, Trump has probably no option and sooner or later he has to "give in".
  • I mean slowly the realisation is creeping that he may have to concede.
  • He will slowly realise that he was being "used".
  • Some people used him to achieve their narrow political ends and now he has been let off.
  • He must be feeling like (pardon my words) a "whore".
  • Trump went after women throughout his life and must have used a lot of "whores".
  • Now he is being treated as one.
  • Yes Mr Trump reality bites and bites hard.
  • Years of going after career politicians has had its repurcussions.
  • Can you imagine Mr.Trump, if those career politicians gang up and get rid of you.
  • It will be very simple after what you are doing and what happened, namely the Election results.
  • And if you are prosecuted for your actions later, you will become ineligible to run for office again.
  • Think about it.
  • Everyone just ganged up on you.
  • If that was not enough they brought a "fake pandemic" just to get rid of you.
  • They are powerful people, and they want to get rid of you Mr Trump.

Hillary : The Fourth Episode

  • This post is titled "Hillary : The Fourth Episode"
  • Yes people I have completed watching the fourth and last episode in the series "Hillary" which is based on the life story of Hillary Clinton.
  • I will say the fourth episode is the most important episode in the series.
  • Fourth episode brings to conclusion the story of Hillary Clinton.
  • Basically the fourth episode plugs the gaps.
  • We know Hillary was the First Lady when Bill Clinton was President.
  • What did she do after that?
  • The fourth episode plugs the gaps.
  • What I observed from fourth episode I will try to list out below:
    • Hillary became Senator from New York.
    • In fact when 9-11 happened, Hillary was a Senator from New York.
    • Maybe she was aware that 9-11 was an insider job maybe she wasn't.
    • Compared to Bill Clinton who used to work only with Democrats, Hillary worked with a wide spectrum of leaders across the board.
    • She says she is particularly grateful to George W Bush who gave 20 billion Dollars to New York upon request by Hillary to rebuild New York's economy after 9-11 attacks.
    • In 2008, she lost to Barack Obama as experts point out she was too "insulated" and was not very "open" like Obama was.
    • But she was happy for Obama she says in the documentary.
    • She said that people were not willing to accept a woman as President. The fact that a black man became President was good enough for her.
    • Then she became Secretary of State and she loved the position as she got to travel 112 countries and logged more than 957,000 miles of travel in the process.
    • In fact she wanted to travel to places where there were no visit by Secretary of State ever.
    • She visited Pakistan six times.
    • Also visited Belarus and Yemen.
    • But she angered Putin and that was a mistake according to experts.
    • George Bush had said that when you look to Putin eyes you can see his soul. Hillary said you see Putin eyes and you see a KGB agent.
    • Following that Putin said Hillary had no brain.
    • Hillary actively pursued "regime change" in Russia. Elections held in Fall 2011 in Russia were not free and fair according to Hillary.
    • That encouraged "dissenters" in Russia to protest.
    • Putin then called Hillary as she was the one encouraging "riots".
    • Putin knew she was extremely smart and so he made efforts to ignore her and hence backed Trump as Trump was like a Putin puppet a fact which Trump denied during the Presidential debates.
    • Even in Benghazi where an US Ambassador and two more American people lost their lives, Hillary was called to answer, she says she is no more responsible than she is for other Ambassadors as there are 270 US ambassadors across the world and she cant be held personally accountable for their actions.
    • The US Ambassador traveled to Benghazi on his own accord.
    • I thought maybe Russia or paid mercenaries organized the attack at benghazi, we will never know.
    • Libya was war torn anyway, particularly due to Hillary one of the chief architect and organizers of so called "Arab Spring", who knows who attacked.
    • She had to leave office of Secretary of State in 2013.
    • And her legacy was marred by Benghazi attack.
    • She also decided that she would run for President in 2016 after Obama
    • She thought it would be a cakewalk and she could become President by thumping majority.
  • But then the results were out and Hillary lost to Trump.
  • That was saddest day of her life probably.
  • Even while watching the episode I felt like crying.
  • But then Obama called Hillary and asked her to concede.
  • Hillary said she would do it the next day and she did but before that she had to call Trump which she must have done.
  • That was the end of journey for her.
  • She says and the episode shows that her actions opened the path for women around the world including United States.
  • She says there were now more US Senators and women running for public office than there ever were in United States.
  • And there were six Democratic women Presidential contenders for 2020.
  • A lot of that credit goes to Hillary.
  • Hillary's punchline was "Women's right are human rights" a fact which was followed around the world.
  • She had said the same in 1995 where there was a huge multi-nation Human Rights related event attended by hundreds of delegates from around the world held in China.
  • The speech she gave there has been followed by women around the world as Testament and Template for women's rights.
  • Copies of her speech in 1995 were made into booklet and distributed around the world.
  • She opened the path for a lot of women and that is her achievement.

Modi Journey of a Common Man, Hillary

  •  Watched two series as mentioned above:
  • Modi Journey of a Common Man
    • This was watched partly on ErosNow and partly on Airtel XStream App
    • I had joined Erosnow for a year by paying Rs399 in February 2020.
    • Then I accidentally deleted the account
    • Now I am unable to access  the account which I had joined using mobile number.
    • I can login using Email ID but it is basic account.
    • So I had to resort to Airtel Xstream and as I am a customer of Airtel, I have free access to Airtel XStream.
    • Well the series is an effort in "whitewashing Modi's character"
    • It is like "The Least of These" movie which was based on Graham Staines killing.
    • It seems the Sangh Parivaar have done no wrong ever.
    • Anything bad has happened, no one from Bajrang Dal, VHP or RSS is ever involved.
    • That is shown in the series.
    • Modi is shown to be a Godly person and whatever he does is for welfare of people.
    • The series has shown several flashbacks to Modi's youth from where he draws "inspiration".
    • It seems Rath Yatra which Advani did was Modi's idea is shown.
    • I had seen a video where it was shown wherever Rath went there were riots and people died.
    • The Indian flag hoising at Lal Chowk in Srinagar was also Modi's idea.
    • It is shown Modi is a friend of Muslims. Why? Because 2000 died instead of 20000 in 2002  Gujarat riots.
    • Season 1 has seven episodes and Season 2 has three episodes.
    • Outside India this series is available on Amazon Prime Video.
  • Hillary
    • I have bought recently Tata Sky Binge Plus Box (Tata Sky Binge Plus)
    • Along with the box came subscription for various Apps including Sony Liv.
    • I was browsing through Sony Liv and I came across Hillary series.
    • This four part series documents the life of Hillary Clinton.
    • It is very real and shows life and struggle of Hillary from childhood till the time she loses to Donald Trump.
    • It is shown that she is "one of a kind". It is very real. I mean that is who she really is.
    • Compared to Modi series where he is projected as Godman, Hillary is real.
    • No actors are used and Bill Clinton and various aides of Hillary speak on the life and times of Hillary.
    • It is a very intense experience to watch and we cant help and appreciate Hillary Clinton.
    • I am yet to finish the last episode of the series, the fourth one.
    • I have a feeling US people lost a lot as Hillary Clinton could have been the first woman President of US.
    • Instead once they had to settle with Barack Obama in 2008 and next time in 2016 with Donald Trump.
    • US people never know what they lost.
    • A white woman could be President.
    • But now if something happens to Joe Biden, they have to contend with Kamala Harris.
    • But one thing is clear, even in 2016, Barack Obama was clear and Hillary Vice President running mate was clear that Trump is a fascist and it is dangerous whom Trump represents.
    • The people that Trump represents get empowered when Trump is in power and that is dangerous.
    • Trump then becomes a symbol or figure and not a leader actually.
    • Same they have shown in beginning of fourth episode.

Solution to Acidity

  • People this blog post is titled "Solution to Acidity"
  • People I have found solution to acidity problem without medicines.
  • And that is having "warm water"
  • I am personally using Prestige Kettle
  • This helps in warming water.
  • This I realised around middle of last month when I had throat pain.
  • I contacted Doctor and he told me to do gargling with warm water with salt thrice a day.
  • Also I shifted to drinking warm water.
  • I know it is a vicious circle.
  • People those who have acidity may find warm water itself causes acidity.
  • But please do it.
  • Once you start your body will adjust to warm water.
  • And once your body is adjusted to warm water do not shift back to cold or normal water.
  • Keep drinking water, warm water regularly.
  • Do not drink more than two glasses of 250 ml at a time.
  • One glass should be enough.
  • Over the course of a day, 24 hours, you should drink 2.5 liters to 3 liters of water.
  • That is what the Doctor advise.
  • And contrary to popular belief, quantity of water to drink is not linked to body weight.
  • I mean whether you are 65 kgs or 135 kgs you should aim to drink 2.5 to 3 liters of water in a day.
  • And if you eat chicken or meat or fish you should drink one or two glasses extra but at a time you should not drink more than two glasses of 250 ml of warm water at a time.
  • Water will aid in digestion and there will be no acidity.
  • How to use Kettle?
    • You take normal water in a glass and pour it in the kettle.
    • Then switch it on and listen to the bubbling sound.
    • Once you hear the sound you wait for 2 or three seconds in case of single glass of 250 ml and then pour it a drink it.
    • If you have put two glasses then you wait for 5 to seven seconds with bubbling sound, then it is warm.
    • The aim is not to make it too hot.
    • In  kettle by default the water will go to boiling and the shut itself down (auto-off).
    • The aim is to save power and stop it before it goes to boiling and just consume it while it is warm.
  • Earlier also I used to drink water from kettle and I used to look at clock, more specifically second dial, 15 seconds for 250 ml, 25 seconds for 500 ml and 45 seconds to 1 minute for 1 liter.
  • If you drink more water at a time like 1 liter or four glasses as some Whatsapp forward suggest, ultimately you will not be able to sustain it. And your body is to blame.
  • And the habit will wane.
  • Thus drink not more than two glasses of 250 ml at a time.
  • That is sustainable and never let go of the habit.
  • Wherever you go the kettle should go with you.
  • That is my advice.

Chicken Eaters are Deadliest

  • This post is titled "Chicken Eaters are Deadliest"
  • People this refers to September 2020 when I had gone to buy Chicken and more specifically Country Chicken from a shop.
  • I saw while broiler chicken (live bird) are priced Rs 140 a kilo, country or "desi" chicken are priced Rs 400 a kilo.
  • I ordered a bird and it cost me Rs 500.
  • While the person was busy cleaning it, I saw the cages.
  • In that shop, country chicken was placed on top of broiler ones.
  • And country chicken was very aggressive.
  • When the broiler chicken's head touched its feet, it saw the chicken, like it bent its head to look at it and then attacked it.
  • Assistant in that shop was looking at it as I was looking.
  • Then I thought this is how "cock-fights" must have emerged.
  • People must have seen the aggressive nature of "Desi" or country chickens in cages and then used them in a "ring".
  • Then there are allegations are that razors would be fitted to the feet of the chickens and the it would be bloody battle.
  • And people would have bet money and started betting money on each "cock fighter".
  • Mind you the fate of these chickens would be slaughter anyway.
  • They are just there in the cages waiting for a customer like me to walk in place the order and the shopkeeper would just slaughter them.
  • So there is no harm in the cock fights.
  • We should not include the rights of chickens in "animal rights".
  • Cock fights should not be banned and should rather be encouraged.
  • Surely if we have no objection to killing them and eating them, a fight is a simple thing to do.
  • But the subject of this post is "chicken eaters" are deadliest.
  • Apart from the aggressive nature of desi or country chickens, why we should assume those who eat chicken are deadliest.
  • Reason 1:-
    • Those who eat chicken tend to eat bones or at least chew on them.
    • Chicken bone being soft, I personally swallow them.
    • Difficult to do the same to fish bones or other animal bones which we tend to throw away.
  • Reason 2:-
    • In a function of say 200 people if chicken is served we may need to slaughter at least 100 chickens for food.
    • Whereas if mutton is served, not more than 5 or 6 goats may be needed.
    • Or if beef then only one cow or buffalo perhaps.
    • So chicken eaters treat life with disdain.
    • Just like we assume all human beings are equal (so say all religions no matter what the Caste system says), we must assume all animal lives matter whether goat or bull or chicken or pig.
  • Reason 3:-
    • If instead of Halal meat Jhatka meat is used, then it is easier to cull a lot of chickens.
    • And Jhatka killing is a particularly harsh way of killing where the head of chicken is slaughtered in one swift movement.
    • Halaal meat implies a small cut then the chicken struggles till it dies. They usually put it inside a drum.
    • Jhatka meat is more possible for chicken then goat as it would be difficult to cut the head of the goat in one swift movement.
  • Reason 4:-
    • Chicken is devoid of controversy. Means no religions have objection on people consuming it.
    • So people who consume chicken go about it unabashedly.
    • While those who have mutton or beef may have only on special days or festivals.
    • A chicken eater can "look forward" to having "an endless supply of meat".
    • His days and nights would be "consumed by the love and craving of consuming meat"
  • Thus, think about it. There may be more reasons but I cannot recollect at this moment.
  • The way forward is to consume any meat or anything in moderation.
  • By the way I have began or restarted consuming chicken once more.
  • I had Chicken Kabab or pakoda last week and hence what I had stated earlier that I will not consume chicken directly is rescinded.
  • Whatever I said was not written in stone and hence it is flexible, debatable and amenable.

Mirzapur Season 2, Paatallok

  • Completed watching Mirzapur Season 2 and now beginning to watch Paatallok
  • Both series are there on Amazon Prime Video.
  • We have to appeciate Amazon and Prime Video.
  • How they have come from United States and established themselves in India.
  • Their products available on website are procured from the remotest corners of India.
  • Like places we have not heard of ever.
  • Similarly series which they are making is also based in remote districts of India the kind we have never heard.
  • But they are of extreme high quality and worth watching.
  • I completed watching Mirzapur Season 2 and cannot wait for Season 3.
  • Towards the end we find Guddu becomes King of Mirzapur.
  • Kaleen Bhaiya is saved by Sharad Shukla.
  • Now the million dollar question is whether Munna will survive.
  • I do not think the makers will show Munna returning back as he was shot not only by Guddu but by Golu also at point blank range direct to heart.
  • Let us see.
  • Now coming to Paatallok, the series is set in New Delhi and from there it spreads around.
  • Mirzapur series was set in Mirzapur and then it spread around and could manage to reach Lucknow and Bihar in Season 2.
  • Maybe Season 3 they will show Delhi or West Bengal and/or Bangladesh who knows.
  • But Mirzapur is clearly fiction we can know that.
  • But Paatallok looks and feels real.
  • Looks like that is how news channels work.
  • And I have only watched till Episode 3 and already Paatallok has taken to deep part of Punjab and to Chitrakoot distict in UP.
  • One main thing we can notice is the Caste system.
  • That is endemic in India in any part of the country we go to particularly in rural and semi-urban areas.
  • I can also vouch for that.
  • People may not speak in front of you but caste is endemic in India.
  • They know what is your caste and hence deal with you accordingly.
  • Once they get to know you they want to know more of you and important thing is that they learn what caste you belong to.
  • Maybe in very big cities people may not notice it but fact is people know about it in big cities as well.
  • But in big cities work drags on inspite of caste but in smaller towns and villages work may stop.
  • This series Paatallok is an eye opener in that sense.

Chicken causes Acidity

  •  People the tile of this blog post is "Chicken causes Acidity"
  • Acidity also called "heartburn" feels like a burning sensation inside.
  • Acidity is also called "acid reflux" happens when the body is unable to digest something.
  • It is also known as Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD)
  • Now there are medicines to solve them.
  • I had acidity because I was drinking tea with tea masala.
  • Another fact to remember is that you should never have tea directly.
  • Always have a glass of water before having tea.
  • Certain items can also cause acidity.
  • I was having tea masala with tea and banana chips.
  • This banana chips can cause acidity as well.
  • Hence it is important to watch what you eat.
  • Another thing that can cause acidity is chicken.
  • Yes people the white meat - red meat debate is the biggest lie you have ever heard.
  • I believe humans can digest red meat more easily because that is who we are
  • Humans are not made of stars or mud but rather they are made of meat and more particularly red meat.
  • So humans can eat and digest red meat more easily.
  • White meat is basically from chicken and it is difficult to digest.
  • Chicken causes acidity.
  • And like in my case Not only tea with tea masala but also having McDonalds Chicken burger and aerated drinks prov ed a fatal combination.
  • Soft drinks with gas can also cause acidity.
  • It is best to avoid soft drinks.
  • When tea caused acidity, I moved to Amul Cool milk and that was very sweet and it gave rise to diabetes.
  • That diabetes made my speech slurry and I was slipping to diabetes coma and when the blood sugar level exceeded 600 I was admitted to hospital and I was in ICU for three nights. That was on October 2.
  • Now since October 20 I am taking Insulin once a day to keep blood sugar levels in check.
  • Initially after discharge from hospital in October 6 I was not taking Insulin.
  • Then the blood sugar level began to increase again and was touching 400.
  • So I began taking Insulin.
  • Independent to taking insulin, after I recovered twice I had chicken and I felt acidity.
  • Acidity is basically like a "burning sensation" inside.
  • Before being diagnosed with diabetes, I had acidity and I tried a lot of medicines.
  • I tried Eno, doesn't work. I tried Sompraz D40, did not work. I tried Pantop 40 and it did work.
  • Even during discharge from hospital, the doctor there told if you have biryani you should have "Pan".
  • Pan is not the Indian dish, but rather Pan-40 or Pantop-40, not much difference between the two.
  • Thus Pan 40 can reduce acidity and in my case  it works.
  • Then I thought why bother and eliminate the source itself.
  • And so I have decided to stop consuming chicken
  • I mean I will not have chicken directly but I can have the gravy.
  • I will not have chicken pieces or bones but I can have the briyani flavoured rice which is called Khuskha.
  • I will continue having red meat and fish and prawn but no chicken please.
  • I will have eggs. Having eggs is not a problem with meat.
  • Eggs are a different category altogether. They are not white meat or red meat.
  • I can also have vegeterian dishes no problem with that.
  • Eggs also don't cause acidity like I have observed in my case.
  • It is a new beginning in my life.
  • For the rest of my life there would be no chicken in my diet.
  • No chicken pieces at least.
  • I may have chicken flavored items.
  • Let us see how long it will last.
  • It will be tough. Especially having Chinese will be tough.
  • Chinese food does not taste good if it is vegetarian.

Mirzapur Season 1 and 2

  • People I have watched Mirzapur Season 1 and have started watching Season 2.
  • So far reached Episode 3 in Season 2.
  • I must say people I am loving the series.
  • The series feel very real.
  • In reality (real life) there may not be so much bloodshed as they have shown in the series but still people deal with each other.
  • People deal with each other for a variety of reasons including business, employment, projects and the like.
  • And when they stop dealing with each other they are as good as dead to each other.
  • So life is violent anyway without any bloodshed.
  • If people leave a job, they lose touch with their colleagues and bosses and they are as good as "dead" for each other.
  • Mirzapur is also representative of a small town.
  • Not very small, somewhat medium sized town.
  • Mirzapur cannot be set in a very big city.
  • Neither it can be set in a small town or village.
  • But a medium sized town and it fits fine.
  • A town like where there are only a few famous faces and vast 90 percent is like the common public.
  • In that kind of place Mirzapur can be based.
  • So Mirzapur basically represents a medium sized town in a rural setting like a a rural district of the country.
  • There also has to be forests or wooded area in the district.
  • It can be set in any part of the Indian subcontinent particularly India, Bangladesh and Pakistan in situation like this.
  • The psyche of people will match watch they have shown in the series.
  • The series is worth watching.
  • It is also highly rated.
  • Earlier in time even a few years ago they could not have made series like this.
  • It is now possible due the OTT platforms and data getting so cheap and people can watch in their hand held devices in private.
  • Makers are also more experimenting and are willing to try new things and audience loves it.

Appeal to Mr Trump

  • This blog post is titled "Appeal to Mr Trump"
  • My Appeal to Mr Trump is that please accept the American people verdict and cooperate in "peaceful transition of Govt."
  • Please hand over power to Mr Biden and Mrs Harris.
  • That is the right thing to do and you know it.
  • Mr Donald Trump do not forget who you are or were.
  • You are a Real Estate Star and a Reality TV star.
  • You became President and that is a great achievement.
  • You will be remembered forever in history.
  • Some people may remember for good and some not so good.
  • But you will be remembered. That is for sure.
  • You made your point.
  • You became President of the most powerful nation on earth and perhaps the Universe as we know it.
  • Please don't spoil your legacy.
  • If you do not give power or cooperate with the new President and Vice-President elect, you may be opposing the the will of the people and obstructing the "natural way of doing things".
  • In other words you will be obstructing "justice"
  • In all over the world, obstructing of justice is a crime.
  • More so in United States.
  • You may be arrested and put behind bars.
  • Nobody will come to save you.
  • Whoever you think are your fans will not come and save you.
  • Everybody is bothered for their own lives only in this harsh world.
  • Please think for future of your family including your wife, sons and daughters.
  • I know Obama insulted you and spied on you while you were candidate for 2016 elections.
  • Particularly where he mocked you for conspiracy theory that you may inquire whether Tupac is alive or not in a large gathering was particularly sad.
  • Obama should not have done that.
  • But you got your revenge.
  • You proved your critics wrong and became President.
  • Now it is time to let go.
  • You like playing golf.
  • Please do that.
  • Let Democrat Americans debate if they can allow you playing Golf at the expense of taxpayers.
  • But nobody can do anything if you step down gracefully.
  • You will enjoy all the perks that come with being ex-President for life.
  • Nobody can take that away.
  • Leave the field open for your sons and daughters and son-in-law and wife perhaps.
  • You need to think for future of yourself and your family.

Dabbang 3

  • Watched this move Dabbang 3 on Amazon prime Video.
  • I liked the movie.
  • Salman Khan is a "larger than life" hero.
  • He has already put bombs and mines in villian's den which is an open cast mine where he is called to confront the enemy.
  • He can single-handedly fight hundreds of villians henchmen including bodybuilder army.
  • Hence see the movie for the triumph of the larger than life hero who is not afraid of anyone and anything.
  • He is truly "Dabbang" which means brave and fearless.

Ertugrul Season 2

  •  People I have finished Ertugrul Season 1 and now started watching Ertugrul Season 2.
  • While Ertugrul Season 1 dealt with internal struggles with the Tribe and interference from the Crusaders by collaboration with traitors, season 2 appears to deal with the Mongols.
  • I have only watched two episodes of Season 2 so far.
  • As we know Mongols laid waste to a huge area in Central Asia and Middle East.
  • Ultimately they got assimilated in the areas they conquered.
  • We can say the brunt of Mongol expansion brute force was taken by the Turks.
  • Mongols simply expanded by destroying the cities and people who fell on their path.
  • Europe was defended to a lot of extent by the Turks who stopped the Mongol expansion at Anatolia.
  • Hence Europe owes that much to the Turks.
  • Since watched only two episodes, looking forward to more episodes.
  • It is like getting a crash course in history.
  • At the end of Season 1 the discussion Ertugrul had with elders of the tribes pointed out what is coming in future.
  • It was clear that they needed a land where all tribes can be safe.
  • They know Mongols were coming.
  • They know that Crusaders came from Europe with the dream of capturing Jerusalem but when they reach Asia Minor they forgot their purpose and just "waste themselves", not their words but my interpretation. (Watch the episode for more details)
  • I must say the cinematography and use of horses and way the chase are captured and stunts are photographed are simply brilliant. Watch the episode for more details Season 2 Episode 1.
  • It doesn't look like special effects are used.

Beard and Throat Infection

  • People I must say that on October 2  I was admitted to hospital with very high Diabetes where my blood-sugar reading exceeded 700.
  • I could have easily slipped to Diabetes Coma on that fateful day.
  • It happened because I did not control what I was eating for almost a month including all sugary drinks and Falooda.
  • Initially I suffered from Acidity due to drinking tea with tea masala and banana chips.
  • So I went for Sweet curd and Amul cool cold milk and had Electral powder which gave rise to diabetes.
  • The last straw was Yakult which people with Diabetes should not take I advise.
  • I used to get up at night 8-10 times for piss and have cold water at night.
  • But luckily I got myself admitted to hospital on that day of October 2 and I was there in ICU for three days and ward for 1 day and I recovered.
  • Subsequently I was getting myself shaved at the hands of the barber every week (weekly once).
  • Then I had throat pain and then I had fever of 103.4 degrees.
  • I was Covid negative at hospital where they had tested me.
  • But then subsequently I might have gotten positive I feared.
  • So I contacted Doctor and he gave a 5 day course of Anti-biotics and fever was gone and throat pain also reduced significantly.
  • In the meantime my beard grown and one week period of going to saloon elapsed.
  • So I decided not to go to saloon anymore.
  • So once more I have come to the conclusion due to personal experience.
  • PLEASE DO NOT SHAVE ONCE A WEEK.
  • IF YOU SHAVE, SHAVE DAILY.
  • ELSE NEVER SHAVE AND USE TRIMMER TO KEEP BEAR SHORT.
  • OR KEEP A BEARD.
  • That is what is above is reality.
  • We better accept it.
  • If we shave once a week, it gives plenty of time to microbes and little worms to create something like throat infection.
  • If we do not shave and keep a beard however short it may be, the microbes and little worms love it and do not bother you with something like pimples, moles, warts or throat infection.
  • If you shave daily and better do it yourself you can get rid of the microbes and little worms.
  • You may feel skin irritation but you can always apply after-shave lotion and creams.
  • Else keep a beard. And let the microbes and little worms survive in peace. They will not bother you.

Kaaba and Babri Masjid

  • The topic of this post is Kaaba and Babri Masjid.
  • As we know in Ayodhya there used to be a "Babri Masjid"
  • It was an imposing structure and present day people cannot build something like that.
  • It was huge and and it was imposing.
  • When people cannot build something like that they get jealous and they destroy it.
  • That is what is happening to these present so called "Hindus" who have "taken over" the reigns of the religion.
  • The Babri Masjid had three huge domes and should have been protected for future generations.
  • It was part of "collective heritage" the likes of Hindu extremists know nothing about.
  • Now let us see what had happened.
  • The British left in 1947 and "Ram Lalla" idols were placed inside the Babri Masjid almost immediately.
  • The extremist Hindus insisted that Ram Lalla was born at the very spot the Masjid existed.
  • No matter that legend says Lord Ram's father had a 10000 room palace and how to know in which room he was born, plus there were multiple claimants of property owners in Ayodhya who claimed Ram was born at their property.
  • Okay even if we assume that Ram was born at the place of Masjid how to identify in which spot of the Masjid was the birth spot.
  • If we assume a random spot inside the erstwhile Masjid and would have made the full Masjid "sacred" just imagine.
  • Then Ram Lalla would have been "housed" inside the three dome structure which was Babri Masjid and all other rituals/procedures/gatherings would have been "outside" the Masjid structure which was already cleared well before the Masjid was demolished.
  • So what would have the Masjid become?
  • It would have become something like the "Kaaba" which the Muslims go to Mecca to circumambulate.
  • So Hindus would have something like the Kaaba in Ayodhya and Ram Lalla would have been inside the "Kaaba" which would be the erstwhile "Babri Masjid".
  • To avoid that the Babr Masjid was demolished.
  • The God of Hindus was "liberated" from four walls of Kaaba like structure which was Babri Masjid.
  • Now the idol can be placed wherever the Temple builders want and Hindus can do whatever rituals around the idols.
  • Space is not a constraint anymore.

Street Dancer 3D, Ujda Chaman, Shikara

Watched three movies as mentioned in the subject line.

Street Dancer 3D

  • This movie was watched on Amazon Prime App.
  • I liked the movie.
  • Varun Dhawan and Prabhudeva and Shradha Kapoor have all done good roles.
  • This is a big budget movie and lot of effort must have gone to the movie.
  • Worth watching at least once.

Ujda Chaman

  • This movie was watched on Prime Video App.
  • I liked the movie.
  • The hero is being made fun off due to baldness.
  • In the end he accepts himself and embraces his baldness and that is the story of the movie.

Shikara

  • This movie was watched on Prime Video App.
  • This movie deals with Kashmir and Kashmiri Pandits and how they have been made as refugees.
  • Basically this movie can signify any person around the world who has been uprooted from his traditional land and has become a refugee
  • It is a good movie.
  • The essence of the story is why will the President of United States be bothered by anyone's plight.
  • It is just news getting "packaged" that shows the President is bothered.
  • Essentially people have to deal with their problems alone.
  • Each problems are unique and particular to the individual or their community.

Sonam Ri

Armenia-Azerbaizan Conflict

This blog post is about Armenia-Azerbaizan Conflict

  • This Armenia-Azerbaizan Conflict is not just Muslim-Christian conflict as it appears.
  • It is a conflict which is more complex than imagined.
  • It involves Russia as well.
  • We know throughout history Western Forces have been a thorn on Russia's side.
  • As we have seen in Ertugrul
    • Knights Templars were equally brutal towards Orthodox Christians
    • Plus there was internal power struggle in their ranks which led to several killings.
    • Also there were many differences between themselves which led to killing
  • Thus it is myth that Christians were a "united lot"
  • There was plenty of infighting between Christians even before the "war for colonies" or "war for naval superiority"
  • Let us not forget the War between England and Scotland as was seen in the movie Braveheart
  •  Also the Anglo-French wars
  • Or the US War of Independence of War of 1812
  • Or the conflict between Catholics and Protestants
  • Or the American Civil War
  • Or the Spanish Civil War
  • All the wars mentioned above were very bloody and repercussions reverberating to this day.
  • Thus Muslim-Christian conflict feels minuscule compared to above.
  • If anything it adds to to the tally of "Wars which have no solution" list
  • Now coming back to Russia, it is clear that Western countries have been pretty harsh of any moves of Russia.
  • Russia when it was USSR was subjected to the "Cold War" and Soviet-Afghan War when it dared to transgress to Afghanistan
  • Let us not forget The Crimean War or the War to liberate Soviet Union during the October Revolution
  • Recently Western powers have been pretty active in Belarus and Ukraine after Russia took over Crimea and portions of Georgia.
  • Thus anything Russia does has been of objection of Western Powers.
  • Russia sphere of influence has been diminishing day by day and Belarus and Bulgaria and some other countries have been falling for the charms of Western powers after Russia lost Poland and host of countries of Western Powers.
  • Even in Balkans Russian power is getting diminished. The Balkan War and Nato bombing of Serbia all prove the same.
  • Now Serbia has been reduced to a small landlocked country after the War in Kosovo
  • Serbia is one of Russia's closest ally.
  • Thus what I am trying to say that Russia is the ultimate target.
  • Please remember that Western powers are trying to squeeze Russia more and more.
  • Russia is the ultimate target.
  • Western Powers know that if Russia is subdued all of Eurasia region will become a pawn to them including Iran, China, 4 Central Asian countries of Kazhakstan, Turkmenistan, Kyrghyzstan and Tajikistan as well as Crimean region.
  • It is power politics at play.

Greatest Events in Human History

Here I will list out or try to list out "Greatest Events in Human History". Try to limit the same as much as possible. I may miss out something but I guess opinions may differ on the same.

  • First event was use of weapons and implements for food hunting.
  • Next event was discovery of fire.
  • Third event was cooking food and eating. Man used to eat raw food or meat and cooking greatly increased the value.
  • Fourth event was discovery of agriculture. The fact that man could grow his own food was an important step.
  • Fifth event was humans stepping out of Africa. That was a big step. As we know life originated in Africa and then it spread around the world first through land mass then through boats. Much of it was undocumented.
  • Sixth event was discovery of writing or rough noting of stuffs. We can say that writing in walls caves was going on for long before the discovery of writing. Related to this is the emergence of civilisations of Mesopotamia, Egypt and Harappa.
  • Seventh was the discovery of religion. We know that some religions are more than 5 to 7000 years old. Religions like Hinduism or Zoroastrianism or Judaism.
  • Eighth main event was discovery and the spread of Buddhism. Buddhism emerged around 2500 years ago and dominated Indian subcontinent for almost 1500 years plus before Hinduism re-emerged again under Sankaracharya and other Gurus and present temples are testimony to that which are about 1000 years old or lesser. In the meantime Buddhism also spread Eastwards to South East Asia and East Asia including Japan. Thus it spread to far reaches of the known World of the time. The Westward expansion was probably stopped by Muslims. Also documented fact is Muslims tolerated Hindus more than Buddhists and thus Hindus thrived under Muslim rule. Before Muslim rule in India there was a struggle between Hindus and Buddhists and that is vast undocumented conflict of history.
  • Ninth major event was discovery and spread of Christianity which happened around 2000 years old. Christianity subsequently over hundreds of years finished off the old religions especially in Middle East, North Africa and Europe and Russian regions. Christianity also eliminated the Greek, Egypt and subsequently Roman Empires over 4-500 years.
  • Tenth major event was rise of Islam which happened around 1400 years ago. Islam subsequently over hundreds of years finished off Christianity and other pagan religions in many regions around the Middle East and Africa and China and India. Rise of Islam gave rise to Crusades and Holy Wars which lasted hundreds of years.
  • Eleventh major event was "takeover" of Asia Minor region by the Turks and Muslims and this small patch of land was denied access to Christians for a land-based route towards Jerusalem which was a holy place for all Christians, Muslims and Jews alike. The Turks went on towards Europe but were never able to completely take over the regions in Europe and Balkans where they faced severe resistance from the Europeans. This eleventh event gave rise to twelfth event.
  • Twelfth major event was due to losses in Middle East the Europeans used knowledge gained from Arabs and Muslims to give rise to "Renaissance" and then began the voyages to far ends of earth and challenge the "flat earth" theory. It was the age of exploration and gave rise to Vasco Dama, Magellan and Columbus. Europeans began proceeding towards new lands in Americas in North, South and Central America. This gave rise to genocide of local people and establishment of new countries in particular Unites States of America which became the most powerful nation of the earth subsequently.
  • Thirteenth major event was colonial exploitation and slave trade and finally takeover of lands and establishment of colonies thousands of kms from their homes by the Europeans.
  • Fourteenth major event was rise of inter-European wars for getting access to resources. It was rivalries in foreign lands which led to wars near their own borders. Gave rise to several wars which culminated in Second World War and hopefully no more inter European Wars have happened since.
  • Fifteenth major event happened just after Second World War and that was "freedom" granted to India, Pakistan and Israel. This paved the way for the granting of "freedom" to countries around the world in Asia, Africa.
    • The Israel case was a particular severe one as it entailed the expulsion of Arabs already living in the region known as Palestine and influx of people following Jewish faith from Europe and elsewhere.
    • The India - Pakistan - Bangladesh case was also severe as Pakistan was created by British to stop "Indian" expansion into Middle East and Central Asia. Pakistan was like a "wall" to Indians. But Kashmir remains unresolved as Pakistan, India and China also claimed parts of Kashmir region as their own.
    • In South East Asia, Vietnam had to play a great price for freedom as when French were defeated in Indo-China, America got involved and got defeated as well not before 3 million Vietnamese and more than 50000 American people were killed. The twelfth event in human history got defeated in Fifteenth point. The westward movement of Europeans was halted in Korea (in Korean War) and Vietnam. The Americans(descendant of Europeans) did manage do drop nuclear bomb in Japan but could not do so subsequently in Korea and Vietnam as there was USSR and China which now had their own nuclear weapons.
  • Sixteenth major event was American, European and Russian involvement in the Middle East. They had propped Israel as kind of "buffer state" in Middle East. Listen to what Joe Biden said in 1986. American involvement is particularly harsh like sanctions, regime change, bombing using proxies using dictators against each other and so on. Since America got defeated in Vietnam and uneasy stalemate was reached in Korea the "new world" has returned to "old world" to reconcile themselves.Asians including Chinese and Indians have proved too tough for America to handle and so they have chosen weak disunited regions like Middle East to interfere.
  • Looking at above chronicle there will be no any major development in near future.
    • There wont be any seventeenth major event.
    • Age of Colonialism is not coming back. No country can old hold another country hostage. People from the occupied region will never accept foreign interference and dominance.
    • Jerusalem will not return back to Muslims or Christians. As of now Jerusalem will remain a Jewish Capital. People from other faiths can visit Jerusalem as tourists and that is it.
    • Similar is the case with Turkey and Asia Minor region. No way can Christians hope to reverse what happened in fourteenth and fifteenth centuries. They want to visit Turkey and they have to go in as tourists.
    • Leaders in Europe and America may come and go but countries around the world will continue to function in loose coalition with each other. They have no other choice. "With or without you" is the motto where the countries have to function.

Ertugrul Resurrection

  • Since June 29, 2020 I have started watching Ertugrul Resurrection Season 1.
  • Till today I have completed 66 episodes.
  • Initially started watching on Netflix but then realised that those episodes were available on Youtube and so took Youtube Premium subscription to block ads and now downloading on Mobile and watching using Youtube.
  • My target was 1 episode per day which means season 1 which contained 77 episodes should have got completed around this time.
  • But I guess I am behind and it will take some more time to continue balance episodes of 11 number.
  • But I could not wait anymore for writing a blog post about it.
  • So my observations that is a very good show and everyone around the world can watch it.
  • I have watched "Game of Thrones" and verily this Ertugrul can be compared to the very best in the world.
  • While "Game of Thrones" or "Star Wars" is mostly fiction and shows supernatural or "mind blowing" technologies but this show is based on history and perhaps excluding Ibn-Arabi's visions most are real and nothing supernatural.
  • This show is not just about Turkish history or Muslim history but it is part of collective human history.
    • The story is about Kayi tribe which went on and establish one of the greatest empire the world has seen the Ottoman Empire which lasted around 500 years.
    • If we see what is a Tribe? Tribe is something which is social and man is a social animal.
    • India though it is diverse is also like a tribe, the "Indian Tribe"
    • We share some common characteristics which makes us a "Tribe".
    • We can learn a lot watching Ertugrul.
    • We learn we are more like Turks then we would like to admit.
    • Western concept of individualism have no meaning.
    • Family matters to us.
    • In a tribe there are different peoples, some are fighters some are shephards some dye cloths or indulge in business and so on. Much like the "Caste system" of India.
    • PM Imran Khan recommended Pakistanis to watch the series in the month of April.
    • Also PM Modi has been pointed out that he is also sporting an Ertugrul beard.
  • Earlier I used to think just Shia vs Sunni or Arabs vs Persians but it is not that simple.
    • Turks have origin in mythical region in Central Asia and their Otuken mountains.
    • I remember when Naughty Boy/Sam Smith video came out Sam Smith video they showed a mountain and that mountain was in Bolivia
    • https://www.pbs.org/independentlens/devilsminer/mountain.html
    • This mountain is near the city of Potosi in Bolivia. The music video also deals with the Lord El Tio
    • When the music video came out I was imagining that it was shot in Mongolia the location of legendary Otuken mountains and the El Tio shown in the music video was an ancient God.
    • But it was Bolivia. And the music video was Native Americans plus Spanish origin.
    • At the opposite end of the earth to where Mongolia is located which was South America.
    • Seeing origins of Turks we can say they are closer to China and Russia through Central Asia then to Arabs who were based in Arabian peninsula, so what if they have embraced Islam
  • But there is no doubt in Diliris Ertugrul.
  • The Turks have origin in Central Asia.
  • And due to their location, they came directly in the path of Crusaders who wanted a land based route through "Asia Minor" to Jerusalem.
  • Yes people the entire Crusades and people flowing from Europe towards Middle East was for Holy Lands which is now areas surrounding Jerusalem which are the lands surrounding Israel and Palestine.
  • The legendary Knights Templars who used to take drugs and give them to their prisoners and make them Assasins and they used to carry poison like Cyanide which they used to take when caught and people believed they worshiped Baphomet all is shown in the series.
  • Land based route was through Asia Minor while sea routes were through Cyprus or Egypt.
  • Much is there to learn from the show.
  • The character of Kurdoglo is most complex. In fact one can write a full post on Kurdoglo.
  • Kurdoglu used to think about benefit of tribe and so he orgainsed a "rebellion" or "coup of sorts" to take over power from Suleman Shah the father of Ertugrul.
  •  Also we see hooded people walking around like we associate them to Middle Ages.
  • The character of Mario is straight out of Middle Ages.
  • Likewise several characters have their own stories. Unfortunately I cannot write about all of them.
  • I will say just watch the series to get to know more about the characters.
  • Character of Omar who was Claudius and converted after meeting Ibn-Arabi is also too good.
  • Also Aleppo is shown in the movie and feels much like the city which we romanticize about in "Arabian Nights".
  • Arabian Nights is a collection of stories from Arab lands in Middle Ages.
  • So far till Episode 66 they have shown areas around North East Syria and South Central Turkey.
  • As the series progresses they would show Istanbul and Mongol invasions also.
  • When the Kayis takeover Constantinople and convert it to Istanbul that would be a great feeling.
  • I will say it was only due to Turkey and taking over of Constantinople and Asia Minor, Europeans were "forced" to "look elsewhere" to "fulfill their dreams".
  • That gave way to proceeding towards Americas and circumnavigating the globe and Colonialism where the might British Empire emerged and inter European rivalries led to World Wars.
  • The loss of "Asia Minor" is the single biggest event in World history we realise after watching Ertugrul.
  • So many things including colonisation of the world's vast territorries or emergence of Communism might not have happened if Europeans and Christians had not been defeated in the patch of territory known as Asia Minor.
  • Though several attempts were made to "seize Turkey" through force like the "Battle of Gallipolli".
  • Turkish War of Independence was the most decisive War in getting restoration of Turkey as a nation.
  • More recently in 2016 there was attempted Coup in Turkey and I am glad it got failed.

Redrum, Door Ke Darshan

Watched two movies as mentioned in the subject line. Both the movies were watched on Tata Sky Bollywood Showcase HD Channel.

Redrum: A love story

  • This movie deals with a hero who is a rockstar plus a drug addict.
  • Movie is set in Delhi.
  • The heroine falls for for him and it is fatal.
  • Hero also ends up shooting himself using a cop's gun.
  • The cop gets injured in the process.
  • Tom Alter plays the cop part. More specifically he is part of Narcotics Bureau.
  • The hero has got unresolved issues from his past life.
  • Movie is okay for one time watch.

Door Ke Darshan

  • This movie is comedy movie.
  • This movie is also set in Delhi.
  • A household has an old woman who is in coma for 30 years.
  • She wakes up and the Doctor advises against any shock, so the people of the household act as if six months have passed which is 1989 when it is actually 2019.
  • Slowly the old lady knows the reality on her own and it is happy ending altogether.

Tera Intezaar

  • Watched this movie Tera Intezaar on Tata Sky Bollywood  Showcase Channel.
  • Starring Sunny Leone and Arbaaz Khan this movie is okay for one time watch.
  • Shot in exotic location like Mauritius and perhaps Ramoji Film City, this movie deals with post death how a person becomes a "ray of light" following his death and extracts revenge.
  • This movie assumes too much.
  • The twin brother dies but main brother is alive.
  • If not careful this movie can drive you crazy.
  • As the double role is only revealed after all the villains are killed.
  • You may feel "you have now seen everything" and be inclined to shoot yourself.

China Growth Engine

  •  The subject of this post is titled "China Growth Engine"
  • This is to outline the fact that for the past two or three decades the world was growing.
  • It was not growing on its own force but important to note this growth was due to the growth of China.
  • China was growing at furious pace and countries and people of many countries were being dragged to economic prosperity in the process.
  • I will give an example. In March 2020 markets crashed.
  • Subsequently the markets have roared and risen to great heights.
  • In a market like this any share you buy would have risen.
  • Some shares have risen more than others. Some rose by 50% some by 10% and still some by 100%.
  • The China growth engine is similar to that.
  • Anyone which attached itself to the China engine as a "bogie" or hopped for a ride on this "China engine led train" would have faced growth and develpoment.
  • If China grew by 10% or 15% countries doing business with China would have grown by 2% till 10%.
  • If a developed country like US or Japan grew by 2% it would be too good for them.
  • While little backward country like India or Botswana would have grown by 7-8% and that would be too good.
  • Thing is being associated with China was good for the world economy and the economies who associated themselves with China.
  • It was good for world trade.
  • It was like "outsourcing" the manufacturing jobs to China who are experts and world leaders in manufacturing sector.
  • Much like India is like a leader in IT and Technology where processes are outsourced to India.
  • "Outsourcing" is based on this concept where you do businesses with what you good at and leave processes like payroll or call center and back office to offices in places where it does not matter whether it is Brazil or Phillipines or India.
  • Knowledge of English is required for soft skills which places like Ireland and India have.
  • But for "manufacturing of hard core technology items" China is world leader and world knows that.
  • Decoupling from China will be disaster for world economy and will affect different  countries in different manner.
  • I will say for US, Japan, Australia, Europe it will disaster as their costs will increase and no country can match China in manufacturing.
  • They have high hopes on countries like India. I will say they don't know India. India is a country which is known for lethargy and "leg pulling".
  • India like "crabs in container" story where crabs keep pulling each other down and so no one can escape.
  • I am not sure whether Japan or EU or Americans would like to enter India where they will be laughed at behind their backs. Indian culture is like that.
  • And decoupling from China will be disaster for country like India.
  • They have to buy technology from South Korea or Japan or Germany which will be more costly for developing country.
  • I am using RealMe phone which if same capacity (RAM and memory) if I would have bought Samsung would have cost at least 70-80% more if not double.
  • India has more to lose if it decouples from China than developed country.
  • Once again I would reiterate that India and China need to work together as Asian nations to enjoy the benefits else they will face a "new imperialism" where one will be used against the other by bigger powers.
  • India if it somehow manages to keep the "imperial nations" out it will lose even more as these "predatory nations" will charge more money to India for defence procurement.
  • Precious money needed for India development will be have to be diverted to defence.
  • India will have development growth rate even lesser than so called "Hindu rate of growth" a term which was used in India before liberalization in 1991 in teh age of "mixed economy".
  • The future of India is showing now.
  • Few people (who will be Indian) will be controlling entire Indian economy and fruits of development and wealth will be concentrating in these hands.
  • And India will have play with wooden toys as latest toys from China would be prevented reaching India just to take toys as example.
  • But same concept is applicable to entire gamut of technologies just like toys.
  • India is on reversal path not to earlier to 1991 but to proverbial "stone age" like they show in TV serials of Ramayana and Mahabharat.

Stopped watching WWE

  • People this post is to outline that I have stopped watching WWE once more.
  • Now we need to go to a bit of history.
  • When Cable TV came to India after 1991 and the First Gulf War, WWE was one of the shows people in India got exposed to.
  • In TNT channel they used to show WWE or WCW shows.
  • At that time I did not use to watch either WWE or WCW.
  • I used to watch MTV and Channel V.
  • Fast forward several years, I moved to Hyderabad (1996), Mumbai (1998), Chennai(2002) and finally to Bangalore(2004) and at no stage of life was I following WWE or watching their matches.
  • I used to watch movies or visit Cinemas or watch Music Channels.
  • Then in 2008 I took Dish TV and in 2013 I took Videocon D2H, then again I never used to tune in to Sports Channel for WWE.
  • But I new WWE existed and WWF earlier became WWE.
  • Then in 2014 I took Tata Sky Connection and I began to watch WWE.
  • Why I began watching WWE because it was a thing which was "regular" and punctual".
  • WWE shows happened every week as a pattern.
  • First there was Monday Night Raw, then Tuesday Smackdown, then Wednesday NXT and the Main event and WWE Superstars (I used to catch up online as it was not being shown on TV).
  • In 2014 at 11 PM they used to show on Ten Sports Mean Gene Okerlund and Rene Young co-hosting a program which used to show past WWE matches and stuff.
  • Watching programs like above can generate interest in the Genre.
  • Then the programs used to repeat every week in newer and newer episodes.
  • Slowly we get to realise that "the latest" is all that matters.
  • Same is applicable to news as well to WWE.
  • So from 2014 till 2017 I used to watch WWE regularly. Not only WWE but also TNA Impact.
  • I saw how WWE was being shown 2-3 days later and then they began showing live.
  • In 2017 what happened, Carnival Cinemas began giving "Moviecard" which allowed you to watch unlimited movie in theatre.
  • Since Carnival Cinemas was located 15kms away in my town, I had to make a choice. No longer was it possible to watch WWE and movies at the same time. I had to drop watching WWE to enjoy movies on big screen.
  • That continued till 2019 when there was world cup of cricket and India defeated Pakistan.
  • Soon we were bombarded on social media with images of Kohli
  • Doing it since the early 90s
  • That was it. I subscribed to Sports Channel once more and began watching WWE once more.
  • Because we can get sick with certain images and we want more images and video to get rid of the "sickness"
  • WWE stars were a different class together and they used to fight to prove themselves and not make poses like we get bombarded with them and I continued watching WWE till the Covid Pandemic hit.
  • It was okay with no audience, again with the WWE trainees around it was also okay.
  • But when thunder-drome debuted it was too much to swallow.
  • In a sense you see wrestlers watching people who are watching them on the screens and you are watching them at home.
  • You are watching on your screen watching people on their screen watching wrestlers watch people watching them on screen while they are wrestling.
  • It is the future and future can drive you crazy scenario emerged.
  • Also the Rey Mysterio-Seth Rollins feud was too much for me to digest.
  • Since I used to record on Tata Sky Box and watch at leisure I began forwarding the breaks and then began forwarding the entrance and then fights I used to watch at 2 x speed and then 4 x speed and then for Rey-Seth segment full fast forward at 32 x speed used to happen.
  • The commentary used to missed during the fast forwards but whatever the superstars used to say I used to hear.
  • Compared to Fast forward on Internet or Youtube where only 2x is supported with dialogues, it Tata Sky maximum speed is 32 X with no sound support only visual can be seen.
  • Recently I watched the full show at 32 x speed and then I realised why bother at all.
  • Just stop watching and problem solved.
  • I had recorded several programs of WWE and Impact Wrestling in 320 GB built in Hard Disk Drive in Tata Sky, I began deleting all those.
  • And the Hard Drive which was 100% full became 50% full.
  • Thus I have stopped recording, watching, following WWE and Impact since last week.
  • Maybe when live audience returns or WWE begins moving from place to place like earlier pre-Covid times, I may come back to watch, I just don't know for now.

Coffee with D

  •  Watched this movie "Coffee with D" after recording in Tata Sky box.
  • I had watched this movie but guess I had forgotten about it else I would not have recorded it in the first place.
  • Once I started watching the movie the movie began coming back.
  • But still could not make out how the movie ends.
  • Had to watch till the end to find out.
  • Movie ends when D changes his name and begins life as a common man to enjoy the fruits of simple life.
  • D is biggest don of India or biggest Don India has ever seen.
  • For him to begin life as a common man he fakes that he dies of heart attack in live interview.
  • Wonderful concept and only some maturity level is required to understand it.
  • No way any child will understand or enjoy this movie.

Trump and The Pandemic

  •  The subject of this post is "Trump and The Pandemic"
  • I believe that this pandemic Covid-19 and Corona Virus are inventions of a sick mind who have hatched this plan to get rid of Trump in 2020 US Elections.
  • Trump may refer to it is as "China Virus" but we have understand what is meant by "China".
  • He is not targeting China as such what he means is that this virus and its concept is "foreign" in nature.
  • I have a feeling that if he is reelected he will order inquiry into the Virus and its origins and many people would be held accountable and blame can be pinpointed.
  • The origin of this Virus is hatched by devious minds who want to undo the changes Trump has done in America and prevent him from coming back.
  • Since people like Bill Gates are taking deep interest in this their motives must be questioned.
  • And recently Bill Gates has remarked that 90% of people will not die of Corona Virus as such but will die from other reasons.
  • Only 10% will die of Corona Virus according to Bill Gates.
  • Bill Gates by telling this is escaping accountability.
  • In case enquiry is held, no way anyone can hold Bill Gates responsible.
  • If Democrats win what will happen that the news media outlets will simply stop reporting about Corona Virus and it will be shown as having "magically disappear".
  • Then Democrats will take credit that it was because of them Corona Virus and Covid-19 was brought under control.
  • It is time people take a good look at this.
  • Corona Virus originated just for a "regime change" exercise in United States.
  • If it was not working they brought in race issue and George Floyd case.
  • If the issue was dying out they have brought in Jacob Blake case now.
  • Thus both pandemic and race issue are being used to target Trump.
  • It is time for the world to look at this.
  • United States should not fight endless wars.
  • The purpose of Covid-19 is to change regime in US and conduct wars in foreign territories with a compliant Govt. and puppet president in Washington.
  • Covid-19 is not that lethal.
  • People die of other causes and they are being marked as Covid positive.
  • There is supply disruption of medical facilites and many people are dying due to lack of care and that is being marked as Covid casualty.
  • If Trump gets reelected and conducts inquiry I am sure the details would come out.

Trump vs Others

  •  I must confess that I support Trump and hence this post may appear biased.
  • The subject of this post is "Trump vs Others".
  • I will say it is not just "Trump vs Biden" or "Trump vs Clinton" or "Trump vs Harris"
  • It is actually Others.
  • These Others include career politicians from both Democrats and Republicans.
  • What I have observed that Democrats have deep lust for power.
  • How? You may ask.
  • I will go back to 2008 when it was Obama vs Clinton.
  • Clinton thought she was offering a chance to Obama by telling him to be her Vice-President candidate.
  • Then also Obama stuck his ground and went ahead. Clinton lost nomination.
  • Here shows Clinton and Obama lust for power.
  • Why did the Democrat establishment make Obama President and Biden Vice-President? Why not the other way around?
  • This is the key question that will hurt the world till the end of time.
  • Obama could have been Vice President then and Biden President.
  • But they wanted to "project an image" that they are "black friendly" and a President who will steer away America from endless Wars which earlier Bush Govt did not do.
  • But what did Obama and Biden and Secy of State Clinton do? More wars in Syria, Libya, Yemen, and so called "Arab Spring" which cost hundreds of thousands of lives.
  • They diverted the anger of their own people to Middle East and all.
  • Then in 2016 they went with Clinton as candidate. Why? Why did they not opt for Biden then?
  • Now in 2020 they have opted for Biden. Why?
  • Is there no one else?
  • And Kamala Harris as Vice President.
  • Trust me it is like a joke on American people.
  • People around the world have to accept whoever is the leader of America come what may.
  • But Americans will be tricked into electing a figurehead as President with Biden and/or Kamala Harris.
  • Obama and Clinton though are not candidates they will remain as "Super President" and will be controlling in the shadows.
  • For America it would be back to endless Wars with warmonger like Clinton and Obama back.
  • Democrats do not mind if a proverbial "Pumpkin" is made the President. Or should we call "rubber stamp President". Which are Biden and Harris.
  • Trump is the real hope for change in America. He has capability to make change in entire American system and not just the Republican Party.
  • No wonder many in Republican Party will also be supporting Biden in the shadows and they would be wanting to get rid of Trump as President and they will want things to get back to "where they were" which was disaster.
  • Obama could have opted to stay Vice-President in 2008 and then stayed till 2016 and then he could have become President and stayed for 8 more years as President.
  • But that was not to be. Why? Because he was power hungry.
  • Trust me people, people in Democrats are power hungry.
  • And they will cut each other throats to stay in power what to say for the rest of USA or the world.
  • They are hardly bothered bout what happens to common people of USA or the world.
  • They want to push their own agenda of "endless wars" which is self destructive for America and destructive for the world.
  • Trump may be pushing for his own family in future of America like when he mentioned his daughter Ivanka as President in future.
  • Please people if we look into this case we will be diluting the case for America.
  • Trump is telling about future but what Democrats intend to do is now.
  • Democrats have got opportunity not to save America but "destroy it" in the name of "change" just like Obama did.

Bypass Road

  • Watched this movie Bypass Road on Tata Sky Showcase Channel after recording it.
  • Yes people I have a Tata Sky Recording box and I can record any Channel including Tata Sky Showcase Channel.
  • This movie is a timepass movie and you can watch it if you have nothing else to do and you like Neil Nitin Mukesh.
  • Movie is shot in surrounding areas of Mumbai (Alibag to be precise).
  • But what is hard to believe is how the hero can manage to act as a cripple in face of murderous attack.
  • Also the "Chacha" of the film is the villain and he speaks about his family but no family is shown in the movie and Neil Nitin Mukesh is also unaware of his family which is highly unlikely.

Wolf Warrior, Sadak 2

Watched two movies as mentioned in the subject line.

Wolf Warrior

  • This movie was watched on Youtube.
  • First got a print which had DVD quality but audio was blank at places.
  • So watched it anyway as much of the movie is in Chinese so was only using subtitles.
  • But the amazing sound effects could not be enjoyed.
  • Last scene where the villian wants to cross the border was re-watched using another print on Youtube.
  • Since this is a 2015 movie it has subdued action but still the action scenes are simply great.
  • Lethal firepower is shown in the movie.
  • And the "mercenaries" are also shown having lethal firepower but what they can do in South East Asia (when they rescue the villain from local authorities) cannot be done inside China is shown.
  • Inside China they get trapped and are unable to escape and their fate is sealed.

Sadak 2

  • This movie was watched on Disney Hotstar.
  • I liked the movie.
  • I don't support nepotism but I feel that nepotism cannot be avoided.
  • These so called "nepo kids" have larger than life prescence.
  • They are so dominating that you simply cannot ignore them.
  • Their presentation, style, way of speaking, talking is way ahead of their league.
  • Call it genes or upbringing or combintion of both they are far superior to ordinary people or outsiders to the film industry.
  • If rebirth is a fact or belief, people should pray that they get born in Film family like was shown in movie "Om Shanti Om".
  • Else they have no chance competing with the "insiders".
  • Sanjay Dutt, Alia Bhatt, Aditya Roy Kapur, the Godman, the Father of Alia Bhatt, Sanjay Dutt's friend all have played very good roles in the movie.
  • After a long time watched a good "Bollywood" movie.
  • Sanjay Dutt is must for the movie. His onscreen presence is too huge.
  • This movie is like a masterpiece and all should watch it.
  • All aspects of religion are covered.
  • The Godman is like a Godman who is fake. He claims himself to be All-knowing and having answers to all problems.
  • If we can compare to someone from real life we can to people like Sri Sri Ravishankar or Sadhguru or Baba Ramdev or numerous other Godmen who are being shown 24/7 on TV Channels.
  • The father of Alia Bhatt is a very big businessman who wants to rule over the world though he is an Atheist is only using the Godman and Gods as a means to end. He is providing moral financial and all kind of support to the Godman.
  • And the way Sanjay Dutt attacks the Godman and his henchmen chanting "Ram Naam Satya Hai" shows he is not an Atheist but believes in traditional reliegion.
  • In short people need to be rational and not follow Godmen blindly is the message of the movie.
  • The movie is left to interpretation of the viewer.
